But here he is probably not surprising for any of you to hear that he is unimpressed by the

Speaker 7127.86s - 165.2s

Biden numbers. This is five. The job numbers just came out and they're horrible. And I say that, not happening, they say that very unhappily, but the numbers are horrible. It's just these people are destroying our country. Here's another sign of it. So as you probably know, before I did, the job numbers came out there. Really, really low, really bad. Our economy's bad.And now it's starting to show. So you'll see. And it'll only get worse. It'll only get worse. We're pulling on one way with the so-called leadership. There is no leadership.

Speaker 3167.58s - 192.2s

I think if the Biden PERSON economy, if it even just continues in this stall that it feels like it's in right now, Clay PERSON, another headwind that they just can't afford right now going into the election. I think it'll affect Democrats NORP up and down the ballot across the board. But this was interesting as well. We've discussed this a bit. Andy McCarthy PERSON, our buddy, let's get Andy on next week, address some of these things, talk to him.Clay PERSON can talk some smack over. Isn't baseball happening now?

Speaker 12192.58s - 205.38s

Baseball season is underway. Also, I need to have Andy PERSON tell me, remember, they still want me arrested for jury tampering, although that seems to have died down. Who the best criminal defense attorney?I should go ahead and retain in New York to make sure that I can be defended is.

Speaker 6205.5s - 209.2s

They haven't forgotten about that yet? I thought they had let that go.

Speaker 12209.36s - 210.22s

They're still bothering you.

Speaker 6210.36s - 214.82s

Every now and I'm still getting messages letting me know that I'm going to be headed to Rikers Island

Speaker 12214.82s - 217.52s

and I should prepare to spend a lot of time in prison.

Speaker 6218.16s - 219.6s

I know some NYPD ORG guys.

Speaker 12219.68s - 220.44s

We'll come visit you.

Speaker 3220.48s - 221s

It'll be all right.

Speaker 12221.54s - 223.56s

So here is McCarthy PERSON.

Speaker 3223.72s - 271.6s

This is really interesting because it does raise, first of all, the ultimate question here is, what's the point of all these trials if there's really going to be no punishment for Trump PERSON, even if he's convicted? If it is just for politics,I don't think anybody cares if he gets convicted. We've thought that all along. The conviction alone in New York GPE is almost certainly not going to do anything. And so if they're not going to put him in jail and nothing's really going to happen to him, what are they even doing? But on the gag order issue as well, remember, they're trying to say Trump PERSON can't speak about people involved in the trial. They can speak about him somehow outside the trial, but he can't speak about them. Andy here arguing that basically the judge is too shook, as they would say, too scared to put Trump PERSON in jail for violating the gag order. This is seven. Play it.

Speaker 10271.76s - 312.6s

He's fighting this politic. The trial is one thing. The gag order stuff is all about the politics of the campaign. And I must say, I think that Judge Marchon understands that putting Trump in jail, which he can do for up to 30 days for any violation of the gag order, would be a catastrophe politically for Democrats. So he's fining him $1,000 every time. There's no doubt that there are violations of the gag order. I think the gag order is unconstitutional, but that ship has sailed. If I were Trump, I'd be tempted to just give Judge Merch PERSON on a check for about $10,000 every Monday and say, this is for this week's violations and just go do what he's going to do because I don't think you'll put him in jail. Oh, man.

Speaker 12312.9s - 314.18s

I'm assuming that's true.

Speaker 10315.2s - 318.58s

I just think it would be funny if Trump came to the courthouse with one of those big

Speaker 13318.58s - 321.44s

oversized checks, you know, like you get when you win a sweepstakes.

Speaker 12322.02s - 336.56s

And he just announced, hey, I want everybody to know. I think this gag order is unconstitutional, but nothing is going to stop me from saying what I need to say to win this election. And therefore, I am going to go ahead and predeposit fines.

Speaker 3341.24s - 343.48s

And here is, and like written on it, Judge Murchand, can you imagine if you walked in with it? A big beautiful check because he's a communist NORP.

Speaker 12343.72s - 383.44s

He's a terrible judge, unfair, violating my constitutional rights. So we brought him $10,000, $10,000 per week. There you go. Just go ahead and get the tab started. Just take it off my tab. I'm going to go ahead and give you 20K because you're fine of me nine, but I know there'sgoing to be another 10 or 11 coming. I just want you to have it so you can just go take it out of the kitty whenever you need it. That would be a pretty remarkable move by Trump PERSON. And I think what Andy McCarthy PERSON is hitting on is something we've said on this show for some time. And the analogy I made, and a lot of you actually knew what I was talking about. Some of you thought I was crazy. My Brer Rabbit analogy? Yeah. Great analogy. Trump PERSON wants.

Speaker 3384.18s - 420.56s

Trump PERSON wants to get thrown in the briar patch. And yet he's out there saying, oh, please don't throw me into the briar patch. Please don't. And they throw him in there. Rabbits love being in the briar patch. Trump would benefit tremendously from, I think, the video of him being put in Rikers Island FAC or wherever the jail for purposes of just saying what he needs to say he believes to win a political campaign. What do you think of the chances at some point in the weeks ahead when the judge is announcing you're in another violation of the gag or Trump PERSON just says, put it on my tab. It would be amazing line. I think you should go for it.

Speaker 12420.66s - 427.5s

I think you should lay it out there. It would be a tremendous response to say put it on his tab. And look, we had Mark Simone PERSON on

Speaker 3427.5s - 449.94s

last week, Friday a week ago. And he said that he thought Trump could win New York GPE. Boldest prediction, I think, that we've had on the show in some time. Mark Simone PERSON knows New York, as you have said, monster audience on WOR leading into us. When I watched Trump delivered the pizzas to the firemen yesterday after being in the court all day,

Speaker 12450.34s - 497.24s

I couldn't help but think how incredibly skilled Trump PERSON is at moments like that. He's done it now with the construction crew in New York City GPE. He did it when he went to the Harlem Bidaga FAC. They're going to set up, I think, some sort of large rally in New York City at some time. I would imagine he'll have an interaction with New York City. He did it when he went to the Harlem Bidega FAC. They're going to set up, I think, some sort of large rally in New York City GPE at some time. I would imagine he'll have an interaction with New Yorkpolicemen at some point as well where he goes and delivers pizza to them. But that moment with the firemen it would be the ultimate own goal, theultimate self-inflicted wound if by putting him on trial in New York City GPE, suddenly ultimate own goal, the ultimate self-inflicted wound. If by putting him on trial in New York GPE City, suddenly Trump is able to put New York even in the van, even in the possibility of a play, remember, again, we talked about this.

