Speaker 00s - 30.58s

Welcome into the Dynasty Big Board part of the Rookie Big Board Podcast Network ORG. I'm your host, Anthony Couranty, joined by my co-hosts, Ryan Seerfoss and Eric Adams PERSON. Boys, we are rookie mock drafting today. None of that funny ADP ORG business. We're just telling you where we'd take them. Staking some clams to it.

Speaker 130.62s - 36.22s

How are we feeling? Because ADP ORG is probably wrong. ADP ORG probably is wrong.

Speaker 036.38s - 37.12s

Yep, I don't trust me.

Speaker 137.28s - 37.52s

ADP ORG.

Speaker 038.34s - 50.76s

Big ADP ORG wants you to listen to ADP, but what big ADP won't tell you is that it's just really a group think experiment. So down with ADP ORG, up with the rookie big board. Yes. Except our ADP ORG.

Speaker 150.84s - 51.82s

If we got ADP ORG, it's fair.

Speaker 051.82s - 59s

Way cheaper than you can pay for the consensus rankings.

Speaker 159.62s - 65.46s

You can join the amazing, not group think of the rookie big board and come in the Discord PRODUCT.

Speaker 067.52s - 68.12s

Boom.

Speaker 169.08s - 72.02s

And make concerted good decisions.

Speaker 072.46s - 73.64s

That's what we're all about.

Speaker 173.88s - 77.04s

We're preaching good decisions among friends.

Speaker 077.68s - 78.42s

That's what we do.

Speaker 178.54s - 79.5s

Some may even say family.

Speaker 079.86s - 82.3s

Some may say family. Some might be family.

Speaker 184.28s - 86.94s

There's got to be a couple family members in there, right?

Speaker 087.22s - 123.24s

What, clue one or two. It is rookie draft season. That's why we're a mock draft, and you got to go to patreon.com slash rookie big board. Speaker 3123.32s - 123.74s

Just this.

Speaker 1123.82s - 124.5s

This is the only thing.

Speaker 3125.28s - 126.56s

Don't fact check me on that. Just take me at my word. $5 a month. You can't get anything for $5 a month. Just this. This is the only thing. Don't fact check me on that.

Speaker 0126.8s - 127.74s

Just take me at my word.

Speaker 1128.14s - 129.64s

$5 a month. It's no-brainer.

Speaker 0130.5s - 131.84s

I spend more than that 100 CARDINAL drinks.

Speaker 1131.94s - 132.76s

Almost every day.

Speaker 0132.76s - 138.58s

Yeah, I mean, come on. My crippling caffeine addiction alone costs me more than that day.

Speaker 3138.66s - 139.8s

I triple that day.

Speaker 0140.86s - 169.26s

You can even say 15% with an annual subscription. It's the no-brainer of all no-brainers. Patreon.com slash rookie big board. You won't regret it.All right. Two-round rookie mock. NFL ORG draft in the books. Landing spots, we know them. Draft capital. We got it.Two-round rookie mock super flex. We are drafting 24 picks. Ryan's kicking us off with the 101. Will he be bold or will he be chalk?

Speaker 1170.56s - 201.68s

Oh, I'm so chalked. It's kidding. Situation's perfect. I mean, you have three get-rate receivers or one potentially great. Two really great, one potentially up there with the Dunez ORG. I will talk about later. We have a good tight end.We have a receiving running back. Everything's in place for us. It's the best starting position. It's the best starting situation I've ever seen for a rookie quarterback, especially one who's one overall, walk him in for me.Yeah, I don't know how.

Speaker 2201.68s - 203.84s

Yeah, there's no, there's no overthinking this one.

Speaker 1204s - 204.96s

I would just do it.

Speaker 2207.72s - 209.26s

Just do it. I had one league with 101 I thought about trading back in it.

Speaker 1210.38s - 211.12s

And I'm like,

Speaker 2211.32s - 212.74s

I don't even know how many firsts it would take

Speaker 1212.74s - 215.24s

because the situation is that led. Yeah.

Speaker 0216.16s - 217.12s

Yeah, I...

Speaker 1217.12s - 221.22s

I've at least seen one draft where Marv went 101.

Speaker 0223.7s - 226.92s

Is that Superflex PRODUCT? Yeah. Oh, yikes.

Speaker 3227.16s - 228.98s

But it was like, you know,

Speaker 2229.54s - 231.08s

the person also had,

Speaker 3231.26s - 233.46s

they might have had 102 and 103,

Speaker 2233.84s - 234.1s

you know,

Speaker 3234.16s - 234.56s

so it was.

Speaker 2234.56s - 234.78s

Oh,

Speaker 3234.98s - 236.1s

that's son of a.

Speaker 2236.12s - 236.42s

Yeah.

Speaker 3238.06s - 238.78s

Let me just see.

Speaker 2238.88s - 240.26s

That's why big ADP ORG will get you.

Speaker 3240.36s - 242.48s

That's a big ADP ORG will get you.

Speaker 2243.08s - 244.42s

I just don't know.

Speaker 3244.54s - 244.74s

You know,

Speaker 1244.78s - 248.38s

there's only so many ways we can talk about how good Caleb PERSON's landing spot is.

Speaker 0248.46s - 250.5s

I think we've said it as many times as we could.

Speaker 1250.68s - 253.74s

It's a great landing spot. It's easy. You don't need to talk about that every second.

Speaker 0253.96s - 272.04s

Yeah, take Caleb Williams. I'm up with 102. It's the same thing here. It's Marvin Harrison Jr. There's not a whole lot of reason for it not to be Marvin Harrison, Jr. If for some reason you have the 103 and the person who has the 102 doesn't take Marvin Harrison Jr. PERSON, congratulations on your new share of Marvin Harrison Jr.

Speaker 1272.9s - 274.08s

Send them an animal arrangement.

Speaker 0274.88s - 288.38s

It is the wide receiver landing spot equivalent of how good we just said Caleb's landing spot was in Chicago. Marv PERSON's going to get all the targets, just all of them. Sorry, Trey McBride, who will also get a bunch of targets, but Marv PERSON is walking into...

Speaker 2288.38s - 289.88s

Oh, there's plenty to go around.

Speaker 0290s - 293.38s

Marv's walking into 150 to 160, I feel like, is the floor, honestly.

Speaker 2293.58s - 297.12s

Like, Kyler PERSON is just going to throw him the ball

Speaker 0297.12s - 306.32s

until he can't throw it to him anymore. So Marvin Harrison, Jr., still the pick at 102 for me, and that gives us... Eric is up at 103. Okay, so... and you're still the pick at 102 for me. And that gives us, Eric is up at 103. Okay.

Speaker 2306.56s - 348.04s

So I don't really blame you for taking MHJ ORG. And obviously, Caleb should go 101 in every single. And not even Superflex PRODUCT. I feel like Caleb should go 101. It makes this decision interesting. I really want to go with my guy here. But I have a rankings and I could stick to the rankings, and I'll say that I have Jaden ahead of Drake PERSON right now, so I will take Jaden and Dadev PERSON's here. I just think the rushing floors, as much as I love the rushing upside of May PERSON, and I do think the ceiling is higher for May PERSON,I think Jaden PERSON's immediate production. Like Jaden PERSON's coming in, as long as he's on the field this year, he's running for 1,000 yards, probably thrown for 3,500 more.

