Day three kicking off here at 12 p.m.Eastern time for the Ravens ORG. So this is obviously going to be a day one and day two breakdown. If you're listening to this after day three, at the time of this recording, I don't know the day three picks. So we're going to be going live on Locked on Ravens after day three. We're going to go live. We're going to go live. We're going to break that down. The malls will also have another bonus episode, this being the bonus episode for Saturday. We'll have a bonus episode for Sunday, breaking down everything there as well. The Ravens making three picks through two days. Obviously, Nate Wiggins was the pick for the Ravens at number 30 in the first round on Thursday. Ramey is making two picks on day two, and that's Roger Rosengarten PERSON, the offensivelineman from Washington at number 62, and Lisa Isaac, the Penn State edge rusher at number 93. So we'll break down those players in the second part of the show. In the first part, I want to talk about the Ravens ORG and their value and maximizing value, because I think for a lot of different people, their positions and need all across the board for the Ravens ORG, right? And I think there are some differing opinions about how the Ravens ORG could have maximized those selections. We're going to be talking a lot about that here today. As I think it's important to kind of dive into that conversation because I think that Baltimore ORG has done a pretty good job overall so far of maximizing value with players, while also fitting most of their picks into not only the best player available strategy that we know they love, but also with the needs on the roster. So we'll obviously be focusing more so on Rosengarten and Isaac today. We'll obviously going to talk about Nate Wiggins PERSON as well. But there's a lot to dive into. Let's talk about it. Baltimore's been a team that we know 20 plus free agents and free agency. It was a team that was always going to have needs across the board no matter what, especially with their free agency strategy, which seemingly is kind of take a step back for the firstcouple of months and then kind of do their thing as the offseason kind of rolls along here, especially after the comp pick deadline goes away and the compic formula no longer matters with free agent signings. Now, when you talk about Roger Rosengarten PERSON, and again, we'll do this more a little bit in the second part of the show when you break down the players in particular. But the Ravens ORG, after taking Nate Wiggins at 30, you're thinking, all right, you have to take an offensive line at 62 if you're the Ravens, right?Like you just have to do it. They lose three starters on the offensive line. It's a pretty big need. I'm sure there were other players they were considering other positions, but they seemingly were locked in on Roger Rosengarten PERSON the entire time as their guy. It was kind of like the same story as Nate Wiggins, you know, the Ravens ORG after the fact. They were like, oh, you know, what if Nate Wiggins PERSON fell to us? What did that be so cool? And that happened.Well, Roger Rosengarten, kind of the same thing there to Costa PERSON said. They were like, do we trade up? Do we wait? They were very happy that Rosengarten PERSON fell to them. Rosengarten was a player that was getting late, very early second buzz or late, late first round buzz. He was a late riser in the draft process. I saw a bunch of mocks that had him in the first round, San Francisco, Kansas City. I think I saw mock to Baltimore ORG a couple of times actually as well.So the Ravens ORG getting him at 62 is value, especially because the Ravens, technically they didn't start the offensive line run, but there was an offensive line run after the Ravens ORG, technically they didn't start the offensive line run, but there was an offensive line run after the Ravens took Rosengarten PERSON and particularly an offensive tackle run. That's the important part here is for the Ravens ORG, they've done a great job seemingly of getting ahead of the runs. That to me has been important. You talk about Nate Wiggins PERSON. They take him at 30. The corner position in the first round was a little weird in terms of there was this crazy fall for everybody. Kenyne Mitchell ends up going 22 to Philadelphia GPE.Everybody expected him to go top 15, top 20. Same thing with Tariana Arnold PERSON. He goes 24. So that pushed all these great corners down the board. The Ravens get Nate Wiggins at 30. Great value there. But then we saw at the beginning of day two, a massive run on cornerbacks. So that pushed