Speaker 286.72s - 93.42s

Joe PERSON, you'll have to, excuse me, I'm probably running mocks on ESPN the entire show today.

Speaker 493.86s - 94.64s

It's your new spot, huh?

Speaker 295.32s - 145.24s

It's every draft cycle you kind of go through and you get a feel for what you think of the class and how do you think the simulators kind of reflect that. And it was a little different experience for us when we were like hands on with running one. And we're obviously not anymore. So ESPN, I wish they would have theirs up for more than three weeks. Like it would probably be a lot more of an asset. If you didn't just drop it at the beginning of April. And you're like oh okay it's draft month there you go guys and when it first dropped I ran one and it was like jane daniels was fall into like the fifth round and it's like no no I don't think you're going to doany mocks on this well they ironed out the details apparently and I really like how it flows with what I think this year's first round is actually going to look like.

Speaker 4148.32s - 155.14s

Well, I'll have to spend some time on it this week. It's nice to have the opportunity to be open-minded about the mock draft simulators that are out there. Right.

Speaker 2155.68s - 159.42s

And it's also nice to not have to be involved with the programming of them because

Speaker 4159.42s - 161.08s

the pain of the butt.

Speaker 2161.08s - 163.6s

Bro, and I know you ate most of that.

Speaker 4164.3s - 201.04s

You did. But man, oh, man, know you ate most of that. You did. But man, oh, man, it's a lot. It's a lot. Speaking of a lot, there's a lot of very good offensive tackles available for the 2024 NFL ORG draft. And I'm excited to work through these with you because when we've worked through the otherposition groups, we have already done some of the like big conversations on the top prospects. And we really haven't done that with the offensive tackles. And I had fun. I had fun this weekend kind of just tying up the loose ends with these players. I had a couple of the top names still to get to, but I'm ready to talk about them here today. And it's a good group.

Speaker 2201.54s - 205.32s

What's it like to have your entire offensive line play like 100% of snaps?

Speaker 4205.74s - 220.9s

Big time recommend that. You know, anytime you can do that, I fully recommend it. Not sure I love the idea of having it and then, you know, disrupting it by choice after the season. But, you know, it's good to have the continuity.

Speaker 2221.18s - 228.96s

I think I read the most frequently used combination of five offensive linemen for my football team this past year played 19% of the snaps on this game together.

Speaker 4229.54s - 229.68s

Yeah.

Speaker 3230.26s - 233.26s

There were like 13 different starting combinations on any of a week.

Speaker 4234.3s - 237.72s

Well, here's to better health.

Speaker 2238.48s - 239.28s

We'll see.

Speaker 4239.86s - 240.72s

We'll see how it goes.

Speaker 2242.48s - 245.22s

I guarantee we have a consensus top guy.

Speaker 4246.56s - 246.92s

I know.

Speaker 2247.24s - 258.26s

If you say that, then I agree because I've already gone to bat for why I think Joe Alt is potentially the best player in this year's class, period, but an offensive tackle.

Speaker 4259.08s - 271.46s

Yeah, I think he's the best offensive tackle. And you and I have loosely discussed him. I find myself very thankful that I didn't really watch any of his tape prior to this year. So the only thing on my mind was this

Speaker 0271.46s - 278.36s

version of Joel. And I remember I did him in December and it's obvious to me. This guy's

Speaker 3278.36s - 283.72s

unbelievable. I mean, what doesn't he have? Size, athleticism, physicality. I love the control. I love

Speaker 0283.72s - 289.82s

the body. Like just the way that he's able to just stay under control at all times and never extend

Speaker 4289.82s - 292.52s

himself. He just trusts his technique, man. He knows what he's doing.

Speaker 0292.52s - 300.62s

And I think this is the type of any draft top five type pick caliber offensive tackle

Speaker 4300.62s - 306.24s

prospect. Yeah, obviously the family bloodlines make you feel even better about it, right,

Speaker 2306.32s - 353.88s

with his dad being a first round pick back in the day. It was like a 10-year starter in the league. But for Joe PERSON, I think there's a level of dominance that I think could correlate to just about any scheme you want to run. You want to run Gap, you run a one inside zone, you want to run outside zone, you want to run drop back passing, five, seven step drops, have your offensive line play with time undertension. I think there's a level of universal appeal with Joe Alt that certainly fed into him being not just my top offensive lineman, but my top overall player in this year's class.

