You mentioned earlier on about recruitment being obviously a key part of his job final because of the fact he loses key players all the time. He also touched upon developing players. Now we we've seen the Fruit of Liverpool's Academy really comes to the fore this season. So that feels like it's going to be a big part of his role at Liverpool ORG as well. You know, harnessing the towns of like Jane and Dan GPE's, Connor Bradley, Gaila, Bobby Clark PERSON, the list goes on.And he's clearly quite adept at doing so. Yeah, he is.

And, you know, he's had to be. And it's something that he has in common with Ruben Amarim PERSON, actually. You know, they're both at clubs, Slot and Amarim FAC, where the academy is sacrosanct. You can't not bring up players through the academy. And it's not just a financial thing.It is a financial thing as well, obviously, because as we said, with Fianord ORG and sporting, they're not the richest clubs in their division. They have clubs with bigger budgets above them that they have to try and outmaneuver and outthink. But obviously, in terms of creating a collective philosophy, it's something that can be to your advantage.Fioner's Academy is never given the props, as I said, that IAX's ORG has. But the amount of players it's produced for the Netherlands GPE and national team is absolutely unbelievable. It's incredible. Loads of them have been through the Fairnaud Academy ORG. And I think that's really important. Now, I guess the way this season has gone for Liverpool ORG,especially with that bit around sort of January, February, March, it's a huge advantage, actually, to whoever takes it on, because however this season ends, a lot of the work for the successor has been done. This is not David Moyes taking over Manchester United ORG, because firstly, he's presuming it's going to beinheriting a team that's in pretty good Nick PERSON, even if it needs a bit of fine tuning. You've got a rebuild at least half done already. You've got new management in place that are going to support him with Michael Edwards, who knows the place, and Richard Hughes PERSON,is brilliant at his job and has been for 10 years. So Slot PERSON can just get on with coaching the team. And then you look at these players who, you've mentioned, you know, Conner Bradley, Jane Danz PERSON, etc.,who have had six months that they wouldn't have expected at the start of the season. So six months more to bed in and really hit next season running like their first team players alreadybecause they are first team players already. And that makes an enormous difference and yeah, whoever gets the job, this last six months for Liverpool ORG, even if it's been difficult at times, it is enormously advantageous to the person following on from club.

Yes, certainly is. Yeah. I wanted to ask you, if you look at Liverpool ORG's squad now, and obviously, you know, we're ahead of the summer at this point, so who knows how this will look come August time. But as it stands right now, are there any players you can sort of pick out in that squad that might be particularly standing to benefit from slots methods? And can you sort of individualwith Darwin Nunes? I know he's got a Mexican NORP strike at a minute of final who seems to be flourishing. Is there anyone you can look at and go, I reckon it on the slot will really get the best out of here? Not to say Klopp PERSON hasn't done, but is there anyone in mind?

Well, it does feel that Darwin PERSON needs a bit of help. Everyone knows the abilities in there, and everyone knows that he can score goalsbecause he's proven it at Champions League ORG level before. But in terms of being a consistent finisher,the work that Slot has done with Santiago Jimenez PERSON is amazing, really. He's turned him into a really,really valuable asset. If he can do that with Darwin PERSON, I can't put into words how valuable that'll be to Liverpool ORG. If you could guarantee 25 a season from Darwin PERSON, you're away.You know, it's solved a lot of Liverpool ORG's issues. Not that they have that many, but, you know, it would be a massive thing. And to have that, that person who scores 25, 30 goals has not been the case this season. So that would maybe make a difference,especially with, if you're looking at the title race next season, that's a problem that Arsenal ORG will be looking to address. And if they fall short, they'll probably look at that bit either side of Christmas where the goals weren't exactly flowing.Maybe they haven't got that natural number nine in inverted comments. I think on Bradley as well, I think Trent Alexander Arnold PERSON, it would be really interesting to see how he uses him and how they'll maybe fit Bradley and TAA ORG into the same team if they're both fit and maybe they will fit them into the same team. Obviously there have been some hints towards that in terms of how Trent has been used for England GPE.But really, it feels like the midfield is the area that is going to get the most work. And it should. Because to me, as I say, as an outsider, it's remarkable to me how good the results have been for Liverpool ORG, given the degree of surgery that was done on that midfield, which was overdue. But still, you know, losing what, four or five midfielders and bringing another four or five in, that's kind of unprecedented for a European NORP club of that levelthat's often in the back end of the Champions League and challenging for the title. So I think to say that the rebuild has started is clear, but also to get Liverpool ORG as good as they can be, there's still quite a lot of work to do. And I think that's what makes next season so interesting.

It was the same with Ruben-Amarim and that you're immediate linked with three or fourwith the players that you currently owns. It was Gonzalo and Asho, Di Amande at Sporting ORG, of course. Now, it's more the evidence of East ORG say it's more final. Is there anyone in that league that you look at and go, tell you what, it'd be primed to come over to the Premier League and join Liverpool ORG,and it would really suit slots and stuff like that.

Yeah, I think he can be a success at Liverpool ORG. And I think because of the sense that there has been that sort of rebuild, undergone already, there should be a degree of patience. At least I hope there's a degree of patience with him. I think he's not going to come in with a really dogmatic way of doing things, which I think he's asking for trouble as well.I think he's relatively flexible as well, even though he does have his philosophy and his beliefs and wants to play the game in a certain way. I just feel that what Liverpool ORG are trying to do is managing evolution, not a revolution, not to go to Alan Partridge on it. But I think that's the important thing. You don't really want someone to come in and, you know, turn it all upside down. So there will always be a question until Liverpool ORG startreally succeeding on the honor slot. Has he bitten off a bit more than he can chew? Should they have gone for a bigger name? Well, no, because it's not a Liverpool ORG thing to go for the biggest name. If you're going for the biggest name on the market. You're going to Conte or Marino PERSON. And either of those would be a mad appointment. And I think, you know, if you ask 10 Liverpool ORG supporters in the street,or ask 100 Liverpool ORG supporters in the street, none of them are want in either of those guys. So I think with that sense of a bit of patience, with that sense of a coach who is really ambitious and knows where he wants to take the team,I think it can really work in time.