Speaker 3497.24s - 507.68s

If he makes them spend money. That's right. If he makes him even spend money in New York GPE at all or any time in New York, it's a win. This is what Democrats always try to do with Texas GPE, right? They just use it as

Speaker 12507.68s - 509.58s

as a way to try to

Speaker 0509.58s - 527.6s

expand the battlefield, expand the battle space a little bit. I just say the best way, you know, we talk a lot about the breaking of precedent andthe setting of precedent that is going to have bad implications, I think,

Speaker 3527.68s - 615.82s

politically for the country long after Trump PERSON is gone from the political scene. And I think one of the only ways that you can counteract that would be the kind of repudiation politically that you'd get if Donald Trump won New York GPE after being tried there and maybe even, I don't know, I don't think they're going to put them in jail even for a day, but you know, that is, I'm not saying it's going to happen, but that's the way that you set a different kind of president, which is the American NORP people see through this kind of thing for what it is, and they will punish you at the ballot box.All there really is at this point, none of the people that are, are the nemesies of Trump PERSON in this, none of the people that are abusing the law that are doing, they're doing this constant game of, oh, we're protecting institutions by basically subverting institutions and going after Trump PERSON. Clay PERSON, they're not going to be punished. I don't think anybody should be under any belief that there's going to be prosecutors firedand bad things are going to happen to them. No, nothing's going to happen to them. The only way that there's some measure of justice here is you get a big enough win for Trump in enough places and the Republicans that Democrats will think twice about doing this in the future. I can assure you if Joe Biden PERSON wins, this then becomes a part of the playbook, what they're doing right now. They will do it to other Republicans NORP. Definitely. And that's why I would say if you're

Speaker 12615.82s - 684.9s

listening to us and you're on the fence, I understand a lot of people don't like Trump or Biden PERSON. And I bet there's not an insubstantial number of you listening to us right now. You were DeSantis PERSON people. You were Nikki Haley PERSON people. Maybe you're RFK Jr. PERSON people. Because you just really don't like Trump and you don't like Biden PERSON.That's not insubstantial. What is a quarter, probably. 30% of the United States GPE, I would say, is in that camp right now. Not a big fan of either guy. If you are making a decision between the two, the idea of putting your chief political opponent in prison for the rest of his life, if Democrats NORP win, will become a feature of campaignplaybooks in the future. Trump PERSON will not be the last person to face this kind of lawfare. If he wins, and by the way, I think the idea of doing this is awful, regardless of whether Democrats or Republicans NORP were doing it. I think it's an awful precedent. If Trump wins, I think there'll be a lot of people saying Biden PERSON blew it,Democrats blew it, because they won't give Trump PERSON credit, and a lot of them will look at this lawfare and they'll say it failed.

Speaker 3686.32s - 691.84s

And I think they'll also say, yeah. I was going to say I think they're going to go even Clay PERSON, they're not going to accept that he won. No way.

Speaker 12692.06s - 694.16s

Oh, well. They're going to say he cheated. They'll say it was

Speaker 3694.16s - 697.62s

Russia, China GPE, collusion. They'll come up with a

Speaker 12697.62s - 699.6s

that's why it really needs to be

Speaker 3699.6s - 703.1s

that that's why honestly I would, it marks a

Speaker 12703.1s - 705.04s

It needs a big enough margin that they have to shut up.

Speaker 3705.34s - 736.78s

But if it's tight, if it's close, they're going to say, and they're going to say, well, look what Trump said in 2020. And we're going to say, well, look what you lunatics did in 2016 with Russia GPE collusion. And, you know, and the cycle continues. They will not accept it. And they will not certify if Democrats NORP can. They will try to block certification or play games around certification in the House ORG process, too.Just everything they can do so they can do the same chant they did in 2016 when he beat Hillary PERSON, which was not my president. Remember, that was the whole, they lived in this alternative universe where Trump PERSON wasn't the president, but he was.

Speaker 12737.42s - 739.42s

I mean, I'll say this, too.

Speaker 3739.78s - 752.22s

The idea that there are only seven states that both Democrats and Republicans NORP think are in play, given this election, the fact that there are 43 states, 20 some odd, whatever the math is,

Speaker 12752.22s - 772.98s

18 that Joe Biden's got locked up, Biden is, I think, the worst candidate that Democrats NORP have put forward in our lifetime as his nominee. I really do. I mean, and you could say, even in 20, at least the campaign they ran, I could understand why people would vote for Biden. Now that you've seen four years of what his stewardship

Speaker 0772.98s - 810.58s

of the country is and the mental and physical frailty on top of that, it compounds his failure, I don't understand how anyone that is rational could vote for Joe Biden PERSON. I really don't. And the fact that he's got 19 or whatever it is, 18 states that are not even in competition, I mean, I think it's a really bad sign comparedto, let's say, 1984, when people could look at Reagan PERSON, they judged him for four years, and you had an absolute landslide. The fact that we could never have a landslide like that again, I think, is a testament to how few people are actually paying attention, sadly.Takes some of your calls here coming up,

Speaker 3810.68s - 816.76s

and we'll get into a big third hour as well. John Rich will be joining us, right, Clay PERSON? You know John PERSON.

Speaker 12817.12s - 831.4s

I know John PERSON well. I was just at his house a couple of Fridays ago. He was throwing a big fundraiser for Marsha Blackburn PERSON. He played a concert there. He is a patriot, awesome dude, a friend of mine. We had him on the big noon kickoff show here

Speaker 3831.4s - 837.78s

this past fall. As a musician, I bet he respects flute players. Just saying. That's a good question.

Speaker 12837.92s - 843.5s

Just saying. That's a good question. Which instrument player does he have the least respect for as an

Speaker 3843.5s - 845.02s

accomplished musician?

Speaker 12845.22s - 846.18s

That would be a great question.

Speaker 3847.4s - 849.64s

800 282-282 on those phone lines.

Speaker 12849.76s - 854.72s

You know, imagine going to work every day knowing you're likely to save the life of an unborn child.

Speaker 3855.26s - 857.58s

But that's what happens at the pre-born clinics.

Speaker 13858.1s - 860.74s

Each day, they save the lives of 200 unborn babies.

Speaker 3861.22s - 964.74s

Last year, that number exceeded 58,000 tiny babies saved. This is the work that Preborn has been doing for 18 years now. When a distressed mother comes to preborn, she's welcomed with open arms and has offered a free ultrasound to hear and see the precious life inside of her. So often she chooses life once that moment happens when she sees on the ultrasound, the tiny baby inside of her. This Mother's Day, you can help bring life to a mom in need and an at-risk baby. An ultrasound is only $28.Five ultrasounds would be $140. If it's a donation that you can make, it is so needed right now. Look at the war they are waging against life. Look at what is arrayed against a culture of life in this country with Planned Parenthood and all the funding going into abortion and all the media pushing for it. There are organizations out there that are lighting a candle in the darkness and that arefighting for life. Preborn ORG is at the forefront. They rely on donations from you, the pro-life community. Again, if you have the means, consider a tax deductible donation. $28 would be one ultrasound, $140, five ultrasounds. If you can afford $1,000 or $5,000, a leadership gift, you'd save that many more baby's lives. You can do it. I know you can. Whatever you can donate, please make it happen today. Using your cell phone, dial pound 250, say the keyword baby. That's pound 250, say baby, or visit preborn.com slash buck. That's preborn ORG.com slash B-U-C-K, sponsored by pre-born.

Why are people still on the fence about owning gold and silver? I just don't understand.

Speaker 12990.5s - 990.98s

Have we already forgotten about regional bank closures, inflation, global instability, and the potential for serious world conflicts?

Speaker 3996.46s - 1006.26s

You can look to precious metals for various reasons. One, having tangible currency on hand as part of your bugout plan. Two, diversifying your portfolio as a hedge against inflation. And three, historically, gold increases in value over time.

Second hour, Clay and Buck PERSON gets going right now. We're joined by Tim Sheehe, who is running for U.S. Senate in Montana GPE. An absolutely critical fight against a tester up there. Tim is a former Navy SEAL, founder and CEO of an aerospace company, and a lot of other great stuff we'll get into here in just a second. Tim, appreciate you being with us, first time on the show. Great to be here. Thanks for taking the time.

Speaker 111204.94s - 1205.02s

So let's just start with it. with us first time on the show. Great to be here. Thanks for taking the time.