Speaker 4355.5s - 370.54s

6-8 and 5-8s. So just a tick under 6-9. We're teetering on too tall, but like he plays. He doesn't move like it. Right. Like there's nothing odd about the way he moves.

Speaker 2371.44s - 373.96s

You like that former tight end background shows up.

Speaker 4374.04s - 374.3s

Yes.

Speaker 2374.5s - 379.5s

With the movement skills in both short spaces and in long space and with like long landmarks.

Speaker 4381.7s - 382.16s

Yeah.

Speaker 3382.8s - 383.64s

Total stud.

Speaker 4385.36s - 396.2s

You know, it's felt like for so long this has been the Titans are going to pick them at seven. Now it's like, well, the Chargers are picking them at five. And he, could you imagine?

Speaker 2397.12s - 398.68s

I don't think he gets a seven.

Speaker 4398.94s - 402.62s

I got some big takes for top 10 this year with mock drafts this week.

Speaker 2402.88s - 404.64s

You don't think, where do you think Joe Alco PERSON's?

Speaker 4404.7s - 405.88s

You don't think he goes five or seven?

Speaker 2406.04s - 406.98s

Yeah, he goes seven.

Speaker 4408.08s - 408.44s

Okay.

Speaker 2410.36s - 413.82s

My other first round grades, and this is in order.

Speaker 4413.98s - 415.12s

I have Joel number one.

Speaker 2415.18s - 417.78s

He has a clear top 10 grade for me.

Speaker 3418.58s - 421.6s

Troy Fetano out of Washington ORG is my OT2.

Speaker 2422.04s - 422.4s

Yes.

Speaker 4422.98s - 428.3s

Amarius Mims out of Georgia is my OT3. Olu Foshano out of Penn State ORG is

Speaker 3428.3s - 434.72s

OT4. And my last first round grade for offensive tackles, Toulaga, Oregon State ORG, OT5.

Speaker 4435.44s - 442s

Okay. So I'll read through my grade breakdown. We can talk about the differences here.

Speaker 2442.68s - 447.56s

Alt, Fattano, I have top 10 grades on both of those players. Do you have any of the top 10 grades or just ones?

Speaker 4448.2s - 453.36s

Fatonu has is graded 89.62 and you have to be a 90 that with top 10 grade.

Speaker 2453.82s - 455.5s

Cower. Okay. That's fine. That's fine.

Speaker 4455.98s - 457.2s

I'm not upset at all about.

Speaker 2457.78s - 493.32s

My third rated offensive linemen who played tackle was Talis Fugawa PERSON, but he ranks as the third offensive lineman who played tackle was Talis Fouaga PERSON, but he ranks as the third offensive lineman at guard. So I think the ceiling is higher for Fulaga PERSON at guard. I think he could certainly play tackle, but I do have a late one on Talis Fulaga PERSON.I have a late one on Olu Foshano PERSON is my OT4. I have a late one on J.C. Latham, and then I have a late one on Olu Foshano is my Ote 4. I have a late one on J.C. Latham. And then I have a late one on the Mary Smiths ORG. So I have six. I have Latham PERSON in.

Speaker 4494.96s - 495.32s

And I assume he's your first out.

Speaker 2496.74s - 496.9s

Yeah, he's number six for me.

Speaker 4498.82s - 502.2s

84.05 is the grade. The cutoff for our first round grade is an 85. Yeah.

Speaker 3502.4s - 502.52s

Okay.

Speaker 4503.44s - 525.04s

So here's the thing. We're right up against it. And there's a million things I want to get into. Coming up, I want to talk about Troy Fetano PERSON and why some people might think he's a guard. I want to talk about Ameris Mims PERSON. Holy crap. I want to talk about your thoughts on Fulaga PERSON, getting to guard, and then maybe some of the hype and appeal with Latham PERSON. Stick with us. We've got a lot to get to. We'll be right back.

Speaker 3527.36s - 529.76s

It's playoff time in the NBA and NHL ORG.

Speaker 2604.84s - 608.7s

Just traded from 21 to 27 in the CSPM on. Oh, God.

Speaker 4609.84s - 613.16s

He's got right in front of the bills, huh? Right in front of them.

Speaker 2613.28s - 617.6s

Yeah, right in front. So, yeah, should I just take Ameris Mims PERSON? Because he's over here.