all these great corners down the board. The Ravens get Nate Wiggins at 30. Great value there. But then we saw at the beginning of day two, a massive run on cornerbacks. So that was, I think, and again, you can't, you can only predict how the board falls so much, even if you're in those draft rooms as a general manager or whatever, scout, you know, you can say, oh, this team might do this, this team might do that. And obviously they have much more intel and everything. But you never know until it happened. So for the Ravens, them getting Nate Wiggins PERSON and seeing this huge run on corners, I talked about this on Lockedown Ravens on Thursday night for the last year. That was very early Friday morning at this point. But the Ravens after Tyler Guyton went at 29 Dallas ORG, there was no other offensive line really worthy of getting that 30th overall pick in my opinion. You could have taken Roger Rosengarten PERSON there. You could have taken Kingsley out of BYU ORG. But to me, I think that Wiggins was a BPA pick. He was the player high on their board. And you know what? They trust their board. We've seen them trust their board for years and years and years now.And it's paid off for the most part or at least paid off more often than not. So if the Ravens had taken Rosengarten at 30 or Kingsley at 30, there was a big run on corners and they might not have gotten a quality guy like they did in Wiggins PERSON. They're not saying there aren't quality players. I mean, again, Kyrie Jackson PERSON still on the board right now. I think Renardo Green went to San Francisco right at the end of that second round. But it was going to be Rosengarten and a corner who I think is not as good as Wiggins PERSON. Or you could get Wiggins and Rosengarten PERSON. And the Ravens obviously took advantage and got Wiggins and Rosengarten PERSON. So I think that's value there. Now you talk about it Lisa Isaac PERSON a little bit in that pick. Isaac was somebody that was getting second round buzz was ranked in the 30s, I think, for PFF ORG. He was 37 or 38 on PFF's big board heading into the draft. And again, if you like PFF or don't, I'm just, you know, providing context. I think Isaac PERSON is a player that you have Calvin, noidaf, O, A, David Ajabo. Those are going to be your big three, assuming health. And again, you got to take that with a little grain of salt just depending. Because obviously for David Ajabo, he's had two injury plague seasons. And we got to factor that in.But again, this is a BPA. And as we get further down the draft, the teams are going to start to take swings on players that are more BPA based instead of pure needs. If you're any team you want for the most part, and again, it depends where your team is and what the state of the board is. But for the most part, if you're a team, you want a player that can get in there in thefirst round and contribute early on. But once you start getting to the second round, the third round, the fourth round, I'd say more so the third round, honestly. I think to me, that's where a team can say, all right, this guy's really hot on our board. Adisa Isaac PERSON has traits, and he has the ability to contribute now. The ceiling for him, though, I think is a lot higher. And to me, I think it was good value for Adisa Isaac PERSON, where it might, it wasn't the wide receiver, everybody was hoping for it. I think a lot of people, Troy Frank PERSON. And look, look, I would have preferred a wide receiver personally. But I think you look back on the value and the more I look at the pick, the more I like the value of it and the player that he is and what he can do and how he can contribute to six four. I mean, he's someone that has a really good frame and the Ravens ORG, they love RIS, they love athleticism. He is certainly athletic and provide the bull rush. And I'm kind of leaking into the second segment a little bit here as we kind of break down these players. But for Baltimore ORG, we know they had a bunch of needs heading into this draft. Right. It was no secret. They had aton of needs. So there are a bunch of areas that they can address. And to me, that's the good part about this is, as I've said very many times over the last couple of days, they're going to spread out the positions that they take days, they're going to spread out the positions that they take. It was never going to be. Five offensive linemen, five corners, five wideouts, as I've said so many times. It's about finding depth, finding value. And I think the Ravens ORG have done a pretty good job overall of doing that. Day three is going to be