And wherever else you listen to a podcast really helps out. We appreciate it tons. And the Blue Jays get a five to three victory, a game that I didn't honestly going into it, think that the Blue Jays ORG had a chance,to be honest, facing Aaronola PERSON. But they come out of it with the W and a bunch of big performances. Carter, what is your big takeaway from today's baseball game?

Speaker 4136.62s - 190.2s

I think it's me and you bounding together. We tried to wheel the Toronto Blue Jays ORG to a series split. That's all we wanted. Obviously, Philly, one of the best teams in the league at home. The Blue Jays snapped their series split. That's all we wanted. Obviously, Philly, one of the best teams in the league at home. The Blue Jays snapped their 11-game home winning streak. Just the offense shows up a little bit today. You get 12 hits out of this offense. That's not something you see every day, especially from this Toronto Blue Jays ORG offense. Chris Bassett PERSON, another great start. This is more typical Toronto Blue Jays ORG baseball, more than what we're used to.Pretty good defense, great pitching, and a mediocre offense. I would say today even better than a mediocre offense. I would say today, even better than a mediocre offense. It would be nice if we scored more than five runs getting 12 hits on the board. But I mean, I have nothing to complain about for the Blue Jays team today. We just got to get some consistency. I'm not taking this game with anything more than face value. We won the game. That's great. But we got to show some consistency. We've got to to play consistent baseball and continue to score runs and produce offense. Yeah, I can't stand when,

Speaker 3190.88s - 270.42s

you know, within the Blue Jays ORG media, somebody goes and is super, super hard on the team like we were in yesterday's episode. We were harder, to say the least. We were down in the dumps. We were destroyed. Then they get a win and then everything's peachy and whatever. No, we're not, we're not going to act like this is all fixed because of one win. This could be a fluke win. Who knows? We'll see what happens. But I think if you look at everything, how today's game was played, this is what the Toronto Blue Jays want to look like. I think, yeah, adding a couple more runs would be great. But overall, just in its entirety, this was a great game. Chris Bassico, six and a third, three hits given up, two runs, six strikeouts, two walks. This is a great game from him. The bullpen did their job. Jordan Romano PERSON scared us to death as usual. And I got to give Vlad his flowers today. He went three for five today. And you know what? The appbats looked better. And I think we've seen a little bit of an upward trajectory for Vlad PERSON. He's the one guy out of him, Bo and George, that we've actually seen more positivity from, I want to say. And there's something with Vlad PERSON I want to get into in probably the next segment, which Iwill bring up. But Carter, just Vlad PERSON's game. How did you feel about it today?

Speaker 4270.98s - 355.06s

Yeah, Vladdy PERSON's hitting the ball hard. He's looking good at the plate. Again, I want to see more power from him. I'm sure a lot of other Toronto Lugus ORG fans want to see more power from him. But with how lacklust of this offense has been, any hits we're getting, any time that these players can get on base, I'm going to take it.Vladdy PERSON gets an infield hit. You guys goes three for five. Hammers two singles as well. Obviously, Vladdy PERSON, when he hits the ball, he always hits the ball hard. He's just got to get it in the air. Again, I'm taking line drives.I'm all right with that. It just as long as he's not hammering the ball into the ground. That's his biggest thing. Kevin Kiermeyer, great day today as well. I think three for four, David Schneider, another two for three casual day for him. The offense look good. It's led by Vladdy PERSON. Hopefully Bo Wichette and George Springer can learn from Vladie, maybe not even Vladdy PERSON necessarily.Maybe Danny Janssen, David Schneider, Justin Turner, those type of players. But Vladdy PERSON is starting to come around a little bit. He's hitting over 300 in its last seven games. I'm not going to go to statistical this episode as we do on off the day morrow DATE. We're going to break down all the stats, all these players. In totality, there's an interesting bobbocet, George Springer's PERSON stat. If you want to check that out early, I did make a TikTok ORG slash real slash wherever we always post all of these short videos. So if you want to sneak peek into that, I already have it posted. But with thisoffense, if Ladi PERSON can pick it up, that's one of the key players you need in this offense to figure it out. So Lottie PERSON having some consistent outbats, producing consistent offense is a great thing to see for Lujay PERSON's fans. Yeah.