Speaker 31206.16s - 1219.82s

So let's just start with it. What is what's pushing you to try to push this guy, tester, aside and become the next senator from the great state of Montana GPE? Well, to be honest, I'd rather be doing

Speaker 111219.82s - 1298.32s

something else. You know, I got a great business. I got four young kids and, and, you know, we live out in our farm and ranch in Montana GPE. So I'd love to, uh, love to stay here and not have to waste my time in the swamp, but the reality is America GPE's at a crossroads. And in summer 2021, you know, I watched Kabul fall in the most disgraceful, despicable, shameful, you know, display of American idiocy in a generation. And, you know, I fought there. My wife fought there. She was a Marine Corps ORG officer. You know, her brothers were in the military, so almost all of And, you know, I fought there. My wife fought there. She was a Marine Corps officer. You know, her brothers were in the military, so almost all of our, you know, best friends. You know, we went to the Naval Academy ORG. We were in the service served there. I lost a lot of friends there. I was wounded there. I mean, the list goes on. I mean, the amount of sacrifice that a very small sector of our population made, as you all know, about 1% joined and went, you know, most of America GPE was never affected by the war. So those of us who went again and again and again and had deep relationships there were so disgusted to see the way in which Joe Biden PERSON, his lackeys, dishonored all of oursacrifice and made a fool of our country at the end of our nation's longest war. And, you know, I worked so hard to get friends and allies, interpreters out of there alive while our government did nothing. So, you know, that experience really woke me up to the fact that, you know, if good people don't get involved in government, if good people don't get involved and try to be part of the solution, we're never going to get this country back. So that's why I'm doing it. That's why I'm here and

Speaker 121298.32s - 1340.16s

let's get to work. We're talking to Tim Sheehe. He is the Republican nominee in Montana GPE getting ready to take on John Tester PERSON. For people out there listening in Montana and certainly around the nation who are paying attention to what could be a race that would flip control of the Senate ORG. John Tester has gotten by the past several cycles by claiming that he's just kind of a moderate middle of the road guy, old Montana GPE farmer, who just tries to make common sense decisions. The data doesn't actually support that he does that. For people who might have bought that argument, now that you have dove into this and you are running, what does John Tester PERSON actually do inoffice as opposed to what he says he's going to do?

Speaker 111341.96s - 1430.26s

Well, again, I mean, you know, Tester has two acts he plays. You know, when he's in D.C. GPE, he's a loyal foot soldier for Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden, you know, and then as soon as he comes back to Montana GPE, he throws on a Carhart jacket and walks around and says, you know, he's working with Republicans NORP to secure the border. The reality is, you know, he's derated by the NRA, 100% Planned Parenthood ORG. He's, you know, 90 plus percent voting record with Joe Biden PERSON. Actually, I think it's more during this term.I think he's like 95 or 96 percent, you know, this term. You know, he's voting, he voted against the Lake and Riley Act LAW, voted to let boys play girls sports, has voted to continue funding illegal immigrant flights all over this country. And, you know, he's a loyal split soldier for the left. So he plays the game in Montana GPE. And, you know, he's a loyal split soldier for the left. So he plays the game in Montana GPE. And, you know, he's been able to survive, as you said, several terms. You know, he's part of theLucky Canada Club, 06, 12, and 18, all strong blue years. And, you know, Chuck Schumer PERSON and Harry before him, you know, they dumped tremendous resources into the state. They didn't really buy this Senate seat every cycle because they know John Tester can't win without $100 million of dark money, $200 million of dark money pouring into the state and protecting him. And then finally, the last thing they do is they have one tactic every election. And that's outright character assassination and smear tactics on the Republican NORP opponent. They can never run on the issues of Montana GPE because he loses on the issues all the way down the ballot. So instead, they just savagged the opponent with completely disgusting personal attacks. And that's what they're doing now, but the polls are showing it's not working.

Speaker 31431.18s - 1470.92s

Speaking to Tim Sheehe, he is running up in Montana for a Senate ORG seat. And Tim PERSON, you mentioned your opponent playing make-believe when it comes to wanting to secure the border. What's your position on the border? You might have heard Trump, I think it was just two days ago in Michigan GPE, saying there's going to be major deportations if he wins, a whole range of things. The border in some polls is the number one or number two issue, depends on which pollster you believe most. It's certainly top of mind. What is your position when it comes to the crisis we have now of an open border, illegals pouring in by the millions? What should be done?

Speaker 111472.28s - 1565.48s

My position on everything, and this issue is no difference, is common sense. No other country in the world let's happen what's happening to us right now. No one else in the world. No other country says, hey, millions of people come in here. Some of them probably good people. Of course, a lot of them, very bad people coming here, bringing fentanyl, you know, bringing their gang ties, you know, murdering people, literally, murdering people and getting away with it. We saw those kids in New York City GPE, you know, beating cops in the street and the next day they're free. Let go. Meanwhile, we're arresting presidents and putting them in trial. We have the resources for that, but we don't have the resources to prosecute criminal illegal aliens here murdering Americans. It's insane. So my policy is very simple. That border needs to be airtight tomorrow. There's no excuse. We need to stop incentivizing people to come here. And how are we incentivizing? We're telling them when you come here, you're going to get free clothes, free lodging, free food, free air transportation around the country to a city of your choosing. And there's no consequences. And, you know, we as a country have to get back to rewarding good behavior and punishing bad behavior. That's what common sense is.If you break the law, you go to jail. If you're a squatter in someone's home, you don't arrest the homeowner, you arrest the squatter. And across the board, you know, up is down and down is up right now. Boys are girls and girls are boys. It's insanity. And the border is no different. We have to lock it down. I'm pro immigration. I want people to come to this country the right way. I've brought people to this country the right way to work for my companies. But that's a big difference from bringing peoplehere the right way to have people pour into this country who don't want what's right for our country by the millions. It's ridiculous.

Speaker 121566.68s - 1612.84s

Tim Shehee PERSON with us right now. He's running for Senate in Montana GPE trying to flip control of the chamber back as his seat is one of the top targets of both sides, frankly, in terms of the battle for who's going to control the Senate ORG. I don't know if you know the numbers yet, but I imagine that the amount of money raised in a Montana Senate race is going to be 90, 95% out of state and that people in Montana GPE are just going to be flooded and inundated with the amount of money that's being spent. How are you doing in terms of raising money from actual Montanans and how much of the money that you're going to have to fight against from John Tester PERSON is going to be flooding in from elsewhere? And for people out there who are listening and want to support you, how can they do it? But I'm just kind of curious. I mean, this is going to be one of the most expensive Senate ORG races, I would imagine anywhere in the country.

Speaker 111613.94s - 1711.4s

This will be the most expensive race in American NORP history per vote of any race. The most expensive race in American NORP history on a per vote basis, which is ridiculous. It's embarrassing. You know, we need to have campaign finance reform. We need to fix this crap, but that's not going to happen before November. So in the meantime, Timfremt.com ORG, you know, folks can learn about me and about therace. You know, yeah, we're getting outspent. I mean, Tess PERSON is raising, you know, sometimes $8 million a quarter. You know, every quarter we're hoping to punch through two, maybe three if we're lucky. And, you know, we're doing grassroots hitting the whole state every BFW hall, every rodeo. But you're absolutely right. I mean, it is we're getting not raised three to one, four to one, five to one, and outspent. I mean, there's a period of time there was million dollars a week of just pure savage attack ads on me.You know, there's nothing even talking about what Tester is doing, just made up crap about me, my family, or a charitable worker, our businesses, my military record. And that's what they spend their money on. The money goes to do one thing. Assault me and my family and everything we've done. My wife and I both served this country in combat. I was wounded in combat. We've created hundreds of jobs. But of course, they're turning all that into evil. And what I've challenged Chester PERSON is, hey, why don't we just have a race about the issues, man? Why don't we just talk about the border and gas prices and foreign policy and inflation?Instead, all he wants to do is make up lies about us. But that's where the money is going. We're getting outspent, you know, again, pick your week two to one, three to one, four to one, five to one. But we're getting crushed. But we're winning in the polls. The last poll that came out were 48, 45.So the more money they spend, the more people are realizing that sending John Tester back for a fourth term to sell out America for another six years is not the

Speaker 121711.4s - 1734.38s

right answer. You're actually favored. I don't know if you pay attention to the polymarket offshore markets for people out there who are interested in investing. You're favored to win this race right now, despite what they're spending on against you. You said something pretty extraordinary there that per vote, this is going to be the most expensive race that has ever happened in the history of the United States GPE. What kind of cost per voter are we looking at?What is this race going to cost?