Speaker 4617.76s - 620.64s

Brother. 27. Okay.

Speaker 2621.82s - 622.42s

Amaris Mims PERSON?

Speaker 4622.78s - 623.6s

You want to, okay.

Speaker 2624.02s - 640.6s

Let's talk. Let's do Ameris Mims PERSON because there's no question. Like, if you had to say who the most talented offensive tackle prospect is, is most physically talented, it's Ameris Mims PERSON, right? Oh, God.

Speaker 4640.9s - 646.24s

He might be the most physically gifted player in this class. I mean, the word-

Speaker 2646.24s - 647.52s

You're in like August?

Speaker 4647.86s - 673.14s

Yeah, I do, Kyle PERSON, you know, and I do remember. I do remember that. He's rare. Like, that's the word. The word that I can't get out of my head when watching him was like, this dude is rare.Size for days, athleticism for days, power for days. Dude, I felt like I was watching mike tyson fight against you know like an amateur boxer with the heavyweight strikes

Speaker 0673.14s - 687.04s

these tennessee edge rushers brother these tennessee edge rushers were just getting mowed over with the strikes i've never seen anything like it like you like we we usually use words like ragdoll my God. Like Mims PERSON is literally

Speaker 4687.04s - 693.92s

embarrassing other people in front of their families. Don't run twist on him. Don't run twist and

Speaker 2693.92s - 700.1s

try and pick him. You're done. You're done. I've never seen anything like it. As soon as that that

Speaker 4700.1s - 706.7s

edge rusher takes that head and looks inside. Good night. He slabs that door shut and he comes down.

Speaker 2706.8s - 707.76s

He comes down hard.

Speaker 0708.12s - 711.54s

And guys are always thinking they're going to be the guy that earholes him because he's not expecting it.

Speaker 4711.98s - 715.76s

And every single time, he just lays you out.

Speaker 0717.22s - 719.74s

He's, he's unbelievable.

Speaker 4720.4s - 724.7s

And what, like I saw some statistics about his, his body fat percentage.

Speaker 2725.14s - 726.28s

So he's six, seven. I like seven, eight percent, I saw some statistics about his, his body fat percentage. So he's six, seven.

Speaker 4726.28s - 728.62s

I like seven, eight percent, I would guess.

Speaker 2728.98s - 731.24s

Seeing what he looked like in Indianapolis GPE at the combine.

Speaker 4731.4s - 733.26s

Oh, you saw this man. Oh, my God.

Speaker 2733.26s - 734.04s

Yeah, in person, yeah.

Speaker 4734.54s - 735.18s

Oh, my God.

Speaker 2735.62s - 741.8s

It was right up there with using the urinal next to Vita Vaya PERSON in the interview room.

Speaker 3742.72s - 745.08s

Because behind the podiums, they have the bathrooms, but they're kind of like, you can't see him because they got the scaffolding up for behind the podiums, they have the bathrooms,

Speaker 2745.22s - 745.94s

but they're kind of like,

Speaker 0746.86s - 749.06s

you can't see him because they got the scaffolding up

Speaker 2749.06s - 750.08s

for all the podiums or whatever.

Speaker 0750.48s - 751.78s

I went back there to use the bathroom,

Speaker 3751.86s - 752.6s

and I'm going to the bathroom,

Speaker 2752.6s - 771.08s

and Vita Vaya PERSON comes in and uses a stall next to me. And like, the awe of just, this is a real life human being that is built like this is in Cremel ORG. Like, Ameri's Mims is built like Adonis PRODUCT. 36 and an eighth inch arms, 11.

Speaker 4771.08s - 790.08s

and a quarter inch hands, 6, 7, 340. It's 17% body fat, which is incredible for 340 pounds. Okay, so it's obvious. And how good he is is obvious and how rare he is obvious. Well, he started eight games. He started eight games.

Speaker 3791.62s - 796.24s

A variety of, I mean, he had, what, the ankle injury this past year.

Speaker 4796.54s - 799.66s

And then had the tight row procedure for the high ankle spring.

Speaker 2801.58s - 853.34s

But even last year, like, he started the college football playoff games last year. Because it was Warren McClendon PERSON was a starter. Upgrade. Right. Well, the last three seasons, he played 121 snaps in 2021. He played 383 snaps in 2022, and he played 297 snaps in 2020.Good luck. Like, that's the, it's the impossible thing to account for with the Mary Smiths ORG. But if you're just going off of what he looks like on tape and how dominant he is and the physical profile, it's very easy to see why a team would probably buy in very, very early. Monster.