Speaker 3355.16s - 435.84s

And you know what, Carter PERSON, what I'm really sort of looking at is how this team responded to getting absolutely pumbled the day before. And I said after yesterday's video, or towards the end of it, if you stuck all the way through, was that we needed to see some heart, some grit, some just character. We need to see something. We need to see that these guys care. And I think what today's game showed is that they are getting pissed off. They are getting upset. And the other good thing is I want to bring up is that John Schneider said in the media today, or yesterday, sorry, that Bo Bichette and George Springer PERSON calls them out by name saying that they need to step it up.They need to be better. And I mean, I think this could have been said weeks ago. But I think it is good from a perspective. And maybe it's because all of us's fans have been calling for some change, some just something at this point. And I think John Schneider has finally given the mediawhat we sort of wanted uh as well the team had a team meeting uh i'm not sure if it was yesterday or the day before it's a little bit unclear from uh this is straight from hazel may

Speaker 4435.84s - 441.72s

it was before today's game that's the main yeah yeah it was before yeah so obviously i think

Speaker 3441.72s - 446.04s

john schneider PERSON and i don't know if it was john schneider if i don't know if it was everybody, I don't know who was in the room.

Speaker 4447.04s - 450.78s

But maybe it's putting some stuff in a perspective here.

Speaker 3451.4s - 496.42s

And maybe the team realizes that, hey, if this keeps on the trajectory that we're on, things aren't going to end very well. And I think maybe something finally clicked in some of these guys where they have to start caring about every game. start caring about every game. We care about every game. You guys all care about every game.It just sometimes doesn't feel like these players necessarily care about every single ballgame. Today they showed that. They showed the heart. They showed the character. They showed the willingness to bounce back into fight. And so that was the biggest takeaway for me today. Not necessarily the hits or whatever, because, I mean, it's tough to say if the consistency is going to be there. But I think overall it shows that they have the ability to bounce back and fight back. Oh, 100%.

Speaker 4496.42s - 625.08s

You kind of unloaded a few points there, so I'm going to try to remember to respond to everything you said, but I'm going to start with this. Toronto Blue Jays have the eighth highest payroll in baseball. This season, there aren't a ton of free agents. You say Kukuchi, Danny Jansom PERSON being the main ones. But this window is closing and it's closing very quickly. You have Vladie, you have Boba Bichette PERSON. You have multiple superstars in the following season, 2025, that are all going, are set to hit free agency. So the window's closing and you start the season 16 and 20.Now we are 17 and 20. There's no time to have a slow start here. There's no time to debate on whether this team has the ability to win now or not. You're running out of time. You're running out of a window. And that's why there's been so much talk about maybe the front office does blow it up.Maybe you don't see Bobauchet in a Blue J sweater next season. Maybe Vladi PERSON's gone. So again, this team had a close-door meeting clearly to kind of give them a kick in the butt because I guess finally they internally realized, I guess it's obviously been happening for a long time. These players know they're not performing up to their standards. But the fact that they finally had this meeting, finally got hopefully gone on each other, held some people accountable because this has been ridiculous to start the season. But what I was going to say as well is you brought up that John Schneider quote, calling out George Springer and Bobauchette PERSON. So John Schneider finally acknowledgesthat these two players are not hitting, but he continues to leave George Springer PERSON in the leadoff spot. And I can't, it makes me so upset and so mad because you watch the same thing over and over again. Every goddamn game. And he doesn't change it. And he knows that George Springer PERSON is not hitting. Is he magically going to have a dream about how to fix his swing and just start producing? Like, you know he's struggling. Why not move him down in the order? And he's right. These two players need to get going for this team to be good. Like, you know he's struggling. Why not move him down in the order? And he's right. These two players need to get going for this team to be good, but they're not going right now.So why are you leaving him at the top of the order? Just to let, like, it's a black hole in your first spot of the batting order. The guy that's getting the most at-bats on the team. I just, it infuriates me talking about it every single time. And he continues to do nothing about it.