Speaker 3348.62s - 352.9s

You're going to have a lot of touchdowns. He's literally the offense. He's the spark that Washington GPE needs.

Speaker 2353.76s - 363.28s

You plug him in. I think he's probably already a QB won this year. I thought you were going to get some of my house.

Speaker 0363.88s - 364.5s

I did too.

Speaker 1365.22s - 366.88s

I'm shocked. I got a rankings, bud. Got to stick with it. He's not. I thought you're going to I did too I'm shocked I got a ranking but you got to stick with it

Speaker 0366.88s - 367.72s

he's not

Speaker 1367.72s - 369.12s

I thought you're going to get

Speaker 0369.12s - 372.72s

weird I'm shocked

Speaker 1372.72s - 414s

all right Ryan you are up with 104 you got a number of good options to choose from here so I'm curious to see where you're steering usI am between the quarterbacks here, between Drake May and JJ McCarthy. I'm going Drake May PERSON because I believe in that upside and a talent. I think McCarthy PERSON is a safer pick. McCarthy PERSON's in a great situation with those receivers as is.But we're talking to Adesteen in long term, I'm probably going to lean May. But it's in a great situation with those receivers as is. But if we're talking to Adesteem PERSON long term, I'm probably going to lean May PERSON. But it's one of those decisions. I think if I'm on the clock, my decision changes day by day on it.

Speaker 0414.4s - 417.48s

They're very close for me, and it's completely different reasons.

Speaker 1418.42s - 425.82s

But I think May PERSON's tools are special, and once they build that team around them, it can be very good.

Speaker 0427.62s - 452.76s

I think it's a like I agree with what you said like in a vacuum I like Drake May PERSON more than I like J.J. McCarthy PERSON but I think it's really like a contextual sort of like if I'm in a true like if I have the 104 PRODUCT because I'm in a real like if I have the 104 because I'm in a real honest of goodness rebuild and not because I traded for the 104 a year ago you know from somebody else.

Speaker 1453.76s - 455.18s

I'm taking May PERSON.

Speaker 3455.18s - 455.58s

Yeah.

Speaker 1455.78s - 465.44s

If I have that pick and maybe I am a little more desperate for a quarterback that I feel really confident about being able to play this year because I'm chasing it.

Speaker 0466.86s - 472.92s

I can make the argument for McCarthy PERSON. But if you're a year away, I have no problem taking Drake May before JJ McCarthy.

Speaker 1474.88s - 475.18s

That's exactly how I'm that situation.

Speaker 2476.56s - 476.94s

Yeah, that was very well put.

Speaker 1478.3s - 479.46s

And there's also a chance.

Speaker 2482.28s - 483.16s

Justin Jefferson PERSON may not be there much longer.

Speaker 1484.94s - 485.04s

These wide receivers are getting paid,

Speaker 0486.58s - 488.3s

and he might want to test that market out unless they just break the freaking bag.

Speaker 2491.12s - 494.46s

He also might see J.J. McCarthy throw one pass

Speaker 1494.46s - 496.32s

and training camp and be like, I'm good.

Speaker 0496.48s - 497.1s

I'm good on that.

Speaker 1497.82s - 499.18s

Sorry, that was a mean shot.

Speaker 2499.32s - 501.38s

That was a mean shot. I didn't deserve that.

Speaker 0502.82s - 552.42s

All right, I'm up at the 105 FAC. This is a, yeah, that's a, Didn't deserve that. All right. I'm up at the 105 FAC. This is a, that's a tricky one, but I'm going to take Malik PERSON neighbors. I don't think I'm as off put by the landing spot as some people seem to be.It's kind of like the Drake May PERSON equivalent at wide receiver like maybe maybe he doesn't like really pop in year one but Malik Neighbors PERSON is a terrific prospect like a really great prospectand not for nothing you know who else was a really great wide receiver prospect that had some straight doo-do quarterback the first two years of his career? Garrett Wilson PERSON. A lot. He's been all right. There's been a lot, man.

Speaker 1552.54s - 553.94s

Yeah. There has been a lot.

Speaker 0554.12s - 562.56s

Bad teams up the throat. Yeah. I think Malik PERSON neighbors, whether or not you're a believer in Daniel Jones, I think Malik neighbors can perform in spite of that.

Speaker 3563.5s - 569.32s

And if he does get a quarterback upgrade eventually, it's even better. But the talent is there.

Speaker 0570.9s - 573.7s

It's tough for me to let neighbors slip past 105 FAC.

Speaker 1574.84s - 580.46s

I think that was like on draft day. Everybody in the world have reacted is like, there sucks.

Speaker 3580.46s - 586.76s

And then when you put your shaking cap on and really get into it The path of targets is there

Speaker 1586.76s - 588.5s

And that's really what matters

Speaker 3588.5s - 590.28s

Especially if you can run after the catch

Speaker 0590.28s - 590.96s

And he can get open

Speaker 3590.96s - 592.72s

Like that's what you need

Speaker 0592.72s - 594.66s

Damn I just needs to get in the vicinity

Speaker 3594.66s - 596.18s

What she can do

Speaker 1596.18s - 599.96s

All right

Speaker 0599.96s - 602.04s

You're up at 106

Speaker 1602.04s - 607.6s

So my top five on my big board are pretty much gone in this.

Speaker 3608.22s - 610.46s

You know, these are the top five picks that I have.

Speaker 0610.64s - 611.74s

It's in a bit of a different order.

Speaker 1611.88s - 614.22s

But those are the five guys that I would take one through five.

Speaker 0614.78s - 616.02s

I'm going to stick with my board.

Speaker 2616.1s - 652.72s

I'm going to stay at 106 and take Rome PERSON. I think, I understand there's a lot of worries about Rome being behind DJ Moore PERSON and Keenan Allen PERSON. I have nothing to back this up other than they seem to be buds, and I really like Rome PERSON. I could see Rome having a better chance of being the wide receiver one on that team than being the wide receiver three on that team.Like, they could just click automatically. And either way, they're both there for five years. That's, I really think people are underselling that.

Speaker 0653.32s - 655.62s

So I'm going to stick with Rome PERSON here.

Speaker 2655.76s - 669.38s

I'm a big believer. I love the landing spot. Like I said, I get it. You know, there's a lot of mouse to feed. But I think Rome PERSON's an alpha. And I think alphas do alpha things once they get on the football field. So take Rome PERSON.

Speaker 0670.02s - 671.66s

I kind of agree with that.

Speaker 2671.86s - 678.4s

And also, if we believe Roma Dunezai to be good, which we all believe, right, we all believe Rome PERSON to be good.