Speaker 4854.7s - 856.14s

He's going to be a raven, isn't he?

Speaker 2857.36s - 858.04s

Oh, no.

Speaker 4858.16s - 858.68s

Can't happen.

Speaker 2859.72s - 860.52s

Can't happen.

Speaker 4860.52s - 867.62s

They can't move on from Morgan Moses and replace him with the Mary Smiths ORG.

Speaker 2867.66s - 871.38s

It's not allowed to have. Good luck. Good luck.

Speaker 3871.38s - 882.58s

They already got Andrew Borges in the pipe at guard, who you know is going to step in and be just fine because he was the top 100 pick before he blew his leg out and then still threw up 40 on the bench press to combine last year.

Speaker 2882.64s - 886.72s

And they got him like the sixth round. Raven PERSON. Don't, don in like the sixth round. Raven.

Speaker 4887.24s - 888.12s

Don't, don't.

Speaker 2888.82s - 891.04s

Can't happen. All right.

Speaker 4891.12s - 908.28s

So Troy Fetano out of Washington ORG, really interesting situation there because it felt like for so long the hype there was like guard, guard, guard. And then he goes to the combine. He's got like north of 34 inch arms, right? Like it's not a length issue. And that's typically why you would put a guy at guards.

Speaker 2908.6s - 910.62s

It's a height perception issue.

Speaker 4911.16s - 957.26s

Well, as I was watching him and trying to understand why there were some of those narratives, he's my second best offensive tackle in the class. I think he's unbelievable. Is it just because he's so aggressive? Like we, Mason Johnson, Clemson player, we were talking to him last year. And one of the phrases that I learned from him that I love is he talks about taking the air outof reps. Fetano PERSON wants to get on top of you so quickly. There are times where he's vertical setting and then sprinting forward in pass protection to cut him off. Like he just can't, he can't wait for. He just can't wait for you. He can't wait for you. Like, do you think that's, I thought maybe people saw that and said, well, he'd probably love to play on the inside where it happens a little bit quicker, but he's got all the length and athleticism to play tackle. Probably.

Speaker 2957.82s - 1051.84s

I don't think being six foot three helped the perception. Here's six foot three. I mean, most of these tackles are six, five, six, they assume that there was not length that went with that. There is length that goes with it. There's tackle athleticism. There's tackle feet. There's tackle everything. Yeah. You know, do I think you could play a guard? Yeah.Do I think he be fine at guard? Yeah, because he does like to play in close quarters. And I thought the area in which he was tested most was when he had to vertical set. The way he would short set guys and make you run the loop around him, but he could mirror you. Sometimes it over-aggressiveness, he gave up the inside, but he had the ability to flash and flatten and the handpower and the functional strength to not get collapsedin those situations and put back into the quarterback's lap. I think he's another potential transcendent player regardless of scheme. I think he could do just about anything. And I think he could play as a quality starter at guard. I think he'd be a quality starter, a tackle. And if he's a quality starter, tackle with how athletic he is.That was the thing that Washington ORG really weaponized his athleticism in a lot of ways, too, with how they got him in space, how they ran some of their counter stuff and got him out, you know, as a puller, do anything.

Speaker 41052.76s - 1054.58s

Big fan. He's awesome.

Speaker 21057.38s - 1057.8s

Fulaga PERSON,

Speaker 41058.14s - 1061.94s

now you're staying guard for Fulaga PERSON. Yeah.

Speaker 31062.64s - 1064.48s

I would love to hear you unpack that a little bit.

Speaker 41066.54s - 1071.92s

It's the short area of flash of the feet for me that I think he'd operate a little bit better in a phone booth.