Speaker 3625.82s - 712.54s

Yeah, you're right. You're bang on. And me and you've talked about this. The fans, everybody that's commenting on our videos, our posts are all saying the same thing. Why in God's name is George Springer still hitting number one? I would honest to God just like an answer at this point. If John Schneider came out and said, this is why this guy's here, maybe I give it a little bit of a break.Maybe. I don't know. But we haven't heard a thing. It's just, he's just leaving him there. You move Bob Bichette today, but you don't move George Springer PERSON. I don't understand why.I just realized we're both wearing Vancouver Canucks ORG jerseys. Go Canucks ORG go. Sorry, just popped into my head, a little bit of ADHD or whatever. John Snyder PERSON, overall, I don't understand. You know what? I got to commend him for going out and moving Boba's shot. I have to commend him for that. Because I take some iron class balls to move your superstar, your supposed best player. So I will say good on him. But you still aren't moving George Springer PERSON. Vlad PERSON is doing well. I understand where you put it. I think he's starting, not I shouldn't say doing well even. He's starting to show glimpses of doing well.Carter PERSON, man, there's so much to go over. I feel like I just get, you know, you bring up George Springer PERSON and my motions go from zero to 100. We got so much more to break down here. We do got to take a quick break.

Speaker 4713.06s - 715.98s

I got one more thing to say before we do head into that break.

Speaker 3716.18s - 716.38s

Okay.

Speaker 4716.44s - 730.26s

I got to call you out here. I'm sorry, I called you out off the podcast. I got to call you out on the podcast. When we did our lineup video, you said Boba Chet is never going to hit in the sixth spot. You just don't see it. Credit to me. It happened last week later DATE.

Speaker 3730.68s - 765.84s

You're right. What are you going to say? What are you going to say? This is craziness. This is crazy. I never thought for one second that the Blue Jays ORG would drop Boba Chet below five. Shockingly, we'rein an alternate universe where Bobachette sucks and he's hitting sixth in our lineup. Great. I agree with it. He should probably be hitting nine right now. But yeah, it blows my mind a little bit. And right here, I know. I know, God, we got so much to talk about again. We got so much to talk about. It's this, this is a,

Speaker 2766.44s - 772.32s

today's game is a small component of a long season that it feels like it's been already.

Speaker 3773.62s - 782.82s

So get off the bench and go download it for free on Google Play or the App Store ORG.All right, Carter PERSON. So we've talked a little bit. We've given our feelings on the sort of entirety of the game. One big thing I want to get into, and I think it's been a sort of a little bit. We've given our feelings on the sort of entirety of the game. One big thing I want to get into, and I think it's been a sort of a sore subject for Blue Jays ORG fans, but I think it's important to get into because we've gotten a lot of comments about it. And that is Jordan Romano PERSON. How, when this guy gets into the ball game,I know we like to make jokes about the classic Jordan Romano PERSON, giving up a run, giving up two base hits, loading the base, whatever it is. At what point do you somewhat get concerned? Because yes, he's getting the job done, but maybe if it's a one-run ball game and he comes in,

Speaker 4938.32s - 1014.96s

are you terrified? Well, and that's what some people are saying. They're saying that he is leading, he leads to league in saves. He's usually up there in saves. He has one of the best save percentages in Blue Jay's ORG history. They're saying that this is all because when he comes in, he usually has a few runs of cushion. Jordan Romano this season, I think he might have one save. That is a one run save. A lot of these outings, he has three runs to work with. And he is using every single run he has in this last outing specifically. It's a 5-2 game. He's giving up a ton of hits. And then Whitmerfield is up to the plate with an opportunity to hit a single and drive in two more runs to tie the game.Again, it makes for good baseball, I guess. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. But sometimes I would just like a 1, 2, three, get out of here, move on, get along with the game. One thing that I'm noticing is that, especially going into last year, is that Jordan Romano gets ahead and counts and you almost know exactly what he's going to throw. It's usually the high fastball, and if it's not the high fastball, it's a slider low and away. And it looks like teams are starting to read that. Nick Castiano has had an 02 count. Jordan Romano throws a high fastball. Nick Castiano stays low and away. And it looks like teams are starting to read that. Nick Castellanos had an 02 count. Jordan Romano PERSON throws a high fastball. Nick Castiano PERSON stays on it and drives it into right field.Normally, this isn't happening. You think Jordan Romano PERSON is getting too predictable out there?