important, though. Pick 113, and we'll get to this more in the final part of the show that's a very intriguing pick that was the pick they got in the morgan moses trade that swap there so we're going to see how they end up handling this thing but in my opinion wiggins rosengarten and is a pretty good start to the draft for art costa PERSON and companyi mean obviously again the board can only fall so many ways to you and you're not going to know until it happens but i expect maybe to see a trade at some point. And again, I think because I said that probably won't happen. But we're going to see how the Ravens handle this thing because day three is where the money's made, right? Fourth round, fifth round, the Ravens ORG love finding those diamonds in the rough. So we're going to see how it all unfolds for the Ravens ORG.Coming up, though, we're going to be talking about Roger Rosengarten, Anna Disa Isaac, getting into them in more depth and breaking them down. Stay tuned. We've got a lot to talk about here on this episode of Lockdown Ravens bonus here for Saturday. First, this show was brought to you by LinkedIn ORG. We're back here our second segment of Lockown Ravens, a bonus episode for Saturday. Kevin Ostriker PERSON is still here with you. Really appreciate everybody for tuning in today and making Locked and Ravens your first listen. Each and every day, we have a lot of draft content already out if you want to go back, watch, listen to that. We're doing breakdowns on Nate Wiggins PERSON.We're about to do breakdowns on Roger Rosengarten and Lisa Isaac PERSON. So really appreciate all support here. We continue to grind through draft weekend here. But let's get into do breakdowns on Roger Rosengarten and Lisa Isaac PERSON. So really appreciate all the support here. We continue to grind through draft weekend here. But let's get into those breakdowns. Roger Rosengarten, the Ravens, 60 second overall pick. They took them in a round two.Again, this to me, it was a pick between Roger Rosengarten and Kingsley, Sue PERSON and Mattia from BYU ORG. I would have leaned Kingsley PERSON a little bit, but only by a hair. I mean, either one of these guys I was more than okay with. I mean, I think Rosengarten is more prepared to start now. Kings is a little more of a project. So when you look at why Baltimore took a Rosengarten over a Kingsley PERSON. You can make it make sense, right? You can understand why. Now, Rosengarten PERSON, the thing that pops out immediately, well, there are a few things, honestly. One, no sacks for Roger Rosengarten and over 1,100 pass blocking snaps. That is incredible. I think I also just realized I spelled possible wrong in the in the breakdown on the side there. Well, you know what? That's draft weekendfor you. We roll on regardless. Roger Rosengarten PERSON to me is a player that fits what the Ravens want to do. When you talk about who Roger Rosengarten is, he's 65308, a player that to me just the Ravens ORG are going through that offensive line rebuild, right? I talked about it three starters. It's just, it's what happens, right? You lose three starters. You have to rebuild. In this rebuild, there's been a lot of conversation. And I've kind of raised this question. I think a lot of other people have raised this question of what do the Ravens ORG want their offensive line to look like long term? What does the Todd Monkin PERSON offensive line look like? You know, when you talk about the Greg Roman and Todd Monk PERSON in transition, there's a lot of conversation about, oh, he inherited this offense and these skilled position players. But Tom Monkin also inherited the offensive line. And sometimes, you know, look, in inherited this offense and these skilled position players. But Tom Munkin PERSON also inherited the offensive line. And sometimes, you know, look, in this example, the offensive line for Greg Roman PERSON might not exactly be what the offensive line for Todd Munkin PERSON needs to be.Not the offensive line at Tom Munkin PERSON necessarily wants in a way. So my point is when you're talking about Tom Munkin, I think the Ravens ORG want to get one younger on the offensive line. I think that's no secret. But two, I think the Ravens want to get one younger on the offensive line. I think that's no secret. But two, I think they want to get more athletic. And Roger Rosengarten is certainly athletic ran a sub 540 yard dash at the combine. He can move. One of the things that we talked about in the live stream, I guess earlier today, did it late at night on Friday, was the fact that Rosengarten PERSON really, really