Speaker 21072.24s - 1166.14s

I thought there were some times where you'd get into the flow with the run game and a defender would stick his foot in the ground and kind of work back across your face. And I just didn't see like the, um, kind of mirror redire direction. Like once his momentum gets going, I thought he struggled a little bit to kind of stick his foot in the ground and mirror with it when a defensive player kind of try to cut back against the grain, where if I'm stacked against you, I don't want to fall back off the block.I thought there were just some instances there where if you played him inside, he'd have a natural bumper with another player outside of him that would allow him to stay engaged a little bit better. So I thought that came up in the run game. I thought he set pretty good. I think he had pretty good vertical sets, but I don't think like foot speed, like pure foot speed when you're talking about alt and you're talking about Mims and you're talking about Fitano PERSON. I think he's a step down from that as just as far as like natural foot speed. I think he does a nice job of making you work through his area of influence and he has a pretty good gravitational pull. But I just thought versus some of the other guys, there was a bit of a step down. And we are 25th percentile wingspan and 15 percentile arm length. And I thought there were some times where the blend of that with the foot speed against really dynamic guys tested him sometimes. And because of that, I think he'd be a better interior player, even though I think he can play, tackle.

Speaker 41167.44s - 1174.28s

Yeah, I'm more interested in Fuaga at Guard than I am Fetano PERSON. I think either would be fine there.

Speaker 31175.02s - 1178.08s

It might need to happen more for Fulaga PERSON.

Speaker 41178.18s - 1202.48s

I was looking back at my notes on him, and I definitely had some comments there about giving up inside, outside edges based on how he framed some of the rushers. So that's certainly a growth area. I think you're encouraged by the movement skills.Oh, for sure. Yeah. So there's, I don't think it's a kiss of death or anything like that. It's one of those situations where maybe you find out a tackle and then move him to guard. I think he's going to be a quality starter.Yeah.

Speaker 21202.58s - 1223.16s

Or if you draft him and you have good tackles, you play him at guard and he might land there. And then you might get a few years out and make a change somewhere else. And he gets an opportunity to play a tackle, but you would want to have some depth there in case your combination of S5 would include him playing inside instead. All right.

Speaker 41223.22s - 1228.02s

We're going to work through day two grades, our favorites on day three, all that coming up here in just a second.

Speaker 21228.1s - 1230.84s

Speaker 21355.54s - 1361.04s

close to the sun. I traded down too far in the CSPN ORG simulation and I don't like any of the players

Speaker 41361.04s - 1365.48s

that are available to pay. Oh, very, very questionable choice.

Speaker 21365.92s - 1371.68s

I went to 30, I with the 39. So you traded back twice.

Speaker 41371.74s - 1373.74s

You didn't even pick a 27? Yeah.

Speaker 21374.68s - 1375.16s

Okay.

Speaker 41375.88s - 1385.9s

Listen, if you're going to give me 39, 65, and I just have to give up 27

Speaker 21385.9s - 1392.72s

and 1.58 I thought, hey, this is kind of what we think the sweet spot of the draft is.

Speaker 41393.72s - 1397.24s

And then we had a disaster run the last eight picks

Speaker 21397.24s - 1399.2s

in front of you all. I lost every single player I would have draft.

Speaker 41399.5s - 1403.88s

Pick Xavier Leggett and then get Christian Hayes PERSON. Off the board. Oh, both of them at 39.

Speaker 21404.88s - 1407.22s

Yeah, Leggett went off 36 to Washington ORG.

Speaker 41407.84s - 1413.16s

And who was the other name that you said? Christian Haynes PERSON. Miami Dolphin ORG through and through.

Speaker 21413.52s - 1416.28s

I could take Christian Haynes here at 39 is probably going to have.

Speaker 31417.08s - 1423.82s

That's the thing is that's why like the SPN ORG one is I think the way that it comes off.

Speaker 41423.92s - 1425.02s

I don't get on the board.

Speaker 21425.12s - 1431.68s

I mean, they didn't give a pick. I'm like, oh, it's so-and-so. Run the card in. Like, I feel that too often with some of the other ones.

Speaker 41431.88s - 1436.14s

Or you just have to not pick a player because you know it's kind of the wrong thing to do because they're not going to be there.

Speaker 21436.14s - 1436.94s

Yeah. Right.

Speaker 41437.52s - 1443.72s

And be like, oh, I don't want to pick Byron Murphy at 28 because you're not going to be there at 28.

Speaker 21444.48s - 1445.36s

I digress.

Speaker 41446.16s - 1454.32s

Day two offensive tackle grades for me. I have J.C. Latham, Alabama GPE. Tyler Guyton, Oklahoma GPE. Those are my two second round grades.

Speaker 01454.82s - 1459.5s

Then I get to the third round, and I get Kingsley, Suea Mai Taya out of BYU ORG,

Speaker 41460.1s - 1465.02s

Brandon Coleman out of TCU, a third round grade. Coleman PERSON. Yeah, I like Brandon Coleman PERSON.

