So let's go ahead and just jump right in with a little bit, a little bit of Sointel with Kimber Bell ORG. Here we go. All righty.You guys have been busy. It's been fun. I've got kind of a plethora of different projects all over the place here from you. You guys have been busy doing quilting through the seasons. Yes. Oh, that makes me so happy to see.It's one of those projects. Again, you make it once. You change out the seasons. It's really phenomenal. You guys are getting it done. Keep posting your pictures like this one.This one comes from Joanna PERSON. She says, finish quilting through the season's base quilt. Just love the colors. Next up are the many, many embellishments. And yes, you are not a kid in Joanna PERSON. There are many, but they're all for the different seasons.And they look so darn cute on that base quilt. Thank you so much for sharing your project. So far, so good. Looking so good, I should say, right? This one comes from Laurie PERSON. She says, I'm so amazed at the ingenuity.Working on quilting through the seasons and saved these for the last two steps since I was a little intimidated, but no need to be. The flowers have a few steps and the buttonholes could not be easier. Laurie PERSON, I couldn't agree with you more. That really is a fun set of steps there, especially for those button holes. You can't believe that those are done on the broider machine the way they are, and they'rereally quick and easy don't be intimidated as lorry said it really is simple and i love of course that she's showing the the um little inserts for the bike basket that also changes out for the different seasons uh one season you'll have strawberries another season you'll have flowers another season you'll have snowflakes and they all fit in those little baskets on the bikes so cute okay this one i loved that she's just showing this block i know she's doing the whole thing but this block in particular i thought you know what if i were to just pull that block out of the quilt think of the possibilities So I loved what she did with this one.This is from Lenny PERSON. She says, I had to add vinyl to the vase. So fun. Yeah, Lenny PERSON, it looks like a lovely ceramic vase, doesn't it? With that little bit of sparkle and shine on there. And then, of course, as Lenny knows, you're going to be able to swap out the flowers that go in the base according to the season it all works together if you are looking for this project this is the this is what it looks like well at least one of the seasons it's the quilting through the season's ladder quilt and as we've said all the little elements are interchangeable per season So think about it as you get the base done and maybe you get summer embellishments done right now,but then fall starts to come along and then you're getting ready for that. So you do the fall embellishments then. And then winter embellishments when it's winter. So it's keeping you busy all year long. Here's what the product looks like. In the center, that's right there, in the center, she's saying that that, yeah, that came from quilting through the seasons. I love that saying too.It says, I'm going to make everything around me beautiful and that will be my life. So she used that as her center block. Then what did she do next? And I think you're going to be very, very happy, my friends, because it is one that is a large-scale design. And you know, the new large-scale designs are found on the navy blue fabric. So if you see navy-blue fabric that it's stitched on, that means it's a large-scale design.And look how stinking cute that safari is. The zebras, the elephants, the monkeys, all the things. Safari, right? Okay. Get your thinking caps on. Are you thinking about what I'm thinking?Baby quilt? Mm-hmm. Toddler quilt. Mm-hmm. I think that is so darling. When our quilting team put that out there and I was like, okay, got to make it, got to have it.You know, I'm not a grandma quite yet, but you know what? I can always get started on some baby quilts, right? And, and no. Or great baby shower gifts. It would be so cute like on a little burp cloth too wouldn't it a quilted burp cloth yeah people are saying perfect for baby quilt gail PERSON says ohmg that is adorable mm-hmm couldn't agree moremy friend gail yeah very fun barbara yes i totally agree sheay, love it. Keep the large scale coming, please. Oh, yes, you're going to be seeing a lot more large scale. If you're not familiar with what I mean by large scale, think a larger scale, right? But, you know, if say our background quilting designs are like a two inch width now, we now have additional background quilting designs are like a two inch width now, we now have additional background quilting that is larger scale that is considered more like a four inch width.And so if you have clear blue tiles that are anywhere from a four by four tile all the way up to the brand new tiles of 10 by 16, you can use large scale quilting designs. So that means, my friends, if you have the essential set or the expansion set one or the brand new expansion set two, yep, you can use the large scale quilting designs on all of it,which is good news, right? And that just means faster quilting. And it's not as dense, which makes it really snugable too. So anyway, Safari, you got to have it. And it's brand new at Kimberbell today. Let's look at it again, shall we? I love it. You know, even if you didn't have like a pieced quilt or an applicate quilt that needed to be quilted,what about taking that design and just taking a solid color piece of fabric or flannel or minky and just using the all over quilting design on that one piece? And so then she drew this just as she was doodling and then we just refined it and we love it so much. But isn't it just so fun to see these happy animals jumproping?