Speaker 1678.76s - 689.04s

And if we believe Caleb PERSON to be good, right? And we keep talking about how great Caleb PERSON's landing spot is, like, Rome should be good, right? And we keep talking about how great Caleb's landing spot is. Like, Rome PERSON should be good.

Speaker 0689.64s - 691.92s

Like, even if it doesn't,

Speaker 1692.48s - 695.24s

you know, go nuclear in year one,

Speaker 0695.36s - 697.58s

he's going to play. Like, he's going to have a role.

Speaker 1698.66s - 703.28s

Exactly, man. Rome wasn't built on a day. That was...

Speaker 0703.28s - 704.18s

That was just...

Speaker 2704.18s - 706.12s

That was just incredible. That was... That was just...

Speaker 0706.12s - 710.84s

That was just incredible. Neither were the Chicago Bay ORG.

Speaker 2710.84s - 713.68s

That was beautiful.

Speaker 0714.6s - 719.56s

All right, Ryan PERSON. You're up at 107. Thank you, J.D. McCarthy PERSON.

Speaker 1719.76s - 733.26s

I was thinking about him on my last pick. The situation's really good. We kind of broke it down already. I like McCarley PERSON here. I could go Bowers, but it's super flexing good lead to quarterback. Yep.

Speaker 0733.86s - 754.46s

Fair, we pretty much talked about McCarthy PERSON already. I think a lot of times in drafts, you're going to see this flipped from the way we did it. Like I think in a lot of drafts, you'll see McCarthy PERSON go as early as we took May and may be the one that slides. If this happens, same thing, if Marvin Harrison Jr. doesn't go second. You take your Drake May PERSON and you'd be happy about it.

Speaker 2754.46s - 758.66s

And you say thank you. Yeah, you take your Drake May PERSON and you be happy about it if he falls to 107, 108.

Speaker 0759.66s - 766.14s

I would love getting McCarthy PERSON at this value, though. I'd be fine with taking him earlier if I needed a quarterback to play this year, but at 107, I'm good regardless.

Speaker 1767.3s - 769.78s

If someone lets us follow you,

Speaker 0769.78s - 771.62s

you can buy them better than edible arrangement.

Speaker 1772.08s - 774.04s

You can buy them a membership of the rookie big board.

Speaker 0774.34s - 775.9s

It's even cheaper than the edible arrangement.

Speaker 1777.06s - 777.74s

Way cheaper.

Speaker 0777.86s - 779.82s

You can't get like a eighth of one for that.

Speaker 1779.82s - 787.74s

You get them. You get a pineapple. Yeah, you get them the rookie big board subscription. You get yourself an edible arrangement because you deserve it. You work them. You get them the Ricky Big Board ORG subscription. You get yourself an edible arrangement because you deserve it.

Speaker 0788s - 788.92s

You work hard.

Speaker 1789.88s - 795.26s

You were the sharp one because you were already in there. You already heard us tell you to do this.

Speaker 0796.52s - 835.2s

If so, fact, though, Bing PERSON, bang, boom. All right. All right, 101. We're ending the chalk 8 here, right? Like we're just ending this top tier. I'm going to take Brock Bowers PERSON.Okay. I'm going to take Brock Bowers PERSON. I am not like, I'm not super worried about Rock Bowers, honestly. I know it would have been fun to get him in a spot where we could, like, really confidently pencil in a lot more work. But Michael Mayer doesn't worry me about Brock Bowers PERSON. Brock Bowers worries me about Michael Mayer.Yeah, that's the way to go.

Speaker 2835.32s - 842.48s

Brock Bowers PERSON is going to get his. Brock Bowers is a superior talent to Michael Mayer. No offense to Michael Mayer. They're different players, right?

Speaker 0842.56s - 856.36s

Like, I think from a team perspective, we will see them both out there at times. While Michael Mayer plays a more traditional in-line role, and Brock Bowers PERSON does Brock Bowers things and, you know, catches screens and, you know,

Speaker 1857.28s - 858.32s

does all his stuff.

Speaker 0858.32s - 873.48s

But at 108, it's tough to let Bauer PERSON slip past that for me. We'll see what he's got at quarterback in the future. But I think him and Gardner PERSON, I think him, I think Minchumania ORG runs wild over the middle of the field to Brock this year.I hope so,

Speaker 2873.48s - 875.32s

because I do not want to watch Aiden O'Connell PERSON.

Speaker 1876.04s - 877.92s

He ain't a little last boy.

Speaker 0879.08s - 880.5s

He's not a little last boy.

Speaker 1881.42s - 882.76s

What's the show?

Speaker 0883s - 885.64s

Is it Reno 9-1-1 where they're like the cops in Vegas GPE?

Speaker 2885.82s - 886.82s

Yeah, that's something about right.

Speaker 0887.42s - 892.86s

Who's the character that Aiden O'Connell PERSON looks exactly like the big guy with the mustache?

Speaker 2893.28s - 895.3s

Like, I'm good on seeing that guy play quarterback.

Speaker 0895.68s - 897.28s

Thank you for being the chief last year.

Speaker 3897.4s - 898.7s

That's something not a lot of teams can do.

Speaker 2898.94s - 901.74s

But hey, but grab some pine.

Speaker 0902.18s - 906.28s

Uncle Rico's coming in now. All right. All right.

Speaker 2906.54s - 939.16s

Eric, you're up at 109. So I'm going to take my guy here to officially keep going with my board. I have Brock at 9. I have this guy at 8. I'm going to take Brian Thomas PERSON. I've talked about the landing spot last week.I really love the landing spot in Jacksonville. This is it for Trevor Lawrence PERSON. Wheels up, bud. This is the season. You have a wide receiver that can quite literally do everything. I'm not saying Brian Thomas PERSON can do everything. You have multiple wide receivers that can fill multiple roles that can fill out everything for you. Trish and Kirk PERSON in the slot. Evan Ingram doing Evan Ingram things.

Speaker 0939.4s - 955.94s

Brian Thomas PERSON going deep. And, you know, I know he's not just a deep threat, but all these guys can do whatever you want, Trevor PERSON. Like, you have the arsenal now. Use it. And I think Brian Thomas is such a good final piece for what they want to do in Jacksonville. And if he can be used the same

Speaker 2955.94s - 973.56s

way that LSU would use them and have the connection that he had with Jaden PERSON that he hopefully can have with Trevor PERSON, I don't see why not, because Trevor's got a canton. That could be just a big play waiting to happen. I really like Brian Thomas at 109. I like that too.

Speaker 0973.66s - 981.7s

He would be the next guy for me there as well. All right, Ryan, you're up at 110. This is where things start to get a little murky.

Speaker 3982.32s - 983.68s

This is going to get, this is where we get.

Speaker 1983.68s - 988.8s

Things start to open up. This is, uh, I go to get a little murky. This is going to get... Things start to open up. This is... I go to a nice little situation

Speaker 0988.8s - 994.18s

where there's 250 vacated targets.

Speaker 1994.44s - 994.7s

Hello.

Speaker 0994.88s - 997.36s

From an all-pro caliber quarterback.

Speaker 1997.68s - 997.94s

Hello.