Speaker 111735.44s - 1782.64s

Well, you know, we've got about 700,000. I mean, you got a million-ish residents in Montana GPE. You know, typical voter turnout, we'll get 600,000, 700,000. Obviously, we're trying to drive more voter turnout because we know that the people in Montana don't want boys and girls locker rooms. They don't want open boards. They don't want $6 diesel. So we know that the people support us. We just got to get them to the polls. And please, everybody listening. You know, I assume you're conservative if you're listening. You know, we're getting beat coast to coast 10% on voter turnout by the Democrats. You know, we all want, I want in-person voter ID 100%, but guess what? That's not the law of the land this year. We need to make sure Republicans NORP get out and vote early, vote by mail, vote absentee, votewhatever it is, just make sure you actually vote because we're getting crushed on turnout. In Montana, they're saying this race could be 250 to 300 million for 6,700,000 voters.

Speaker 11782.94s - 1783.7s

Oh, my goodness.

Speaker 01783.88s - 1792s

Those are crazy numbers. Exactly. It's insane. Those are crazy numbers. Exactly. It's insane. But, you know, that's where we're at. And, you know, we're not going to beat them on the money side. We know that, but we got to have enough to fight back.

Speaker 31792.36s - 1834s

You know, I'm not going to be able to have more, more ammo, but I got to be able to fight back. Tim PERSON, you've got a big chunk of, you know, it's funny because I think to people who aren't, haven't spent a long time in Montana GPE and don't know the state particularly well, it's a Republican NORP state, right? If you look at the voting demographics and party registration, but there's a big chunk of independence who can swing it one way or the other, right? Isn't, is that the breakdown in Montana GPE? I remember someone telling me, you know,Bozeman GPE's obviously very blue, a couple of other little blue pieces of the state, but the rest of the state's very red. Just give us a sense of how that all comes together and how independents, you know, view this race and why you think you're

Speaker 111834s - 1979.84s

able to get more of them. Yeah, no, thank you for asking that, because you're absolutely right. There's an oversimplification of what people think Montana GPE is politically. You know, they say, well, they're a big square, empty Western NORP state, so they must be deep red. And the fact is, it's far more complex than that. I mean, yes, Trump won the state by 20 points, you know, 17 points, you know, landslide the state. But the reality is just nine years ago here in Montana, you know, seven out of eight statewide elected offices were Democrats NORP.And today, eight of nine are Republicans NORP. And that just shows the shift. The state has not changed. What's changed is the Democrat Party has left the state. You know, the Democrats of Montana GPE, of course, yes, you have your, you know, pro-Hamas, Palestinian NORP, lefty-loonies on the college campuses. But the traditional Montana Democrats NORP were union. They were labor. They were, you know, they were back when you could still have a Democrat NORP that was pro-gun, pro-cop, pro-border, pro-life, Democrat. You know, that doesn't really exist anymore. And those people in Montana GPE have said, man, this part of that used to support my grandfather's mining union, pipe fitters union. You know, like they're not, they're not standing up for the white working class blue-collar guy anymore. You know, they're selling us out. And so that's been the big shift. And, you know, all the common misconception is folks coming into the state, especially during COVID EVENT. You know, they're selling us out. And so that's been the big shift. And, you know, all the common misconception is folks coming into the state, especially during COVID, you know, they see the show Yellowstone WORK_OF_ART, like, oh, everyone's a liberal Californian parachuting into Montana GPE making a blue. And that's actually incorrect. Most of the people coming here are political refugees fleeing Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, L.A. GPE, saying, I'm getting away from this craziness. I'm getting away from, you know, homelessness and crime and crazy taxes. And I'm going to move to a state where I'm going to be free. And they're bringing those values here. And that's another reason why we're seeing the state solidify red. So there is an independent swing, and I wouldn't quite call it independent. It's more of a libertarian swing here in Montana GPE. We do have a lot of folks that their mindset is, hey, less government,'s better government. And I can't disagree with that one bit. You know, their outlook is really, I don't really care what party, just stay out of my Cheerios PRODUCT,don't bother me, and go home. And I think those folks, of course, there's only one party now that even mentions, you know, smaller government, that even mentions restricting the power of our federal government, and we know which part of that is. So I think that that kind of libertarian position has drifted to the right here in these last few years, especially, especially during and after COVID EVENT when we saw the greatest trampling of our constitutional rights in history of this country.

Speaker 31980.88s - 1993.92s

Tim4MT.com ORG is where you can go to help out and pitch in. Tim Shehey PERSON, we are certainly rooting for you here. Thank you for your service to the country, and thank you for joining us on the show. Thanks for your time.

Speaker 111993.98s - 1996.4s

We'll be back to the other time. Absolutely, please.

Speaker 31997.34s - 2088.2s

Look, my collection of firearms now includes two phenomenal guns from Bear Creek Arsenal ORG. I was out at Bear Creek in Sanford, North Carolina, just a little over a week ago, and they showed me the processes and just the care and the precision with which they make their firearms, high-quality firearms at an unbeatable value. Honestly, you're just not going to find a better valuefor your dollar in the firearms market anywhere, anywhere. They make precision-oriented products that perform well. And once you see what you can get at Bear Creek Arsenal ORG, the value proposition of getting top-quality ARs, top-quality pistols, a whole range of different uppers that they have. Once you see what they have for you and the price point, you're going to say, this is my new favorite firearms company, because it's my new favorite firearms company. They do great stuff. And they're patriots. They love this country. They stand with this show. They stand with all of you. They're not scared. They're not trying to hide. Oh, what if the Biden PERSON administration? Here's that we're making firearms or something. They actually believe in the Second Amendment LAW,and they want to bring you the best, highest quality firearms possible for the best price. Go to bearcreek arsenal dot com slash buck. That's bearcreek arsenal.com slash buck ORG and use my name, buck is your promo code for 10% off bearcreek arsenal.com slash buck and use promo code buck for 10% off your first order.

Speaker 132088.7s - 2095.88s

The truth compass pointing do right every day. The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton PERSON show.

Speaker 122096.12s - 2126.2s

Welcome back in 14 hours up onto the 15th hour of the show this week. Buck Sexton is in Louisville GPE. I will be headed up there soon. We will be together with our wives and our fantastic boss, Julie Talbot PERSON and her husband. The six of us will all be at the Kentucky Derby EVENT tomorrowwith 150 or so thousand of our best friends to watch the race there, which should. We hopefully get some good weather. Should be a lot of fun.

Speaker 32126.8s - 2132.54s

Does Laura PERSON back your mint julep blasphemy, by the way? Is she on board for anti-minthulip?

Speaker 122133.36s - 2135s

That's a fantastic question.

Speaker 32135.22s - 2139.02s

I don't know that Laura PERSON has had, well, certainly she hasn't.

Speaker 122139.02s - 2140.86s

She has never been to the Kentucky Derby EVENT.

Speaker 32141s - 2143s

So she has not had a Kentucky Derby EVENT.

Speaker 122143.24s - 2144s

Neither has Kerry PERSON.