Speaker 31015.62s - 1160.5s

That's a great question, to be honest. I don't know. I feel like it's a tough spot to be in because you only have so many pitches and you're going to go with something that's working. And most of the time, the high heat or the slider away is what's working. So maybe, maybe you find something to switch it up. But it's getting the job done. That's the hard part. It's hard to argue when the guy does get the job done. Yes, he might scare you. Yes, you might be shaken in your seat. But he always somehow finds a way to get it done. So I'm not sure. I'm in a tough situation where do I, yes, do I think that he uses up every ounce that he can, 100%. But then we see him come into these one-run game and he gets it done. So at the end of the day, I don't know which side I stand with. I think I'm a little bit hesitant to say anything bad about him because he's given me no reason to say anything bad about him. That's where I want to stand because at the end of the day, there's a lot of negatives goingon with this baseball team right now. And I feel like when the guy is coming in and doing his job, instead of looking at it as a negative, we have to look at it as he's still getting the job done. Statistically, he's one of the best relievers in baseball. Yeah, he might scare you. But he's one of the few guys on this team that come out.You can almost guarantee it that he's getting the job done. So as much as fans and maybe fans of other teams want to say that he's a fraud, we've heard that throwing around a couple times lately, me and you personally have heard that. He's getting the job done. I don't know how many times I need to say this, but look back over his outings. The guy does the work.He comes in and he has exactly what you expect of him every single time. So I can't really argue with him. If he starts blowing saves or stuff like that, then come back to me with that and maybe. But as of right now, I stand with Jordan Romano PERSON. I have to. I have to have hope somewhere, Carter PERSON.I can't be negative all the time. Yeah.

Speaker 41160.56s - 1283.6s

At the end of the day, like you said, he is getting results. But I did pull up his baseball savant as we were talking about this, and I don't want to get too much into stats. But this is frightening, man. An expected ERA of 8.03, an expected batting average of 0.324 CARDINAL. At some point, you're going to have to think it's going to catch up to him.And just going over his start today, Alec Bome singles to center field, Brandon Marsh PERSON hits into a forceout at shortstop. Boba Chet PERSON almost through that play. I was really worried that that was not going to be an out. Then I already went over to Nick Castellano PERSON single to right field. Then Bryson Stott PERSON double the deep right, which puts the tying run on second base. Then he does get a pop-out from Cody Clemens PERSON, and then Whitmerfield PERSON, obviously, gets it out as well. But it's been rocky, to say the least, for Jordan Romano PERSON. And I think you're right in a sense where if he's going to continue to get these results, I don't think you can really say anything because at the end of the day,if the Blue Jays ORG are winning when he's pitching, I'm not going to say anything bad because the Blue Jays ORG are struggling to get wins. If he's providing them wins, you can't really get too upset about it. But at the same time, I'm almost thinking this is a ticking time bomb that might explode in our faces coming up. Because with the Toronto Blue Jay ORG schedule, it's not going to get a whole lot easier. We got the Minnesota Twins. We got the Baltimore Orioles. We got the Tampa Bay Reyes ORG,which we will be in attendance for. And I'm really hoping that the Blue Jays ORG can pick this up. But with Jordan Romano PERSON, again, I have to, I've got a 50-50 on it because he is getting the results, but everything is pointing negatively to Jordan Romano PERSON. He's a hard hit percentage of 50%. That's just, that's not going to end up playing well. When people are hitting the ball hard, it's not usually going to end up in your favor. So Jordan Romano PERSON, he does have the opportunity to kind of get his stuff back. He does look a little bit shaky out there. His fastball veal looked like it was a little bit down today. That wasn't really hitting 99 or 100 at all. But with Jordan Romano PERSON, with a bullpen that is completely injured right now, completely just worn out.Jordan Romano getting it done, getting a win for the Blue Jays ORG. I'm not going to say anything too bad about it. Yeah.

Speaker 31283.6s - 1289.66s

And like I said, this is an old quote.

Speaker 41289.82s - 1290.84s

Everybody's used it forever.