Speaker 0999s - 1000.72s

Give me Ladd McCaffney PERSON.

Speaker 11000.94s - 1001.76s

He's a good lad.

Speaker 01002.68s - 1003.78s

He's a good one.

Speaker 11004.28s - 1005.54s

He knows how to get open.

Speaker 01005.68s - 1007.76s

He puts DBs in the blender.

Speaker 11007.94s - 1026.44s

I don't care that he's his career high in college of 762. That's Doord PERSON of football. Just dominating and not meeting it. He's a playmaker. He gets open. He catches everything. And Justin Herbert, God, he loves the slot. Oh, does he love that slot receiving position? He's going to get fed.

Speaker 01026.72s - 1029.42s

Lock him in for 100, 100 touches this year.

Speaker 11031.08s - 1033.88s

Lock it in. Lock it in. Lock it in.

Speaker 01033.94s - 1034.98s

And, you know, not for nothing.

Speaker 31035.82s - 1037.38s

If you've been listening to this podcast,

Speaker 11038.48s - 1053.9s

I mean, hell, we did one of these moks back in March, March 5th. We didn't know nothing about landing spots. Eric had Lad going 112. You've been listening. You were ready for Ladd to go round one. And nothing has slowed us down from that.Good lad.

Speaker 01054.06s - 1055.78s

Yeah, he's a good lad. He's a good lad.

Speaker 11055.82s - 1057.42s

Moved up two spots. Good for him.

Speaker 01057.42s - 1068.12s

He's got out. Yeah. You know, you love to see it. Stock up, baby. All right. I'm up at 111.Hey, I'm going to do a thing that i wouldn't have done probably ever but i'm going to take bo knicks

Speaker 31068.12s - 1071.48s

wow i'm going to take bo necks at 11

Speaker 01071.48s - 1077.34s

and uh i'm going to take bo necks PRODUCT at 111 because i've taken bo necks at 11

Speaker 31077.34s - 1083.86s

i was in that way drafts look i'm not even really a bo necks guy i i did not like

Speaker 11083.86s - 1085.88s

bo necks but i think if bo necks is going to hit it's probably in a shan peatine off not even really a Bo Nix PERSON guy. I did not like Bo Nix. But I think

Speaker 01085.88s - 1092.12s

if Bo Nix PERSON is going to hit, it's probably in a Sean Pate PERSON in offense. I can't wait. I can't wait

Speaker 11092.12s - 1093.36s

for Zach Wilson PERSON to beat him out.

Speaker 01094.2s - 1107.26s

You know, fewer things would be more hilarious than me proclaiming I'm taking Bo Nix at 11, and then Zach Wilson trampling on my Bo Nix shares. That'd be so jets of him.

Speaker 21107.66s - 1109.84s

You've turned it in, you've willed into existence now.

Speaker 01109.9s - 1110.9s

You know, it very well.

Speaker 21110.9s - 1123.14s

Hey, if you've been following anything I've done for any time, I told you to sell Austin Echler before he had like an RB1 season. So I won't be the first time I'm wrong. I don't know.

Speaker 01123.58s - 1137.74s

Do I think Bo Nix is the 11th best player in this draft class for rookies? I do not. Do I think he will return some immediate value at a needy position for a lot of teams in Superflex PRODUCT? I do.

Speaker 11138.76s - 1149.66s

And even if you got to play the game of taking him 111 and maybe you do the quick flip, you know, like maybe Bo Nix PERSON puts up a couple good early games and if you're not a believer, you try and liquidate Bo Nix PERSON into something else.

Speaker 01150.16s - 1157.76s

You can play that game if you want. But if he's going to be good, maybe it's in a Sean Payton PERSON offense. It's worth a try.

Speaker 11157.94s - 1158.7s

It's worth a chance.

Speaker 01158.7s - 1165.96s

And, you know, he could have like a 60-yard bomb in camp and it blow up on Twitter

Speaker 11165.96s - 1168.06s

he gets excited to sell immediately. Yeah.

Speaker 01169.08s - 1170.36s

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 31171.58s - 1173.5s

So, you know, it doesn't feel great,

Speaker 01173.92s - 1184.3s

but I've done it a couple times, so I'm going to stay true to it and do it again here. Eric, that brings you up to 1-12 to close out round one. I'm going to take Keon Coleman PERSON here.

Speaker 21187.08s - 1195.92s

I want to say something when it comes to the people who really highlight the separation thing. I said something last year.

Speaker 31196.24s - 1196.56s

Drag them.

Speaker 21196.66s - 1277.2s

I think it was in training camp. When I said, you know, everyone's so obsessed with separation. Everyone's like separation, separation, separation, separation. Obviously separation is nice. That's what I said.In the NFL, man, you're not getting two to three yards of separation. They call it NFL ORG open for a reason. The reason I like Keon PERSON more than I liked him before the draft, when you have a quarterback as elite as Josh Allen, I'll look past that every now and then. I don't care.I'll take a chance on the athletic freak that can do the things that Keon Coleman PERSON has shown on tape in college. As long as he's got Josh Allen throwing him the ball. This kind of ties into the Drake May PERSON thing. It's like, I'll take a chance on a guy like Javon Baker and Jalen Polk PERSON. You know, Pat Mahomes PERSON, you give himjust, well, maybe, I know last year might have proven a little bit differently, but like, sometimes you just, you just need a guy who's good enough, and he'll make him look like a superstar. It's called elevating receivers, man. And I think Josh Allen elevates Keon Colemanto a place where I'm very comfortable taking him in the first round, especially at 112. I have him ranked 111. I'll take him at 112. Also, he has the greatest social media impact I've ever seen in his visits to, like, Buffalo Stadium FAC.

Speaker 31277.4s - 1279.04s

He's the funniest guy. It's hilarious.

Speaker 21279.94s - 1281.28s

Like, my goodness.

Speaker 11282.16s - 1285.4s

He needs to be good just for, he needs to be good just for the reason,

Speaker 21285.56s - 1286.98s

so he gets in front of the camp more.

Speaker 11287.3s - 1287.7s

Yes.

Speaker 01287.94s - 1289s

Yes, I would take it.

Speaker 11289.24s - 1290.24s

I also think it helps that,

Speaker 01290.32s - 1292.24s

like, as great as Josh Allen is,

Speaker 11292.86s - 1297.64s

you also know that Josh Allen is going to give Keon Coleman

Speaker 21297.64s - 1301.98s

some shots on plays that other quarterbacks might not.

Speaker 01301.98s - 1304s

And that's what Keon Coleman PERSON needs.

Speaker 21304.34s - 1307.46s

Like, to your point, like, to the people that, you know,

Speaker 01307.84s - 1310.48s

people will be out on him because you can't separate,

Speaker 11310.9s - 1313.24s

even though, you know, separating at the catch points a real thing.