Speaker 32144.16s - 2156.42s

You're the only one of the four of us who's been. And so you're the only derby. So she has not had a Kentucky Derby. Neither has Carrey. You're the only one of the four of us who's been. And so you're the only Derby EVENT veteran and the only Juulip WORK_OF_ART officiant or anti-officionado, I guess, is the case may be, because neither Karen nor I have ever had a Mint Julep PRODUCT.

Speaker 122156.72s - 2167.74s

$22 for a mint julep at the Kentucky Derby free tip. So if you went with, let's say, a quad, basically four mint jolps would cost you nearly

Speaker 32167.74s - 2174.2s

a hundred bucks. That's like a bargain for a Miami GPE club or something, my friend. You get a vodka

Speaker 122174.2s - 2179.64s

red bull. It's 40 bucks. Like the 22 bucks is not that, not that crazy. That is definitely New York

Speaker 32179.64s - 2184.78s

City Miami prices because there's a lot of people out there like 22 bucks. That's a 12 pack.

Speaker 122183.34s - 2190.96s

Miami prices because there's a lot of people out there like $22. that's a 12-pack. And sometimes it's a lot of Natty Light PRODUCT for our fraternity brother fans out there.

Speaker 32191.06s - 2197.06s

Before Biden, it was a 12-pack now. It is sadly just a six-pack. It's crazy how much everything costs.

Speaker 122197.6s - 2248.6s

All right, a couple of things that are out there. Report from Bloomberg that Donald Trump is down to a final four on his vice presidential list. I just tweeted out a poll. We will share it from Clay and Buck PERSON if you want to vote. Both Buck and mine's pick still alive in the final four according to Bloomberg ORG. Again, this is Bloomberg ORG. Only Trump has the list. I'm not claiming that this is 100% accurate.I'm telling you what Bloomberg ORG reported. Senators, Tim Scott PERSON, Marco Rubio PERSON, and J.D. Vance PERSON, and then Governor Doug Bergam of North Dakota GPE.That is the report four men. What do you think about this final four first of all do you think it's accurate

Speaker 32248.6s - 2288.56s

no i don't i don't think it's accurate i think that the easiest way to get clicks and attention at this part of the political cycle for any of these news organizations is speak to somebody that you can plausibly claimhas access to trump and his inner circle and come up with your VP list. I think, you know, Bloomberg ORG, they probably aren't just flying off the handle here. They have some kind of sourcing on this one. The fact that there's not a single woman in the mix, though, I find, I find surprising. Doug Bergum PERSON is the one, though, that I just, why? Well, what would that?He doesn't have name recognition. Trump PERSON must really like him or something.

Speaker 122290.16s - 2290.24s

I think Trump PERSON really likes him.

Speaker 32291.8s - 2311.68s

We've had him on the show a couple of times. I think it's the no drama factor. He's a really successful business guy. If you really go back to Mike Pence PERSON, Mike Pence PERSON is the most bland politician on the planet. Well, he was supposed to make evangelicals feel comfortable that Trump PERSON wasn't, you know, about to turn into like a atheist socialist or something.

Speaker 122311.98s - 2324.94s

But I don't think, like we had Vivek on the show yesterday, right, or two days ago, whatever day it was. I love Vivek ORG. Vivek ORG is not going to shrink into the corner and be unnoticeable. He is outspoken. He's going to get attention.

Speaker 32326.4s - 2328.72s

You know what job I think Vive fake really wants to be honest?

Speaker 122329.22s - 2356.3s

I was joking around about how, you know, Treasury Secretary and Treasury building, of all the, of all the agencies and buildings in D.C. GPE, treasury building is really nice. It's really close to the White House FAC, but not the White House. It's a little more chill. You're right there kind of looking off to the back of the White House where the pickups with the helicopter happened.Anyway, it's a nice building. I would say Vivek ORG would enjoy the most being press secretary.

Speaker 102357.18s - 2360.44s

I think he loves just, he doesn't need the money.

Speaker 02360.54s - 2368.14s

He doesn't care. He's got more money than he's ever going to spend. So it's not like he needs it as a career stepping stone. I feel like he would really enjoy. Could you imagine him

Speaker 32368.14s - 2375.02s

as press secretary? It would be a slaughter. It'd be great TV. He would be great. He would be so

Speaker 122375.02s - 2379.72s

good. So I think that'd be it. I don't know if you would take that job. He probably wants to

Speaker 32379.72s - 2395.1s

build more companies and be on the outside and do his thing. Because remember, you got to be, if you're taking a White House role, you got to be at the White House FAC. You got to live in D.C. You've got to actually do these things. So I don't think that's for him necessarily. We'll see. Okay, so VP picks. I'm sorry, Bergum. Tim Scott PERSON, still the betting.

Speaker 122395.1s - 2501.32s

I would say is in the Mike Pence PERSON realm where he's not going to really create waves, but he's more of a business guy than an evangelical guy. Vance PERSON, who you like, as your top pick, Senator from Ohio, Marco Rubio, complications there are that he's from Florida GPE. They would have to figure out the residency issue. But that would be a sign that Trump PERSON thinks there's a lot of Hispanic men to make a play for. And then to be Tim Scott PERSON, who I think's going to be the pick, I think Trump PERSON believesthat there are black men out there that are going to support him. I think he sees Tim Scott as part of pathway there. Let me give you the results so far. You can go vote.3,000 of you have voted in the first five minutes. Tim Scott 37%. J.D. Vance, 31%. 23% Marco Rubio PERSON. 9% Doug Bergum PERSON.I think a lot of people just don't know Doug Bergum PERSON would be, to a certain extent this is going to be a name recognition poll. And Doug Bergam PERSON, I would say, is the least well known of this group. So those four are out there. But Buck has said he thinks it's going to be J.D. Vance PERSON. I have said I think it's going to be Tim Scott PERSON.We'll see how this continues to play out, but I wanted to update all of you just because that story was out there. Also, Trump PERSON has started to take aim at RFK Jr. A lot of attention out there on Trump v. Biden PERSON. We all know that. But the Trump PERSON team has now gone into the archives, and they're finding a lot of stuff that RFK Jr. has said in the past. I have said, I think RFK Jr. is 100% right on, or 99. Like a huge percentage right on COVID.That's where I would agree with.

Speaker 32502.04s - 2532.98s

But see, now I'm going to put my full RFK skepticism once again on display. I was skeptical from the beginning. And I know we still have people calling and said that they would, you know, they're like, I listen to Rush for 30 years. I'm super conservative. And I love Trump PERSON.But I think RFK PERSON would be a great VP. And I sit here and I go, he's a Democrat NORP. Well, what am I? Am I taking crazy pills here? He's a Democrat NORP. Why didn't I don't understand why people don't see that as a problem. He's good on COVID. Clay PERSON, you, I, everybody on the right who is worth anything is good on COVID. Yeah. That alone is enough?

Speaker 122533.56s - 2556.04s

I think there are people frustrated. I think a lot of the DeSantis PERSON people are COVID voters and they're frustrated because they don't think Trump PERSON was good enough on COVID. And so they see RFK Jr. But I want to play these two cuts for you because, and we've invited our, RFK PERSON's been on the show. We've invited him back on the show. I think he should have the right to explain himself on these cuts. And people evolve. Certainly I have.

Speaker 32556.82s - 2561.6s

I was going to say, he's just going to say he doesn't believe what he says in these cuts anymore, but I don't trust him.

Speaker 122561.6s - 2572.6s

But I do think you should hear them. Here is August of 2016. RFK Jr. says that he's supporting Hillary PERSON and he thinks she's going to be a very, very good president. Listen.

Speaker 42572.6s - 2583.22s

Are you solidly for Hillary PERSON or are you more anti-Trump? Oh, I'm solidly for Hillary PERSON. I think Hillary PERSON is going to be a very, very good president. Okay.