Speaker 31291.46s - 1351.92s

You don't argue with success, right? He's had success. So, and for how many years he's had success. This isn't a this year thing, right? This is going back seasons. And that's the difference. If this wasstrictly he's just, this is his first year playing really well, then maybe I take a look deeper into the stats. But again, this is an eye test thing. This is a gut thing. It's do you trust this guy to get the job done? And so far, my gut's telling me to trust this guy. And that's just me. You guys might have your opinions on Jordan Romano PERSON. And if you do, let us know. I'm happy to hear you out.But I will also say, look at the games he's coming into. The Blue Jays are winning those games. And yeah, yeah, it might not be, you know, it might not be by a three-runner, four-run lead. It might be by a two-one-run one-run lead. But it wins a win.And that's what all we can take right now.

Speaker 41353.3s - 1386.44s

Yeah, you can't hate on Toronto Blue Jays ORG wins. But again, like, he's just worrying me, man. Like, Eric Swanson, one of the most reliable pitchers on the team last season, horrible start. Tim Beza, one of the most reliable pitchers on the team last season. Horrible start. Tim Meza, one of the most reliable pitchers on the team last season, horrible start, albeit he had a great day to day. Jordan Romano, one of the most reliable pitchers on the team last season, struggling off the start. This bullpen is supposed to be really good for this team. I get there overworked. I get there's a lot of injuries. But I am getting a little bit worried about this bullpen, especially with how lackluster offense is.So I guess this is kind of just a wait-and-see game.

Speaker 01386.6s - 1423.36s

Hopefully, Jordan Romano PERSON can kind of figure it out. Hopefully, the results continue to work in his favor because the Toronto Blue Jays ORG cannot afford to lose too many more games. I know it is only 37 games in the season DATE. But at some point, it's not going to be early anymore. Like we always say, the April-May games count the same weight as the September wins. You got to win games early. It's a lot easier normally to win games earlier on in the season because playoff baseball comes around. Anything can happen. You never know what the team's going to look like in September. Who knows? Maybe we get there and George Springer PERSON continues to look like a bomb.Beaubeshette PERSON continues to just struggle at the plate. God forbid that happens.

Speaker 31423.36s - 1448.2s

But with a struggling offense, you need good pitching. Yeah, you're right. Carter, I know we had one more thing to talk about at the plate. God PERSON forbid that happens. But with a struggling offense, you need good pitching. Yeah, you're right. Carter, I know we had one more thing to talk about that we're going to do in this segment. We're going to take a quick break and come back with that because we don't have games to tee up today. We don't have anything to look forward to. We're going to give you a little bit of a taste of what our plan is for tomorrow for the off day. We've sort of put, we've had this idea sort of rumbling around in our heads. We'll get into that next segment.

Speaker 21448.58s - 1450.78s

And Carter PERSON, I was getting there.

Speaker 01450.92s - 1452.08s

I was getting there today.

Speaker 31452.32s - 1452.52s

All right.

Speaker 01452.62s - 1466.04s

This guy. This guy. And, yeah, of course, we're going to get into Carter PERSON's last thing that he wants to bring up, give you guys a little bit of a look ahead to Friday. And of course, Carter PERSON, since you did remind me,

Speaker 31467.3s - 1467.66s

where should people check out?

Speaker 41469.66s - 1469.7s

I can never tell if you actually remember or not,

Speaker 31473.28s - 1473.36s

because you always end your segments the same way.

Speaker 41473.78s - 1475.22s

It's the cadence. I just kind of throw it in at the end.

Speaker 31475.3s - 1475.94s

I can't really tell.

Speaker 01476.02s - 1478.94s

But I'm going to take this opportunity to throw it over to the 24-7,

Speaker 31479.4s - 1484.12s

locked on streaming channel, either locked on sports today or the Amazon Fire TV PRODUCT's channel up.