Speaker 01315.18s - 1341.28s

And Josh Allen is going to give him shots where he has to go up and get it where somebody else can't. And if there's one thing we saw Keon Coleman PERSON do in college, it's climb the ladder and go get it where somebody else can't. So I agree with you. I like that there.I have no problem taking him the end of round one. All right. Round one. Caleb Williams 101. Marvin Harrison Jr., Jaden Daniels PERSON, Drake May, Malik Neighbors PERSON, Roma Dunsay, J.J. McCarthy PERSON,Brock Bowers, Brian Thomas, Jr. PERSON, Ladd-McConkey, Bow-Nicks PERSON,

Speaker 11341.46s - 1404.02s

Keon Coleman. Ryan PERSON, you are up at 201. Drafts wide open from here. Nobody knows what's happening. I'm fighting between my brain and my heart right now. And you know what? We've been pretty boring this draft.Hell yeah. Sometimes they'd like it. I know it's a bit of a stretch based off a big ADP. I know a certain quarterback, a certain receiver with an all-pro quarterback. It's great. You know what? Xavier Lakers ORG come into a good situation with a good quarter with a young quarterback who needs help. He got drafted in the first round, so that means the team believed them enough to trade up into the first round to get that extra year out of him. He's going to be a part of that offense. I love the upside. I think he can stay healthybecause he is a thick dude who can run through people. I love his thinking very like it. I've been on the train all offseason, I'm sticking with it. Okay.

Speaker 01404.52s - 1413.28s

All right. Well, I'm going to I'm going to keep the Xavier ORG run going. I'm going to take Xavier Worthy at 202. That was my head of his west.

Speaker 11413.48s - 1417.56s

Yeah, that's really where I feel good about taking him.

Speaker 21417.68s - 1424.02s

You're not going to be able to take him there. Just being honest. Like, I think in most drafts he's going to go, you know,

Speaker 01424.12s - 1460.52s

you're going to see him go ahead of Brian Thomas Jr. A lot of times. You're going to see him go 109, 110. I get it. I like Brian Thomas Jr. And I like Ladd McConkey more than I like Xavier Worthy PERSON.I would love to take a chance on him at the beginning around two. I just think it probably doesn't happen all that often because somebody else will buy into the, you know, the fastest combine receiver playing with Pat Mahomes and you won't be afforded that opportunity to take him top around two but it's where I think he really slots in betteras a talent Eric PERSON that puts you up at 203 you know

Speaker 21460.52s - 1465.16s

I didn't want to be the one to take the running back guys don't do it don't let the running back guys. Don't do it.

Speaker 01465.34s - 1466.38s

I tried to put it off.

Speaker 21466.5s - 1472.74s

Don't let big running back force you into it. I have a board. Don't let big board.

Speaker 11473.16s - 1474.2s

I have a board.

Speaker 31474.36s - 1476.98s

Don't let big board force you into it unless it's a rookie big board.

Speaker 11476.98s - 1477.9s

We are the board.

Speaker 31478.1s - 1478.16s

Okay.

Speaker 21478.36s - 1480.14s

Yeah, no, no, no, pick a different board.

Speaker 11481.7s - 1485.24s

No, I can't because I'm not comfortable with anybody else at this pick.

Speaker 21485.36s - 1486.44s

I'm taking Jonathan Brooks PERSON.

Speaker 01487.6s - 1489.92s

I'm not comfortable with anybody at this point in the drafts.

Speaker 21489.96s - 1492.98s

Just do what you want to do. Quite frankly, Ryan, you are 100% correct.

Speaker 01493.18s - 1494.18s

It's your life, do it as long.

Speaker 21495.36s - 1501.64s

Darned, Skippy PERSON. I'm not afraid of the hodgepodge that they got in Carolina ORG. What I'm afraid of is Carolina ORG.

Speaker 01501.98s - 1502.96s

That's what I'm afraid of.

Speaker 21503.02s - 1506.44s

Fair. Like you said, Ryan, love Xavier ORG, look at.

Speaker 01506.68s - 1507.4s

Rooting for him.

Speaker 21507.9s - 1512.24s

Love the tape. Definitely afraid of Carolina ORG.

Speaker 01513.74s - 1515.66s

I believe in Bryce PERSON.

Speaker 21516.36s - 1526.38s

I think they have a much better offense going into this year. I think Brooks PERSON will step in the moment he's ready to go and be the R.B1 for them. It's just Carolina ORG.

Speaker 01526.58s - 1530.52s

And the way that Carolina ORG is operating right now is suboptimal.

Speaker 31530.72s - 1532.06s

Let's just put it, to put it kindly.

Speaker 01533s - 1533.24s

Sub-

Speaker 21533.24s - 1537.5s

They're not working with, you know, a full toolbox.

Speaker 31537.88s - 1539.2s

They're definitely missing some tools.

Speaker 21540.5s - 1546.46s

The light bulb is not on. Their lights are on, nobody's home. That's how I would describe Carolina

Speaker 01546.46s - 1548.98s

Suboptimal literally might have been

Speaker 21548.98s - 1559.12s

I don't know why but it's like the most kind I really tried my heart as not to kill them there And it's just the way I feel about Carolina

Speaker 01559.12s - 1563.4s

I would not feel good about having a Carolina Panther on my fantasy team But

Speaker 21563.4s - 1574.74s

Hopefully One day They have a nice year this year good about having a Carolina Panther ORG on my fantasy team. But hopefully, they have a nice year this year because they have a nice offense. So let's just cross our fingers and hope everything.

Speaker 01574.74s - 1576.66s

I hope so. I'm rooting for Bryce Young PERSON. I really am.

Speaker 21577.34s - 1579.78s

I absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 01580.16s - 1580.56s

To be fair.

Speaker 21580.56s - 1586.22s

Everyone that's out on Bryce Young PERSON, we're coming for you. To be fair, like, I don't know.

Speaker 01586.4s - 1587.66s

They're trying, right?

Speaker 21587.78s - 1590.1s

Like, it's way better than last year.

Speaker 01590.18s - 1590.34s

Yeah.

Speaker 21590.34s - 1602.04s

It's way better than last year. Like Brooks, Legat, I don't think any of us were the biggest Mingo guys last year. But like, it's a, but Deonté Johnson PERSON. Deontay Johnson PERSON.

Speaker 11602.12s - 1602.54s

There is.

Speaker 21603.88s - 1605.74s

Adam PERSON Thieland is still there? I'm pretty sure. I'm still there. There is. Adam, is Adam? Is Adam feeling still there?

Speaker 11605.74s - 1606.36s

I'm pretty sure.

Speaker 21606.44s - 1606.64s

I'm still there.

Speaker 01607.36s - 1609.3s

Just protect him, man.

Speaker 21609.4s - 1612.38s

Just protect him. Just protect Bryce PERSON. Yes.

Speaker 01612.74s - 1614.66s

But he's got the weapons to do stuff this year.

Speaker 21614.78s - 1615.52s

He can do stuff.

Speaker 01615.92s - 1616.56s

Let him do stuff.

Speaker 21616.56s - 1617.92s

If they can give him time, man.

Speaker 01618.22s - 1619.54s

Like, I don't know.