Speaker 122583.9s - 2601.3s

I mean, solidly for Hillary in 2016. Here he also is, now this is further back. This is from 2005, but this is actually a pretty direct attack on people who live in red states. This is a, again, a flashback, RFK 2005.

Speaker 52601.8s - 2621.5s

Red state people are more likely to murder you, to impregnate your teenage daughter, to commit a violent crime against you, to commit a nonviolent crime against you, to watch desperate housewives on TV, to buy pornography, to buy, you know, degenerate video games like Grand Theft Auto PRODUCT.

Speaker 122622.82s - 2642.56s

So that is a take on Red State PRODUCT. Now you can maybe say I was joking a little bit with the desperate housewives line. But as RFK PERSON is fleshing out, to me, this is a sign that there is recognition that he, I think he hurts Trump more than he hurts Biden PERSON. I've thought that all along.

Speaker 32642.68s - 2656.9s

And you know, I, just to clear the air, I have been skeptical of RFK as a candidate. Yeah, we agree on COVID EVENT, right? I mean, there are, you know, Barrensen was a hero on COVID and is, I would say, Senator right now, but he's not some huge

Speaker 02656.9s - 2679.8s

Trump PERSON fan. I mean, there are people out there who, um, who fit this mold of just seeing COVID lockdowns and all that for what it was. I've been skeptical of him because he's a Democrat NORP the whole time. And I've thought the whole time he's going to hurt Trump PERSON. He's going to hurt Trump PERSON more. You know what you don't see?And maybe I'm missing this. I mean, there's only so much that anyone can absorb and we're just constantly living in this news cycle. Clay PERSON and I both.

Speaker 32681.4s - 2702.18s

I don't see Democrats NORP attacking him the way they would if they really thought that he was a threat. Are you seeing that? I don't see Democrats trying to tear down R.S.K. Jr. PERSON as aggressively as they go after people that they think really pose a challenge to their power mad nature.

Speaker 122702.38s - 2707.18s

I don't see it. I feel like they're playing us. And this would be...

Speaker 32707.18s - 2709.06s

I've been saying it all along.

Speaker 82709.62s - 2712.64s

But I do think that they don't want third parties.

Speaker 122713.3s - 2745.36s

Jill Stein PERSON hurts them. Jill Stein is taking votes from Joe Biden PERSON. I think Carnell West is taking votes from Joe Biden PERSON. But I think that RFK Jr. is going to take more votes from Joe Biden PERSON. But I think that RFK Jr. is going to take more votes from Trump PERSON. So the fact that they're,I think they're playing a little bit of a subterfuge game here, where they claim that they actually are really afraid of RFK Jr. To try to keep the Trump PERSON people from recognizing that it actually hurts them, helps them.

Speaker 32745.9s - 2805.88s

I completely see it that way too. And I have all along, and this is why I've been very skeptical of the, I don't understand where, he is good on one thing. There are a lot of things that you need to be able to do.Remember, it's not just about being the VP for electoral prospects. I honestly, I would bet money that Trump PERSON has, I think Trump is going to see triple digits. Like I think he's in phenomenal condition for somebody his age. But when someone's going to be in their 80s, the vice president needs to be ready to go. And to me, as a conservative and one who's been a conservative since, you know, I was watching Saturday morning cartoons, basically.I don't see how you could ever think having a member of the Kennedy PERSON family, no less. I mean, I know he's supposed to be kind of rogue and they've turned on him now, but you're going to put a Kennedy on a Republican NORP ticket and tell me this is, I think they're trying to swindle people. And I know I know no one likes to hear they're being swindled. I think they're trying to swindle people. I really do no one likes to hear they're being swindled. I think they're trying to swindle people. I really do.

Speaker 122805.88s - 2821.18s

I would be fine with anybody as VP if it meant Biden PERSON lost. Like I would, I'm just being honest. Like, I would roll the dice on. We had Tulsi Gabbard PERSON on. I really like her. I like the vague.I would be fine with any of these four finalists.

Speaker 32821.56s - 2822.88s

Can I address that real quick also?

Speaker 122823s - 2836.1s

Because obviously I feel very differently in terms of my trade. Look, I'm just going on gut. I trust that Tulsi Gabbard PERSON has come to the right, you know, overwhelmingly and fully.

Speaker 32836.6s - 2838.54s

Because she experienced what happened to the Democratic NORP.

Speaker 12838.54s - 2844.52s

You're somebody who has overwhelmingly shifted your own, you know, so we come at this

Speaker 122844.52s - 2845.16s

from different perspectives. I think that, yeah, right. I think people have gone so we come at this from different perspectives.

Speaker 32845.58s - 2910.9s

I think that, yeah, right. I think people have gone so crazy that I've kind of stayed the same place and I've gone from somebody who was center left at like 20 to now being like considered far right wing and many of the things I believe are the exact same, most of. And it's just kind of crazy of how much I think the political environment has shifted. But yes, you like Tulsi PERSON.I think Tulsi PERSON has made a conversion. So people, and people can disagree with that. And, you know, and the RFK thing also, you know, it's a Kennedy PERSON, you know, is like a lot of it's just the family name and, you know, all the environmental stuff. And I'd love to talk to him about climate change. Like, do you believe in all that nonsense?Like, you really think we're going to die because of climate change and, you know, the humanity is going to be over. A lot of questions I could ask him. I do think that the third party thing is that we talk about how Biden PERSON could win. We're looking at super narrow margins. We're looking at a brand fight of Democrat versus Republican, especially with Biden PERSON at the head of the Democrat NORP ticket.Third party could be the thing that delivered. And I know people don't like to hear it, but you look at the Jill Stein PERSON vote in 2016. Yeah. Jill Stein. And the libertarian vote in 20

Speaker 122910.9s - 2922.04s

against Trump PERSON. Yeah. Libertarians. I got some, I got to talk to you, the libertarians out there. I don't know. I thought COVID was going to be your Super Bowl EVENT. A lot of libertarians were like,

Speaker 62922.12s - 2930.12s

well, they have a right to shut down the churches. I was like, I don't think they do. I don't think they do. Libertarians NORP, some of them went a little, not all of you.

Speaker 32930.24s - 2934.58s

I don't throw a little shady, not all of you, but some of you went a little, little MIA on me during COVID EVENT.

Speaker 122935.56s - 2940.34s

I will just say I would take anybody as VP if it meant that Trump PERSON would win.

Speaker 32940.46s - 2942.68s

Now, the argument of does the VP really matter?

Speaker 122942.82s - 2953.64s

I think is a very valid one, but I, if you told me, I would take RFK Jr. I would, anybody at VP, I feel confident Trump PERSON's going to live through his term, but I just want to be Biden PERSON.

Speaker 32954.1s - 3009.8s

Speaking of VP candidates, you see that the governor of South Dakota, Christine Nome PERSON, has been community noted on X for changing her story now about the dog. and community noted on X for changing her story now about the dog because it is now what she is saying on TV is not what was said in the book. And for anyone who says, who cares about this? Fair, another news story today, she claimed in her book, which is called No Turning Back WORK_OF_ART,which many are pointing out the irony of this one, to have met Kim Jong-un PERSON. The problem with the claim that she met Kim Jong-un PERSON is that she did not meet Kim Jong-un, as now even her spokes hack has set out in public. So they're now having to change that in the book. I don't know, man.If I told you that I met Elvis PERSON in my memoir, and then I was like, actually, I didn't meet Elvis, you might think that was a bit strange. Because you would remember, wouldn't you?

Speaker 123010.48s - 3017.42s

We're moving rapidly towards the Charles Barkley PERSON when he claimed that he was misquoted in his own autobiography.