Speaker 21465.02s - 1465.46s

A tackle.

Speaker 41466.22s - 1476.96s

Yeah, yeah, I'm good with it. Patrick Paul, Houston in the third round, and then Roger Rosengarde in Washington ORG out of the, that's a third round grade for me as well. Okay.

Speaker 21477.3s - 1483.66s

So I had Altanu, Pulana, Huaga, Foshanu, Latham, Mims PERSON were my ones.

Speaker 41484.28s - 1484.54s

Okay.

Speaker 21485.12s - 1488s

I have Tyler Dyen with a two.

Speaker 41489.68s - 1491.36s

Did you grade Jordan Morgan inside?

Speaker 21491.78s - 1492.92s

Yeah, he's the guard for me.

Speaker 41493.42s - 1493.68s

Okay.

Speaker 21494.44s - 1517.2s

He's next in line as a tackle guard flex player with a two. I have Roger Rosengarten with a late two. And then my threes are Kingsley Suamataia and Patrick Paul. Um, Rosengarten just feels like Andrew Wiley 2.0 for me.

Speaker 41517.5s - 1522.78s

Yeah. I think he's maybe a little better athlete than. Right. Were you a little surprised by

Speaker 21522.78s - 1525.84s

that testing? Yes. I was too.

Speaker 41526.2s - 1531.28s

If you would have asked me to pick a word to describe Rosengarten PERSON and his film,

Speaker 21531.4s - 1540.4s

I would have said smooth. I think he's pretty smooth, but I didn't think he was dynamic. So yeah, the testing surprised me a little bit.

Speaker 41541.16s - 1544.8s

Mel Kiper can't stop mocking him in the first round. You won't quit it.

Speaker 21544.9s - 1551.34s

You won't quit it. Well, Patrick Paul's going on Twitter spaces talking about how he's going to go late Thursday.

Speaker 41552.26s - 1561.74s

Patrick Paul. Yeah. Yeah. Really? So you, you don't know. Oh, got a guy's six foot seven with 35 inch arms.

Speaker 21561.86s - 1566.36s

You know, he's going to get people's attention. Yeah, I don't, I don't see that.

Speaker 41566.48s - 1574.12s

Well, good for him. If you can, if that can happen for you, congratulations. I'm not here to steal anybody's dreams. Um, where do you want to go with this?

Speaker 21577.28s - 1599.34s

The guy you'd be most excited to get as far as the intersection of skill and like projected pick. Like would you rather get Tyler Guyton at 35 or would you rather get Suamaya, Sue Mattaea at 60? Not saying the bills need him.

Speaker 31599.34s - 1599.68s

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 41601.1s - 1603.26s

I rather get Suamai Taya PERSON.

Speaker 31604s - 1607s

I, I, Guyton PERSON was a guy that I'd liked but didn't love.

Speaker 21607s - 1608.4s

I wanted to like him more.

Speaker 41608.56s - 1620.24s

I really did. So I get more excited about a guy like Kingsley from BYU ORG. I've already said his name twice. I'm playing with fire.

Speaker 21620.24s - 1623.74s

He's King Kingsley PERSON. Kingsley out of BYU ORG.

Speaker 41624.44s - 1653.24s

I just feel like there's so much ceiling there. I mean, not that there isn't with Guyton, but I mean, Kingsley out of YU ORG. I just feel like there's so much ceiling there. I mean, not that there isn't with Guyton, but I mean, Kingsley's 21 years old, two-year starter, plenty of size and athleticism. I thought my issues with him were just like a little bit of bend and playing under control, but like I feel like that that's, that value to me feels a little bit better than Tyler Guyton PERSON, who I,I just wanted them to be a little bit more dominant. Can be honest?

Speaker 21654.44s - 1665.2s

I think I'd rather swing the bat on some of these early day three guys, given some of the value that's available at other spots in the draft. Now, maybe they get overdrafted.

Speaker 41665.98s - 1669.72s

Like Blake Fisher from Notre Dame ORG.