knows how to move and get out into the second level. You know, it's how to finish a block and then get out. The Ravens ORG love to pull their guys.Rosengarten PERSON is someone that can pull out. I mean, him and the tire linderbaum rolling together on screens, on toss plays. They can move those guys out into space and the Ravens ORG like moving those guys out into space. Now, for Rosengarten PERSON, part of what makes him so intriguing to me is not only him getting out into space, but the reason you can do that so well is because of his foot quickness getting out into his stance. Now, there are some issues in terms of him. He's not the biggest guy in the world. So in my opinion, he can sometimes get overmatched by bull rushers and stronger rushers. So that can make him a little overaggressive at times. It all just kind of goes into one. So for me, Rosengarden PERSON fits the new mold of what I think this Baltimore Ravens'offensive line wants to be the new age, I guess, of Baltimore ORG's offensive line. And this is the direction they're going to want to go in for the long term for these guys. So I think we're going to start to see this rebuild. Maybe the ratings take another offensive alignment on day three. We'll talk about that in the final part of the show. But Rosengarten PERSON fits there. So for me, there's a lot of other things to like about him. And I think overall his hand placement is good. His hand strength is good. Only, I mean, his anchor is okay. I mean, it's an okay anchor. But I think if he can adjust his pad level a little bit, play with a better pad level that could also help him a lot. So I think he's a guy that can plug and play. He's aplug and play a guy pretty immediately. And I think for Baltimore ORG, that's what they need on the right side. Obviously, he'll compete with Daniel Fah Lele PERSON on the right side. But to me, his versatility is also key. He played right tackle of Washington ORG, but he also has left side versatility. So he could be if Ronnie Stanley leaves after this upcoming season and you find a right tackle you're really, really, really, really like. You can move Rosengarten PERSON over to the left side. And it's not going to be this crazy transition.I mean, Rosengarten PERSON knows how to play on both sides. So really intriguing there. Now, Adisa Isaac PERSON is how to play on both sides. So really intriguing there. Now, Adisa Isaac is a very intriguing player to me. Somebody who, when he stands, he's 6-4-247. His arm length is very good as well. Speaking of Roger Rosengarten PERSON, that's very good arm length as well. I mean, the Ravens ORG, they value arm length a ton. RAS off the charts for a lot of these guys here. Now, Adisa Isaac PERSON, the bull rush is there for him. He's very good laterly. I think that's another charts for a lot of these guys here. Now, Adisa Isaac, the bull rush is there for him. He's very good laterally. I think that's another thing that a lot of teams look at him and like. He has a really solid writ move, but some of the awareness can be a little bit, it can be give or take with him a bit, and sometimes the push isn't necessarily there as well. Now, the thing with Isaac PERSON is he can get washed out in the run. When you talk about the run game, he can get washed out in the run a little bit. It's almost like O'A and Isaac PERSON have a couple of similarities, but it's almost like a flip of Adafi O'A where Isaac PERSON has some work to do when he comes to actually being a contributor there, which is why I might not expect a huge role from him in year one. But the value, again, you talk about value.Isaac was a guy who was mocked in the second round, as we talked about to a lot of different teams and the Ravens get him at 93. That is good value. And I think you take a player that can give you something in year one, right? I think he's going to have some level of a role, but I don't think it's going to be this massive, complete role because you do have Calvin, or you do have David Ajabo PERSON,and you do have it off a O.A. So those three are probably where the Raven ORG was going to roll with, Wattavius Robinson, who got in a lot last year. I didn't necessarily think that. So maybe Isaac gets in a lot this year, too. So for me, he's not going to be an early down edge rusher at this point. I think he has torefine his game a bit more. But somebody that can come in there and produce maybe a little bit, just a little bit. So I know a lot of people want a wide receiver there. I would have probably taken a wide receiver as well. I know Troy Franklin is still on the