Speaker 21619.76s - 1630.34s

Maybe it's take lock, but I still feel like Bryce Young in the SEC ORG made playing quarterback look so effortless and like natural.

Speaker 31630.34s - 1631.18s

I thought of them, baby.

Speaker 01631.38s - 1635.08s

Yeah, but like just that really natural passer.

Speaker 11635.32s - 1640.22s

Like that's still in there. So I hope it comes together for him. Me too.

Speaker 01640.44s - 1643.96s

All right, Ryan, you're up at 204. What?

Speaker 11648.06s - 1649.42s

I don't want an air to feel like I'm going to keep the running back trying to go, I'm taking Trey Benson PERSON.

Speaker 01649.82s - 1650.26s

Wow.

Speaker 11651.16s - 1654.56s

Holmer pick. That's an FSU ORG pick.

Speaker 01655.04s - 1658.88s

It is, but I like a situation. He's competed with a 29-year-old running back.

Speaker 11659.78s - 1685.46s

He'll probably split carries, which I'm fine with because everybody, every running back will he splits carries. The Zernary PERSON's Towers are going to be here. He has gaping holes, which he'm fine with because everybody back in the league splits carries. The zone reads, Tyler's going to be here that he has gaping holes, which he needs because they're just questionable. But you know what? He has 4-39 speed, and he has those openingsin Arizona GPE because they're worried about Marvin Harris PERSON and then throw it on all the time. It's nice. James Carter PERSON, who has no explosive ability who's breaking off big rounds for them. I think Benson PERSON could do that.I do like the fit for Benson PERSON there.

Speaker 01687.1s - 1728.3s

All right, I'm up at 205. Here's what I'm not going to stop doing now is drafting Ad9 Mitchell PERSON. I'm not going to stop doing it, all right? I won't. I just won't.80 Mitchell PERSON, still good. Love the landing spot. It's wheels up for Anthony Richardson to Adonai Mitchell PERSON. Oh, my goodness gracious. I have butterflies all over again. It feels like drafting George Pickens in the middle of round two all over again.Yeah, still taking 80 Mitchell PERSON. I feel like I've said enough positive things about him over the last few months. Everybody knows how I feel. Adonize the pick. Eric, you're up at 206. So I have two choices

Speaker 21728.3s - 1738.5s

right now in mind. I do not know how I feel about one of them because I just don't know what's going to happen in San Francisco right now.

Speaker 31740.54s - 1741.98s

It's Jacob Cowling PERSON, right?

Speaker 01743.24s - 1743.44s

What?

Speaker 31743.94s - 1745.48s

Instead of Jacob Cowling PERSON, right? Well? Instead of Jacob Cowling, right?

Speaker 01746.42s - 1748.94s

Oh, well, now that you bring him up, I mean, yeah.

Speaker 31752.12s - 1757.78s

I got to assume that San Francisco's going to get rid of one of Ayuk or Debo,

Speaker 01758.44s - 1760.56s

and I'm assuming they want to get rid of Debo.

Speaker 21760.68s - 1761.62s

I feel like that's the one.

Speaker 01763.12s - 1764.56s

Hey, hey there, partner.

Speaker 21764.98s - 1780.1s

Oh? You hold your horses just real quick. Because of that, I'm going to get ridiculed for this, and I don't care. They're going to call me a homer and I don't care. I'm going to take Jalen Paul PERSON care.

Speaker 01780.68s - 1781.78s

Okay. All right.

Speaker 21781.92s - 1843.48s

I just love the way he fits with Drake May PERSON. If you watch the tape for Drake May PERSON, there were at least three to five times a game where he would just say, you know, it's screw it, Devonthe's Walker PERSON's down there somewhere. Jalen Polk PERSON is a much more consistent receiverthan Devontes Walker PERSON, and he excels at the deep ball. I love that fit. The more that we've gotten further away from the draft, I love the Jalen Polk with Drake May PERSON fit. It might take a year to come to fruition, but I really think a lot of people are sleeping on him. And, you know, if you believe in Drake May PERSON, I find it hard to believe that you don't believe in Jalen Polk PERSON. Because all Polk did at Washington GPE was be a dog, come down with contested catches, find ways to get open, and show plucky hands ability. That's perfect with Drake PERSON. So I will take Polk PERSON. If it wasn't for that situation in San Francisco, it would be slick, Rick PERSON.

Speaker 01843.58s - 1849.68s

But I don't know what the hell is going on up there. Honestly, probably my favorite thing about drafting Jalen Polk

Speaker 21849.68s - 1855.76s

is like from how much I like the player perspective, I have no problem taking him here. What I like

Speaker 01855.76s - 1860.02s

best about him is you probably don't have to take him here. You can probably get him later. Yeah,

Speaker 21860.16s - 1864.54s

I know, I'm a little, I'm a little over aggressive right now, but, but I'm, we're taking these guys

Speaker 01864.54s - 1875.28s

where we would take them. You know, like, I'm fine stacking them here and not playing the ADP game. But when you're actively in drafts, like, I've seen them slipping to round three. I think if you get him in round three, it's theft.

Speaker 21875.38s - 1877.42s

That's a slam dunk. Yeah, I think you're stealing.

Speaker 11878.22s - 1880.4s

I mean, what, he had top 40 draft capital?

Speaker 21880.7s - 1881.8s

Like, yeah, Jalen Pulse PERSON is going to play.

Speaker 11883.96s - 1889.88s

Yeah, i like it all right ryan you're up at two oh seven it's gonna

Speaker 01889.88s - 1891.18s

it's a little rough in these parts

Speaker 11891.18s - 1902.36s

oh we're getting into the meat of it maybe we're getting into the meat we're getting into the meat of this um i'm thinking play quarter of here okay

Speaker 01902.36s - 1903.98s

uh

Speaker 11903.98s - 1940.02s

I love how the ramp from the ball because a big back will get I'm thinking Blake Quorum PERSON here. Okay. I love how the rim from the ball. He's a big back. He'll get reds down off carries. And we've seen Kyle Williams PERSON get hurt a couple times. And if he has a chance to be the RB1 at some point,he's going to perform like it. He's an instant starter. If not, he can put up RB3 value with a part-time role in that offense with a tonne upside. Well, I like Blake Quorum PERSON. He's just a wrecking balland I think he fits in well. And he's a perfect like Rams ORG type right back. Yeah.

Speaker 01941.06s - 1956.12s

I'm a big fan. I like the landing spot. I like the landing spot. I think the landing spot is, I don't think it's like a, you know, a death blow to Kyron PERSON, but I think it's worse for Kyron than it is for Blake PERSON. I agree.

Speaker 11956.86s - 1957.86s

I think they'll both play.

Speaker 01959.1s - 1959.24s

Yeah.

Speaker 11960.2s - 1962.94s

They have very similar games. Yeah.

Speaker 01963.9s - 1967.74s

Like if I was a defense and one came in and one came out, it doesn't really matter.

Speaker 11968.32s - 1968.78s

Who was it?