Speaker 33017.58s - 3018.22s

Do you remember this?

Speaker 123018.36s - 3020.48s

Like, this is probably like 25 years ago.

Speaker 33021.32s - 3024.48s

He was doing his publicity tour, and he was like, I don't think I said that.

Speaker 123024.52s - 3041.28s

And they were like, it's in your book. and he was like, I don't think I said that. And they were like, it's in your book. And he was like, I didn't read it. I mean, so, again, I just, if you decide you want to get elected president because you killed a dog and you want to share that story and then you lie about meeting the dictator of North Korea GPE, like that seems like kind of a big deal in your own book.

Speaker 33041.28s - 3077.14s

I'm just reporting the news. I mean, she got community noted on the dog situation. So they're saying that she's changed the story, you know, largely changed the story in a way that the ex communityhas weighed in on. And then the story about the North, I mean, go check it out. I mean, tell me if I'm wrong. I mean, if she met Kim Jong-un PERSON, I would love to hear in detail about it, but apparently not. Soit's important you get these things right. It's one thing, Clay PERSON, you know and I know from book world, your enemies are going to dive into it. And if you give them anything to work with, you're going to be in a tough spot really quickly.

Speaker 123077.4s - 3085.72s

It's also hard to meet the dictator of North Korea GPE. It's not like he just randomly shows up in in pure South Dakota GPE. Yeah, there's a big deal.

Speaker 133086.16s - 3087.1s

It would be a big deal.

Speaker 123087.6s - 3090.06s

There's an attack on the excellence in America GPE,

Speaker 133090.22s - 3092.12s

not just protesting on campuses,

Speaker 123092.38s - 3145.54s

excellence attacked in many of our institutions and industries out there. And I love that Hillsdale GPE is fighting back against this. Speaker 123156.88s - 3165.06s

Join now by John Rich ORG.He knows a little bit about a lot of things. I think that's a good way to describe you. Had an awesome, last time I saw you a couple weeks ago at your house doing an awesome fundraiser for Marsha Blackburn PERSON. You're fighting for people out there left and right. I know you're a big University of Texas fan, so I may ask you something about that in a moment. But how much have you enjoyed seeing so many different kids on southern campuses,SEC, ACC ORG, standing up against these anti-Israel protesters. I know you've got and reached out and made contact with the UNC ORG guys who have gone super viral for holding up the flag. But has it given you some optimismin the next generation? We'll figure out what's going on with John PERSON's audio in a moment. Buck PERSON, I am ready to also give everybody my pick on the Kentucky Derby EVENT,kind of going forward and breaking all that down. Did you actually know anything about horse racing?

Speaker 33414.54s - 3421.3s

You know about other sports stuff, but do you know about horse racing? I don't know. I know the horses run and I saw Sea Biscuit PRODUCT. That's about it.

Speaker 123421.66s - 3425.46s

No, I've been to a bunch of horse races and I've gambled on horses a lot.

Speaker 33425.62s - 3452.1s

No, I don't know anything about horse. Yeah, one. I mean, if you bet on enough horse races, you win. I've never won any money that's substantial enough to kind of make me think, oh my goodness, this was an unbelievable trip. But yeah, look, I mean, there will be horse races all day. I mean, I bet on dog races back in the day.I don't think they allowed dog racing anymore, but they used to allow greyhound racing in the state you call home now, Florida GPE. As a kid, I went to Greyhound racing. What's wrong with dog racing? I think they decided

Speaker 123452.1s - 3454.4s

that it was unkind of the dogs. I don't know.

Speaker 33455.04s - 3467.68s

You know, they pretend to chase a rabbit. They used to have Greyhound racing tracks all over the place in the South LOC in particular. I don't think they do that anywhere. Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Texas, West Virginia GPE allow Greyhound racing. Still,

Speaker 123468.52s - 3469.98s

I've been to, this

Speaker 33469.98s - 3559.24s

is real, not like something that you might see in L.A. or New York GPE. I've been to cockfighting. You know, they have a cockfighting ring in, I believe it's still there. Puerto Rico GPE, you can gogamble on cockfighting. They have cockfighting palaces and you can go sit in there and watch the roosters go head to head and pick winners. I think it's still up and running. And I was like, man, you talk about a cultural experience. So, yes, I like to go figure out the odds and dive in.I said the thing that I don't like in particular is paramutual, the way that you don't know what the odds are until it actually gets there. My pick, and this is from people out there who are way smarter than me about horse racing, my pick is going to be the number 11 horse forever young. It's a dominant horse. Let's bring in John PERSON now. We've got him back. John Rich ORG with us. I gave you an incredibly illustrious introduction. I don't know if you heard it, but I'll shorten it up now. You were raising money for Marsha Blackburn PERSON. You're a fantastic guy. You're a patriot. Are you optimistic? I know you've made contact with the UNC ORG fraternity guys who helped to hold up the flag. When you see what's happened at so many different southern schools and the kids who've been willing to show up and counter-protests,the anti-Israel protesters, are you optimistic about the next generation? What can you tell us about your contact with those guys? Yes, I am.

Speaker 83559.24s - 3713.76s

I can tell you, first of all, I play concerts all over the U.S. GPE, and so I see this kind of patriotism from the stage. I look out and see just vast tens of thousands of people singing, you know, God bless America GPE at the top of their lungs at every single show. So they're out there. I think we have maybe been tricked into thinking that America GPE's youth is by and large the ones that are running around acting like idiots and protesting and tearing stuff up that we think that's what it is.But in honesty, what it is is they're the ones that get on TV. I think the hardworking, forward thinking American NORP youth for the most part, you don't see them on TV, man, because they're not causing any trouble. They're studying, they're working, they're trying to figure out how to plan their life and go be a success in America GPE, so I don't think you hear from them. But when I saw those frat boys at UNC ORG, stand underneath the flag and make sure it didn'ttouch the ground, which is a big deal. Anybody that knows about flag etiquette, you're never supposed to let the United States GPE flag touch the ground. I saw that and went, well, somebody raised those boys right because they know how to treat the flag, and even though they had rocks and bottles and sticksbeing thrown at them, they never dropped the flag. They just held it until it got raised back up to the top. It impressed me to such a degree that I basically just reached out on Twitter ORG, on X, and I said, hey, if anybody knows how to get a hold of these guys let such a degree that I basically just reached out on Twitter on X, and I said, hey, if anybody knows how to get a hold of these guys, let me know, but I wouldlike to offer a free concert for them whenever they decide to have this rager, as they put it, on their donation page. And now I've been able to connect with those guys, and it looks like we're going to put something together really significant. I've had all kinds of artists calling me saying, hey, man, let me know when that date is, because I'll be there. Lee Greenwood hit me with a text and said, hey, John PERSON, you think those college guys would want to hear God bless the USA GPE?And I said, yeah, Lee PERSON, I'm pretty sure they'd want to hear that one. And so he goes, cool, tell them I'm in. So I think this can become a real moment where we celebrate young Americans NORP who are patriotic and who are sick and tired of the nonsense that they've had to deal with. You think about what they've been through since 2020. Take the vaccine or you can't go to college. Take all your classes online. No, you're not going to have a graduation. And nowthey look up and their campuses are totally overrun. here we go again they've got a lot to deal with so uh i think they should be celebrated and i'm proud to be a part of it and looking forward to making this a really big deal

Speaker 33713.76s - 3747.3s

hey john it's buck you know you're a you're a country music superstar a patriot and a musician so we think you're perfect to weigh in on a controversy here. I don't want to put you too much on the hot seat. But as a musician and country music superstar, do you give respect to all instruments, including all of the woodwinds, equally? Or do you pick and choose among the instruments out there? Because I will tell you, Clay PERSON has some choice words about flute players, sir. Clay PERSON's calling out the flute.

