The Carolina Panthers added yet another running back to the roster on Monday. The Panthers agreed to terms with running back Rashaad Penny, who spent the first four years of his career with the Seattle Seahawks before spending last season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Penny now joins a running back room headlined by recent second round pick Jonathon Brooks, Chuba Hubbard, and Miles Sanders. Panthers GM Dan Morgan has stated several times that the door remains open for the a reunion between the team and former All-Pro CB Stephon Gilmore. But according to a report from The Athletic's Joe Person, there has been no movement on that front.