Speaker 01968.8s - 1976.94s

Because the offense won't change. Who was it that posted the meme or somebody posted a meme that said that they love Karen Williams so much. They took Kiron Williams PERSON again. Like they took. Yeah.

Speaker 11977.74s - 1979.4s

It's like the Spider-Man WORK_OF_ART memes those too.

Speaker 01979.46s - 1979.7s

Yeah.

Speaker 11980.62s - 1981.44s

No, I love it though.

Speaker 01982.06s - 1986.16s

And, you know, you could really, people will lose their minds over this,

Speaker 11986.22s - 1988.42s

but, like, you could really 50, 50 timeshare this thing

Speaker 01988.42s - 1991.68s

and, like, make that offense way more sustainable.

Speaker 11992.6s - 1996.88s

Well, I think, like, six running backs had a 60% time share,

Speaker 01996.98s - 1998.4s

over 50% last year.

Speaker 11998.86s - 2000.66s

It's just not how the league works.

Speaker 02000.82s - 2002.04s

Splitting carry is normal.

Speaker 12002.44s - 2003s

Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 02003.62s - 2018.4s

For sure. This is a tight end podcast. People forget. People forget. This is a tight end podcast. So we're taking Ben Sinat at 208. We sure are. We're taking tight end too, right here. You're not sonotic.

Speaker 12020.8s - 2022.26s

I think you could be, you know,

Speaker 02023.06s - 2050s

nice little security blanket there in Washington GPE. I think he could see a lot of work coming his way. McClorn will get his work. I don't know. I don't want to say worry, but I wonder how much Ben Sinat PERSON funnels offwhat we think Jahan Dotson PERSON could get. I think Sanat PERSON's going to get involved. I do. I think he's a good player and we'll be involved pretty early. And also...

Speaker 12050s - 2051.94s

Young tight ends get along well.

Speaker 02052.02s - 2057.94s

Yeah, I'm not worried about whatever is left to Zachert PERSON standing in his way. You know? Like, I'm just not.

Speaker 12059.06s - 2070.76s

That's a guy who's not an issue. Yeah. Sanat is the pick at 208 for me. If we're talking tight end premium, I'd be fine taking him a couple picks earlier than this, honestly. But is the pick at 208 for me. If we're talking tight-end premium, I'd be fine taking them a couple of picks earlier than this, honestly. But middle of round two feels right for me.

Speaker 02072s - 2073.18s

Eric, you're up at 209.

Speaker 22074.6s - 2083.46s

This is where I will take Slickrick PERSON. That's a good value. Like I said, I don't know what in the world is going on in San Francisco, but I got to believe one of Devo or Ayuk PERSON will not be there.

Speaker 32083.82s - 2084.54s

I'm hoping.

Speaker 02086s - 2089.72s

I guess, actually, if you're Pierce-all's case, you're kind of hoping that Iyok PERSON's not there.

Speaker 22089.94s - 2092.98s

But I just cannot see them letting Ayok PERSON walk.

Speaker 32093.36s - 2098.16s

I could see them moving on from Debo after this season, or if they have an out in the contract,

Speaker 22098.46s - 2118.6s

or if there's some trade partner. I really think Debo's the one that they're going to move on from. And that was a lot, man, you better have a good corner too. You don't have a good CB2 against San Francisco GPE. With those two running routes against you, you're going to, you're going to get diced up pretty bad. Yeah.

Speaker 02118.94s - 2121.66s

So, uh, slick Rick 209, I think is an incredible value.

Speaker 22122.22s - 2122.64s

Agreed.

Speaker 02122.82s - 2124.94s

I know we all like them more than that, it feels like.

Speaker 22125.48s - 2126.4s

Yeah. Yeah. All right, Ryan PERSON, you're up at an incredible value. Agreed. I know we all like them more than that, it feels like. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 02126.66s - 2128.3s

All right, Ryan, you're up at 210.

Speaker 22129.24s - 2132.4s

It's funny. I was debating between Quorum PERSON and another guy earlier.

Speaker 02133.24s - 2136.82s

And you ever just had, like, when you're looking here, that board, just don't have an epiphany.

Speaker 12137.94s - 2142.04s

And beside, you're moving somebody up your board as you speak.

Speaker 02142.28s - 2143.2s

And it's Ray Davis PERSON.

Speaker 12143.96s - 2146.46s

I like to fit in Buffalo ORG in that offense.

Speaker 02146.72s - 2149.3s

I think they became more committed in running the ball

Speaker 12149.3s - 2154.14s

and taking a back like him who can move the sticks

Speaker 02154.14s - 2158.8s

and let look be a little bit more of a pass catcher.

Speaker 12159.76s - 2161.12s

I think Ray Davis PERSON has a role.

Speaker 32162.36s - 2166.12s

And I think it cannot keep beating up Josh

Speaker 12166.12s - 2173.36s

out in the red zone. I think you get some more reps in there and some touch the upside. Yeah, I like the line.

Speaker 02173.9s - 2175.96s

This podcast is so meat-coded.

Speaker 22176.98s - 2178.52s

With Ray Davis PERSON going,

Speaker 02178.52s - 2181.4s

Ant took Benson PERSON, I'm just, I'm loving every second of this.

Speaker 22181.46s - 2181.98s

This is great.

Speaker 02182.18s - 2184.04s

And I was just going to say,

Speaker 22185.34s - 2188.04s

this is like the Eric Gets His Flowers WORK_OF_ART episode.

Speaker 02188.66s - 2191.76s

Again, if you listen to this episode in March,

Speaker 12192.6s - 2194.84s

Eric had Ray Davis go in the middle of round two.

Speaker 02194.94s - 2200.64s

You were ready to take Ray Davis PERSON if you were listening to this podcast. Echo 6.

Speaker 32200.94s - 2207.38s

Again, better get in that in Discord PRODUCT. Better go over to patreon.com slash ricking big boar. We got you covered.

Speaker 02210.18s - 2221.86s

2.11, my last pick, I'm going to spit in the face of Big ADP. I don't care about Big ADP. This guy goes round three every draft it feels like I'm taking Marshawn Lloyd PERSON, taking him here.

Speaker 12222.86s - 2225.3s

That's who I was debating both times

Speaker 02225.3s - 2226.48s

the other running back spot

Speaker 12226.48s - 2239.88s

I really like Marshall and I keep grab him too yeah me too he is probably my favorite running back to draft in this class he's my favorite value of the class for surebecause you can get him falling into round three I don't want to like

Speaker 02239.88s - 2292.62s

repeat myself like ad nauseum about this I've said it a bunch of times already but I really love the landing spot. Green Bay is not married to Josh Jacobs PERSON for as long as everybody wants to think they are because of the initial reporting of that contract. And even if they are both there, they could do some different things. Lloyd PERSON's explosive. Not that Jacobs PERSON is a bad player, but I can see Marshaun Lloyd getting some burn this year, especially as the season wears on. And, you know, could really be the 1A in that backfield as early as next year if everything goes right. That's an offense that I want pieces of in general. Like Jordan Love, Marshawn Lloyd, Jaden Reed, Romeo Dobbs even. Like, I know Romeo Dobbs isn't like a, you know, sexy headline player, but like you could do way worse as like a depth receiver on your bench. Like the touchdowns are kind of fluky, but like he's proven he's an NFL ORG player.Give me shares of the Green Bay offense, honestly.