Speaker 21669.72s - 1699.88s

I liked quite a bit. But I have a fourth round grade on him. I have a fourth round grade on Kieran Amagagasy from Yale ORG, who's tremendous upside. The biggest what if or mystery of the group just because he had a season ending injury at Yale ORG. Now he bodied the heck out of some dudes at Yale ORG.It's just one of them. I love to have seen him in the senior bowl have a chance to perform against,

Speaker 41700.04s - 1700.28s

you know,

Speaker 21700.36s - 1731.54s

the top level edges to get a better feel for how NFL ORG ready he is, but he's a super toolsy guy. I have Brandon Coleman as a day three guy, but I have him as a day three guy at guard. So if you're looking at intersection of forecasted value and what they are as players and their readiness to contribute, I think I'd rather wait for the next tier, just because of some of the other talent that's availablebecause it's a rare, deep tackle class. I would try to take advantage of.

Speaker 41732.82s - 1741.76s

I like how you asked me, you gave me a very specific set of criteria and then you, like, oh, the better option is the one I didn't give you.

Speaker 21743.84s - 1748.06s

I would probably say I would probably draft.

Speaker 41749.44s - 1751.5s

The criteria I gave you, I'd probably draft guide.

Speaker 21755.24s - 1756.62s

This is what I will say, though.

Speaker 41757.62s - 1760.38s

I feel like it is a deep tackle class,

Speaker 21760.84s - 1764.9s

but that's not preventing me from taking one of these top guys.

Speaker 31765.88s - 1768.32s

Oh, I think the top couple guys are special guys.

Speaker 41768.64s - 1768.82s

Yeah.

Speaker 21768.9s - 1769.3s

So, yeah.

Speaker 41770.06s - 1771.7s

It's not a, it's not a like weight.

Speaker 21772.3s - 1775.06s

Like, I'm not going to, if I want to tackle, I'm not going to miss out on a chance

Speaker 41775.06s - 1776.06s

to get one of those top guys.

Speaker 21776.82s - 1789.32s

Because it's a special and deep offensive tackle class. But the guys at the beginning, you feel like it could step in and be quality starters very quickly. And that's not always the case with Tulsie first round offensive tackles.

Speaker 41790.06s - 1799.76s

You know what's also interesting about this offensive tackle class and we've worked through other position groups and you kind of notice a trend of older prospects, a lot of 23-year-olds, going to be 24 as a rookie.

Speaker 01800.18s - 1813.64s

These guys, that's not true with these guys. Alt's 21, Fashnu is 21, Latham's 21, Mims is 21, Gait Alt's 21. Fashanoe is 21. Latham's 21. Mims is 21. Gaiton's 21. Kingsley's 21.You know what I mean? Blake Fisher's 21. Rosengarten's 21.

Speaker 41814.78s - 1824.02s

Talis Wagga is the old one here at 22. You know, so I like that. I like that you have legitimate youth here for these prospects.

Speaker 21825.48s - 1835.98s

Can I ask you one other question before we get to day three guys, just as far as like if you'd want to really kick the tires on for day three guys? Yeah.

Speaker 41837.36s - 1841.12s

If Graham Barton PERSON or I'm assuming he's great as a tackle or as a guard for you.

Speaker 21841.5s - 1857.12s

Yeah. Or as a senior player. If he were grad at a tackle, how would you like him amidst this group? Because some people are very adamant. They think he can and should play tackle first.Really?

Speaker 41860.66s - 1872.6s

He probably slot between Latham and Gytton PERSON. So I have Latham as a high two. I have Gytton as a mid two. I probably put Graham Barton PERSON right there in between them. Okay.

Speaker 21873.2s - 1874.58s

So O.T. 7 for me.

Speaker 41874.58s - 1878.2s

He would be between Mims and Gaiton PERSON for me at tackle,

Speaker 21878.7s - 1882.42s

which would be O.T. 7 for me as well. Okay.

Speaker 41883.04s - 1884.94s

So similar valuation.

Speaker 21885.14s - 1886.04s

Same page there, yeah.

Speaker 41887.34s - 1894.62s

Do you have a particular thought there? I mean, I definitely like him on the inside more. Me too.

Speaker 21898.82s - 1902.44s

I thought this year paralleled last year for Skoronski PERSON for him,

Speaker 41903.32s - 1903.9s

where the year before,

Speaker 21903.9s - 1947.84s

I thought the year before they got drafted was the better, the better tape versus the year that they got drafted. And Skaronsky still parlayed that into a top 12 pick. It's like I expect Barton to be a top 25 pick for sure. But I think with how good the tackle class is, I think that that drives his value down a little bit. But obviously he has a lot of good tape at Duke ORG. I just thought amidst all of these long dynamic athletes.Right. And I thought he was another one who tested a little bit better at his pro day. But I think what is functional athleticism, which shows on tape, or at least did this past year.