board. But talk about value there. Adisa Isaac certainly value in day two. Coming up, though, talk about day three, talking about who the Ravens ORG could take their positions of need, sneaky prospects, a lot more coming up.Stay tuned. We got a lot to get to here on Lockdown Ravens WORK_OF_ART. First, this show was brought to you by Monopoly Go PRODUCT. I've been told him a competitive person, and that certainly is true. Our final segment of Lockdown Ravens, Kevin Allstriker, still here with you.On this Saturday, weekend edition of the show, Draft it WORK_OF_ART, it brings out all the content, right? Live shows. I've been on camera, I think literally in the past 24 hours, you know, after I'm recording this, I'll be done. Probably 10 or so hours, more than 10 hours, honestly, out of the past 24. So it's what happens. Draft week is very busy. And I love it, though. The grind is great. So thank you for supporting me during this. And during every single week here, we do five days a week of Ravens ORG content. I've not missed one episode here, holidays, everything. We got five days a week of Ravens ORG content for you. We'll be back to that regularly scheduled programming on Monday. But of course, we got some bonus episodes here today. And also tomorrow, we go on live to break down day three later today as well. So be sure to stay tuned for that. Turn notifications on really appreciate everybody for the support again. Now, day three is intriguing for a lot of different reasons. Baltimore ORG, you talk about positionally, cornerback, offensive tackle, edge. Those are the three off the board for the Ravens ORG so far.I would expect the Ravens ORG to double dip at offensive line. I would expect them to take a wide receiver, take a running back, probably take a safety, maybe take an offensive lineman, maybe take a backup quarterback. And then other than that, I mean, maybe an inside linebacker potentially we could see. But at 113, this is a very intriguing spot. This obviously, for those who don't remember, this was the pick that they got from the New York Jets in the Morgan Moses PERSON trade. So they ended up swapping those fourth round selections. Baltimore got 113 from that. And in my opinion, it works out for the Ravens ORG to be able to. I think, yeah, they got the fourth round pick. Right. They got the fourth round pick at 113 from Morgan Moses PERSON, which, again, it's a very valuablepick. You go back and I made this comparison on the live stream, but talk about Daniel Favelli, a couple years ago, a guy that was getting second round grades from a lot of people. The earlier picks, and we saw it yesterday, right, in the evening, teams want to move up on day two and day three early because there are a bunch of value guys that fall to the beginning of day two and beginning of day three. So we saw, like, I think four or five straight picks, if I remember it, right, where teams were trading up, trading up, trading up,because they wanted to get their guys and all those value players were there. So it's going to be the same situation. I think we're starting at 102 or something. I don't remember exactly. I think it was 102, 103. So the Ravens ORG will be up in no time.So that's going to be intriguing to see if teams trade ahead of the Ravens ORG, if maybe the Ravens ORG trade out of that spot and get more value. We'll see. But I do think wide receiver if, and I guess we can talk about this now too, there's been all this conversation about, oh, is Odell PERSON coming back? Is Odell PERSON coming back?Because Ramey PERSON, who again is very popular in Ravens' Twitter, shout out to Ramey, he ended up putting out a tweet saying, run it back, O'Dell PERSON, right? And then O'Dell PERSON comments and under that where I think like eyeball emojis or like the shush emojis and the mar was getting in on the action saying like, oh, I'm having so much fun, I'm having so much fun. That was unrelated, but people kind of related back to OBJ PERSON, which again, who knows, right? So much speculation. But to me, if the Ravens ORG don't take a wide receiver until late in this draft, you know, they have three picks in the top 200 or in three picks after 200, excuse me. I mean, I think that's maybe a sign they might for bringing back Odell PERSON. Now, in my opinion, it's nothing against O'Dell PERSON. It's a good player. But if you are serious, if the Ravens are serious about Rashob Bateman, his potential and getting the most out of him, you can't bring back O'Dell PERSON. Right. O'Dell PERSON, if you're talking about it from a veteran perspective and everything, he