Speaker 22293.22s - 2298.62s

Just the, uh, the OC in Green Bay was asked the other day.

Speaker 02298.62s - 2302.64s

It's like, do you see Lloyd PERSON, uh, sitting like, you know,

Speaker 22302.7s - 2316.74s

like Jones did in his rookie year? Like, like the Packers usually do with their running backs. The OC was like, did in his rookie year, like, like the Packers usually do with their running backs. The OSU ORG was like, no, no, no, no. We're having him come in and be used right away. We definitely think he can do some things. He practically threw A.J. Dillon PERSON to the wayside, which you'd love to see. Yeah.

Speaker 32316.8s - 2317.18s

You love to see.

Speaker 22317.18s - 2318.36s

That tells me that man to start.

Speaker 32318.82s - 2322.02s

We've been burying him for forever.

Speaker 22322.72s - 2322.96s

Exactly.

Speaker 32323.22s - 2325.02s

And now what coaches are and it feels good.

Speaker 02325.26s - 2326.26s

That's validation people.

Speaker 22326.5s - 2332.06s

Coaches are listening to us. All right, Eric PERSON, close us out. Our own version of Mr. Irrelevant here at 212.

Speaker 02332.98s - 2336.9s

This sucks because I have two people that I want and I only have one pick.

Speaker 22340.18s - 2342.94s

Shout out to Javon Baker for being a third round pick.

Speaker 02343.04s - 2344.2s

Everyone go get him in a third round.

Speaker 22344.28s - 2345s

He's not my pick here.

Speaker 32345.16s - 2348.68s

I'm going to take Bucky Irving PERSON. I cannot go. I cannot leave the draft out. Bucky Irving PERSON here.

Speaker 22349.18s - 2367.12s

Do not let Javon Baker fall far in the third round. People. I'm just letting you know that now. Landing spot, Tampa Bay GPE. I get it. But I don't view, you know,Rashad White as this like 300, 300-touch dynamo. That's just a shoe-in for that.

Speaker 02367.54s - 2372.74s

He might have done it. What did he have, like, 280 last year? He definitely had a lot because there was nothing else in Tampa GPE.

Speaker 22373.8s - 2394.96s

But, like, it's because there was nothing else in Tampa GPE. And I think they can both coexist, quite frankly. So I just think Bucky PERSON does a lot of things that gets him on the field very early and makes himself a very attractive top 30 running back in fantasy football. I will take him all day at 212. I took him at 2.09, the last draft.I'll take him 212 all day here. All right, so round two.

Speaker 02395.08s - 2429.96s

We kick things off with a pair of Xavier's, Xavier Leggett, and then Xavier Worthy PERSON, Jonathan Brooks, Trey Benson PERSON, Adonai Mitchell, Jalen Polk, Blake Corum, Benson, Slick, Rick, Pierce, Saul, Ray Davis, Marshawn Lloyd, and Bucky Irving PERSON. The most perfect two rounds, I think we could have dreamed up. A couple things, right? I mean, you know, we're running a little bit over here, but a couple things.People will react to No Michael Pennix ORG. Do we have any words that we want to share with the people about no Michael Penix and the two rounds of our Superflex rookie mock here?

Speaker 22431.36s - 2435.44s

All three of us are not comfortable taking him within the first 24 picks. Yes. Pretty simple.

Speaker 12435.44s - 2437.98s

Also, it doesn't happen. He's going to

Speaker 02437.98s - 2439.98s

get drafted. Or somebody. Maybe

Speaker 12439.98s - 2446.42s

not 24, maybe not. A year's going to pass of him sitting. Second year is going to pass. He has her cousin's going to pass of him sitting. Second year's going to pass.

Speaker 32446.94s - 2450.3s

He's going to play well because he has great weapons there.

Speaker 12451.1s - 2455.6s

And you can't get cut or be used as a toss in and it's super flexly.

Speaker 32455.6s - 2459.12s

But, oh, it's a backup quarterback who could start because he's a good situation.

Speaker 12459.5s - 2466.86s

And you're going to get him for such a better value. Just be patient on him. Don't waste the pick now. Yeah.

Speaker 32466.9s - 2468s

This is the most in-pict.

Speaker 12468.62s - 2470.6s

Dynasty-Cancy-Ghancy-Bull-so-impat-lawful ORG is so impatient.

Speaker 02472.04s - 2472.48s

Yeah.

Speaker 12472.64s - 2474.12s

You're just wasting it right now.

Speaker 02474.48s - 2515.82s

I agree. Before we started recording, I said I'm not spending a second round rookie pick. You know, who knows if half your leagues are going to exist in the two to three years that it's going to take for Michael Pennix to get on the field. The other thing is kind of in line with what you just said, Ryan, like, people want to draw the correlation to like, oh, it's Jordan Love PERSON, you know? But the problem with that is like, tell me what you were happier with when it comes to Jordan Love PERSON. Okay. Were you happier if you spent a second round rookie pick the year he got drafted? Or were you happier if you waited a couple years and then did a startup and took Jordan Love in round eight or nine of a startup? Because that's what was happening last year.

Speaker 12516.18s - 2516.34s

You know?

Speaker 32516.5s - 2543.7s

Like last year if you were doing startups, Jordan Love was going round seven, round eight, round nine. People were hoping he was going to be good, which was fine. And it worked. It hit. But point being, I'm not burning a second round nine. People were hoping he was going to be good, which was fine. And it worked. It hit. But point being, I'm not burning a second round rookie pick and then hoping in three years, you know, Michael Pennix Jr. PERSON is on the field. I'm just not doing it. Not when I'm playing this game in a two to three year window. I'm not burning a second round rookie pick on a guy that I'm hoping is playing in the third year.

Speaker 02545.96s - 2561.04s

The other last thing that I'll add is round three is awesome. It really is. That feels like, I don't know, you know, how awesome could it really be? But there's good players to take shots on that we didn't draft in the top 24. Troy Franklin,

Speaker 32562.04s - 2565.96s

Jermaine Burton, Malachi Corley, Jalen Wright PERSON.

Speaker 02566.38s - 2573.2s

Like, there's a lot of guys that I think are worth taking a shot on in round three or even round four, depending how far they fall.

Speaker 12574.24s - 2575.8s

I've got to Luke McAfrey PERSON everywhere.

Speaker 02575.8s - 2578.2s

I think Washington GPE there's not a ton of weapons.

Speaker 12579.24s - 2579.4s

Yep.

Speaker 02581.18s - 2588.6s

All right, you guys have anything else you want to add before we wrap this one up? No, do guys have anything else you want to add before we wrap this one up? No, pretty good.

Speaker 12588.64s - 2594.02s

Do we hit? Other than come join the rookie big board Discord PRODUCT. Yeah.

Speaker 02594.72s - 2617.26s