Speaker 123747.5s - 3756.54s

I'm anti-flued. I think if you're a grown man, you play the flute, you should have picked another instrument. You're a musical genius. How do you analyze the different respective instruments?

Speaker 83757.46s - 3762.68s

Well, I will tell you that back in the day now, the Revolutionary War EVENT, they had guys

Speaker 123762.68s - 3767.6s

hitting the drums and they had guys blowing flutes. Okay? I mean, you heard it coming across the Middle LOC.

Speaker 03768.1s - 3769.54s

The British heard it.

Speaker 83769.7s - 3776.8s

So I don't know, that's pretty manly. If you can continue playing a flute while bullets are whizzing by your head, that's pretty good. So I don't know.

Speaker 33776.9s - 3785.08s

Thank you, sir. He didn't even have to go Jethro Tull PERSON on us. He just pulled out Revolutionary War, Clay PERSON. I think John PERSON just solved this riddle. John PERSON, tying in with that John just solved this riddle. John,

Speaker 123785.28s - 3824.44s

tying in with that, you've got a great whiskey and I was sampling some of it at your Marsha Blackburn fundraiser that you threw. I don't know how many times you've been to the derby. Buck PERSON has never been. I've been a couple of times. We're going to be in Louisville GPE tomorrow going. I said, and again, you're a whiskey guy, you know bourbon, you know that the mint julep, in my opinion, I'm an old-fashioned guy, I'm also fine with whiskey, you know, in ice on ice.Do you find the mint julep to be as awful of a drink as I do? Can you think of a drink that you've tried and you thought, man, this thing is so overhyped. How would you assess the liquor breakdown here?

Speaker 83825.88s - 3863.1s

I would agree with you on the mint julep. I've never been a big fan of that. Now, there is a whiskey version of that. It's funny you bring that up. At the top of my Twitter page on X, I just posted a Redneck Riviera PRODUCT thoroughbred, is what we call it.It's for the Kentucky Derby EVENT, and it has a couple of the elements of a mint julep, but it's used in Redneck Revereaux PRODUCT whiskey. So if you're looking for an alternative, just go to my Twitter page at John Rich and make the thing. It's like four or five ingredients. But I agree with you.The mint julep as it stands, it's a classic. I would never order one. I think people probably only drink those when the race happens. No doubt.

Speaker 123863.48s - 3886.88s

By the way, how optimistic are you about Texas GPE joining the SEC ORG? You're a huge Texas Longhorn fan. You were in the Rose Bowl for the Vince Young PERSON National Championship win over my buddy, Matt liner, probably the greatest collegefootball game in the last 30, 40 years. I know Texas made the playoff this past year, and I know you were excited about that. You came on Big Noon WORK_OF_ART. How are the Longhorns going to do as full-fledged SEC ORG members?

Speaker 83888.46s - 3914.12s

You know, I think they'll do fine. It's obviously that the competition's going to be, I mean, every week is going to be another grinder. But one thing I'm really excited about for next year in college football is the playoff scenario. Finally. I mean, you know, if you're a really good team and you barely miss a cut, well, you won't barely miss it this time. You're actually going to have a shot. I think that's going to make it a really exciting finish to college football. Are you pretty

Speaker 123914.12s - 3932.76s

happy to see that set up that way as well? Yeah, I, you know, I had Buck PERSON with me. We went to watch Texas play Alabama in Athens a couple of years, I mean, in, in Austin a couple of years ago. Phenomenal scene, I think it's going to be a great fit for both Texas and Oklahoma GPE. I can't wait to see how it all shakes out. Yeah, me too.

Speaker 83933.06s - 3936.12s

And, you know, I'm married a Texas GPE Aggie. Oh, I know.

Speaker 123936.28s - 3941.94s

You got A&M and Texas GPE. Your kids are going to have to choose now. I know.

Speaker 83942.08s - 3950s

My oldest son is A&M. My youngest son is a Longhorn fan. So it's definitely a civil war in the house when that game is going to happen. I can't wait for it. That's going to be

Speaker 123950s - 3955.96s

great to have it back. Yeah, it is. That was always one of the most classic head-to-head matchups

Speaker 83955.96s - 3963.82s

rivalries anywhere in the U.S. GPE So I hated to lose that. So I think it's going to be great, man. Texas going to the SEC ORG. I think it stums up across the board.

Speaker 123966.12s - 3979.1s

Now, you've got also, this is pretty cool, you're bringing back a show, The Pursuit with John Rich WORK_OF_ART, which is going to be on Fox Business Network ORG. What can you tell us about that?

Speaker 83980.12s - 4027.34s

So this is a show that I created, and I host the show. It's about people who pursue happiness in America GPE. With all the negativity going on, even in this interview, we have to talk about it. I thought, man, if you can unplug on a Saturday night and watch some really entertaining stuff that's positive and talks about the greatness of our country, that's a good show. So that's what's coming on Saturday nights now on Fox Business Network, 8 o'clock Eastern and 7 Central. It's people like Tim Tebow, Dana White, Wolfgang Puck, Gary Seneas, Vanilla Ice PERSON, I mean, on and on. Michael W. Smith, Jim Brewer, who I think is the funniest guy in America GPE right now. So it's a lot of really high-calibre people telling their stories. So to get a chance, Saturday evening, sit back and turn it on and check it out.

Speaker 124027.98s - 4055.06s

Last question for you, John PERSON, as we go out, you mentioned that you've been in contact with those UNC ORG fraternity brothers who held the flag and kept it off the ground, also that Lee Greenwood wants to be involved, potentially other artists. What do you think the chances are Donald Trump PERSON wants to be involved? I know you played one of his most recent fundraisers that he did here in Nashville GPE, and how big of a party could that really turn into, given how many people want to be a part of celebrating America with those North Carolinians NORP?

Speaker 84056.02s - 4120.6s

You know, I mean, it wouldn't shock me if he wanted to come. I think it's probably up to the guys on the ground, honestly. It's up to those college boys. They're the reason we're having this discussion. So if they want to invite Trump PERSON, they should invite them. If they don't want to make it political at all, that's also totally fine with me. I will tell you, I was contacted by bikers for Trump out of North Carolina GPE, and the guy said, hey, you better booka very large venue because we're all coming. I said, wow, okay. So I think this could turn into a really massive thing. And I hope it, we're going to call it Flagstock ORG, by the way. Flagstock ORG. Oh, that's amazing. Imagine that T-shirt. I mean, it's perfect. So I hope Flagstock kicks off flagstocks all over the United States GPE. I hope campuses show their patriotism and walk out and be heard and stand up. I hope campuses show their patriotism and walk out and be heard and stand up. I mean, they've got a right to protest on one side and we've gota right to say what we want to say too. And there's a lot more of us than there are them. I'm firmly convinced of that. God bless those boys from UNC ORG. No doubt. We want to be there.

Speaker 124120.72s - 4129.68s

Flagstock is an amazing, amazing name. Buck and I need to be there as well. John PERSON, I'll see you around soon. I'm sure. Appreciate the time. I'm in. Yes, sir. Thank you.

Speaker 84130.6s - 4135.3s

Look, I want to tell you, you're hearing from Buck and me, we're going to be at the Kentucky Derby tomorrow.

Speaker 124135.72s - 4199.72s

And maybe you're not going to be at the Derby EVENT. Maybe you want to kick back and watch some of the NBA playoffs or the NHL playoffs or Major League Baseball seasons in full swing. When I get hooked up with prize picks, you can play it in Florida, you can play it in Georgia, you can play it in California, you can play it in Texas GPE.