played a role for the Ravens last year. He had his moments, obviously based off of the contract. I mean, it wasn't $15 million worth of O'Dell PERSON, but he played some level of a role both all and off the field. But it was this, all right, who's number two? Who's number three?Bateman PERSON doesn't have anybody looking over his shoulder right now. The Ravens have seemingly committed to Bateman PERSON. If you are committed to Bateman PERSON, if that's what you want to do, if that's the role you want to take, you can't bring back Odell PERSON. Now, there's nothing more I'd love for a veteran whiteout to come in here, like a Cortland Sutton PERSON or one of those guys. And I said this on a live stream too.But if you want to get the most out of Rashab Bateman PERSON, you cannot have people taking away his snaps. And Odell at this point, he's not Cortland Sutton PERSON, right? It would make more sense if it was a player like Cortland Sutton or Branson Ayuk PERSON, who, again, can maybe contribute at a higher level than Odell PERSON can right now at this point in his career. And that's not a shot at Odell PERSON. Again, I think it's just if Odell were to come back, it would have to be in a severely reduced role where it was Bateman is a clear cut number two. There's no questioning that. So that's why I think a wide receiver like a Troy Franklin or Devon Baker or any of these guys, Tess Walker PERSON, you can look at them and say, all right, they can be a number three, right? That can happen. And Bateman PERSON's not looking over her shoulder. You're still going to talents a player.Troy Franklin, I think Troy Franklin's getting first round buzz at some point. Talking about value, I mean, getting into 113, it would be pretty incredible. So if they pull that off, Barrett Acosta PERSON pulls that off. I think everybody would be pretty ecstatic. But then you look at the running back situation. Jalen Wright PERSON's still there. Braylin Allen still there who worked out with Derek Henry in the offseason. I think down in Dallas ORG is where they did that. So I expect Baltimore ORG to take a running back. Eric Costa PERSON kind of hinted of that during the pre-draft press conference.Would not be shocked whatsoever if that was the role they end up going or if that was the pick, they ended up going there. I'm not saying that's 113, but if you've been listening to me every day, I'm locked on Ravens ORG, you've been catching some of my pre-draft content. I've been on the train of don't take a running back day one or day two, day three, open season. Go for it. So, hey, you know what?If they take a running back at 113, again, still prefer a wide receiver there, but we're going to see. I think offensive line is also a potential double dip option at 113. Safety is another need. And I think Sione Vaki or I don't think Jaden Hicks PERSON got taken. I think Jaden Hicks PERSON will be a BPA play there. There's just a bunch of BPA guys, honestly. And like, once you get to the fifth, sixth rounds, a lot of those guys are gone, right? Like, there are always the players that slip and fall, maybe like fourth rounders are slip and fall to the fifth and sixth and seventh rounds. They're always those types of guys. But the second rounders, third rounders, those guys are all going to be gone here on day three pretty early. So Baltimore ORG will have an opportunity to take advantage of that. Personally, I wouldn't trade out of that selection. I'd probably try to trade maybe. I mean, I think if I could be the Ravens ORG here, I'd probably package some of those 200s picks and try to move up into the 6th, in my opinion.I don't think they need three picks in the 200s. I think that's just, I mean, a backup quarterback would be fine there. These quarterbacks have been kind of pushed down a little bit. Spencer Rattler PERSON still hasn't gotten taken. And I think he was getting that second round buzz. So that's pushed some guys down. And I'm not saying take Spencer Rattler at 113, not saying that whatsoever. But, you know, Joe Milton could be a guy later in this draft that could be an option for Baltimore ORG. So again, Nate Wiggins, Roger Rosengarten, and Lisa Isaac PERSON. Those are the three Ravens ORG draft picks so far. Day three, slated to kick off here. So we really appreciate everybody for the support here through draft weekend.Be sure to, again, tune in for the live stream. We'll do later after day three concludes probably an hour or so after, hour or two after. We'll be talking about what the Ravens did on day three, breaking down the Ravens ORG draft as a whole.