Speaker 41948.76s - 1958.06s

And I think one of the encouraging things of Graham Barton PERSON is he has played center. He has five career starts at center. So it's not like this foreign idea. Like sometimes you.

Speaker 21958.06s - 1959s

All five spots.

Speaker 41959.14s - 1960.36s

Yeah. This has happened.

Speaker 21960.74s - 1961.16s

Yeah.

Speaker 41961.16s - 1961.18s

Yeah.

Speaker 21963.14s - 1964.08s

Day three guys.

Speaker 41964.52s - 1968.32s

You like. I only, I only have three. I did 14

Speaker 21968.32s - 1975.44s

tackles. Three of them got, got day three grades. Blake Fisher and Karan. Amagaj PERSON.

Speaker 41975.44s - 1980.68s

Out of Yale, fourth round grades. And then Javon Foster out of Missouri is a five for me.

Speaker 21981.28s - 1998.78s

Okay. I gave Foster five as well. I also gave fives to Caden Wallace from Penn State ORG, the right tackle, Delmar Gleys from Maryland and Christian Jones from Texas GPE. And then Matt Gondcalps from Pitt ORG. I think it's probably a guard in the next level. It would grade him and tackle. He got a

Speaker 41998.78s - 2008.98s

seventh goal. Great. I think you've already said the guy. I mean, Quran from Yale ORG. Ah. Amadaji PERSON.

Speaker 32009.28s - 2009.44s

No.

Speaker 42009.92s - 2010.44s

Amagaji PERSON.

Speaker 22010.92s - 2011.4s

Say a.

Speaker 42011.88s - 2012.1s

Dude.

Speaker 32012.96s - 2013.16s

Are you kidding me right now?

Speaker 42013.4s - 2014.04s

Ah. Okay.

Speaker 32014.88s - 2016.04s

I'll work on this.

Speaker 22016.2s - 2016.36s

Yeah.

Speaker 42016.62s - 2018.12s

The priority of my afternoon.

Speaker 22019.34s - 2022.14s

You might need to have it sorted out by Friday night.

Speaker 42024s - 2024.48s

Well,

Speaker 22025.72s - 2026.96s

Quran from Yale ORG.

Speaker 42028.52s - 2028.6s

Tackle, 36 in terms.

Speaker 22029.36s - 2029.96s

That's what I'll call them.

Speaker 42031.06s - 2031.82s

I don't want to disrespect them, you know?

Speaker 22032.28s - 2034.82s

36es PRODUCT. It's called 36es PRODUCT.

Speaker 42035.12s - 2036.02s

Right.

Speaker 22036.5s - 2040.18s

All right. That's offensive tackles. That's in the books. Joe, well, we got the rest of the week.

Speaker 42041.98s - 2046.04s

Tomorrow is our predictive top 100. Let's all fit on that.

Speaker 22046.2s - 2049.08s

Yeah, and then we have final predictive mock drafts.

Speaker 42050.76s - 2052.56s

Is there anything we're doing Wednesday during the day?

Speaker 22052.56s - 2056.14s

Because I think my predictive mock might run a little later in the day on Wednesday.

Speaker 42058.24s - 2063.5s

I might try to do mine earlier in the day because I'm going to have so much fatigue with it. I'll just get it done. Very good.

Speaker 22063.76s - 2070.64s

Okay. Then we'll plan on minor run later. Joe PERSON, run it earlier. And that'll hold you over until we're doing the live stream on Thursday night.

Speaker 42071.2s - 2072.46s

Can you can find it on the YouTube ORG channel.

Speaker 22072.86s - 2076.22s

I think it's going to be on Bill's Dolphins and NFL ORG scouting. Yeah.

Speaker 42076.64s - 2080.14s

So anywhere you listen to us or watch us, you can find it.

Speaker 22080.14s - 2099.24s

But it'll be live on Thursday. I believe it'll be live on Friday as well. And then we got to figure out what we're doing on Saturday. That is going to do it for us here. You can find this on YouTube ORG or wherever you listen to your podcast. Make it a great rest of your day.We are out of here. Hey, Prime members.