Speaker 41484.82s - 1572.46s

NFL ORG playoff or NFL free agency. I always mix these up for some reason. NBA ORG playoffs, college sports, you name it. It's all going to be on either these channels, whatever is more convenient for you. We're going to get into a Toronto GPE trip and some other random information coming up. I am rolling with Brock Besser PERSON.We got some chugs on this. So I figured I'd make a little bit of money as well. So I also hammered more than on Brock Besser PERSON goals. And I'm also going more than on shots for JT. Miller PERSON. We need a Canucks ORG win. Hopefully it happens.Everyone is writing us off. Delicious meat nutritious and the snack that packs a real protein punch, wonderful pistachios. This is Ryan Ficklestein, the host of Locked-on Mets ORG, and I love the no-shells wonderful pistachios so I can eat them straight out of the bag whenever I need a boost, and my favorite flavor is their sea salt and vinegar. Speaker 31608.8s - 1635.98s

We're going to start with Carter PERSON's last little bit here that he wanted to discuss. And then we got some questions to honestly ask you guys, because we are headed to Toronto GPE and we want some information from you. Because we got a lot of content plan for when we go. We want to get as many videos as we want to involve all the fans. We want to involve people that have engaged with us through our show. But Carter PERSON, let's start with you. You had one more thing to bring up. What do you got for us?

Speaker 41636.42s - 1719.14s

Yeah, just one last thing about this second Phillies ORG game. One thing I noticed in the eighth inning is that obviously, as all Blue Jays ORG fans know, this offense is struggling to score runs. John Schneider, I don't know if it was John Schneider's PERSON call. I don't know if I want to give him credit for this just based off his history of his decisions. But whatever happened, he made a right call here. Davis Schneider just being the beauty he gets on base. And they do a hit and run. Finally, about time. IKF, a contact hitter. This was a funny play because ICF ORG did one of the worst swings I've ever seen in my life.He literally just lunged at the ball. And somehow he poked it into the second base hole where that player was vacating. I think it was Bryce and Stought PERSON in this scenario. That's all you need. You just need a soft contact hit, get it out there. And then Kevin Kiermeyer PERSON comes up.Kind of gets beat on a pitch, lines it over the second baseman's head. He's celebrating before he even gets the first base. I almost had a heart attack, so I thought he was going to get thrown out. But just a way that this team is trying to manufacture runs, it's not going to work, it's not going to be pretty every single time. Sometimes you're going to have to do this.So that's one thing that I really liked from this game. Yeah. Ended up being a huge insurance run, as you saw, it ended up being a 5-3 game. Would have been a 4-3 game. Maybe Jordan Romano PERSON is a little bit more worried in that situation. Again, this guy's done it for his entire career. He's been a closer for a very long time. Pretty good at what he does. So again, maybe it doesn't even matter. But it's always nice to get insurance runs late in ball games.

Speaker 31719.6s - 1720.04s

100%.

Speaker 41720.04s - 1720.44s

Yeah.

Speaker 31721s - 1880.94s

That's exactly it, right? Every game isn't going to be pretty. You have to do the little things right, the little experiments that maybe pay off. And that's 100% what this team did today. And I got to applaud whosoever decision this was. But like we said, Carter, we are headed to Toronto, May 17th to the 20th.We got a lot planned. We're doing a live stream after the game on the 18th. We'll do it from our hotel. Take your guys' questions, comments. We'll in Iraq GPE, we'll have a good time. We're going to have a bunch of beers probably because our plan is to go out that night. Let us know if there's anywhere that you guys think is cool to go out to. We don't know. We actually, the guy,we have a guy on Instagram that we might hit up to see if he's got any suggestions as well. But we've got some stuff plan. We want to do, you know, we've been on TikTok ORG, Instagram, Reels PRODUCT. We want to put together a little like man on the street thing asking Blue Jays ORG fans questions. It doesn't have to be trivia. It can be how they feel. Let us know what you guys maybe think that we should be asking. Because we got some ideas of our own, but we want to include you guys as much as possible. is fans for the fans right that's what locked on isand we hope that your guys's input will help make our content better for you guys for us for you guys it's it's a big circle um so we'll get into that we got we got so much more plan actually it's nuts we got like a whole notebook of stuff i don't even think we need to get to everything. But it's going to be a great trip. We're pumped. We want to have fun.We want to be at the ball game. But of course, we're going to use this opportunity as well to give you guys more content. We think that, you know, we're going to have fun with it. You guys will probably enjoy some of it. And the other thing is, Carter, tomorrow is an off day. We've sort of been putting off this episode for a while until that we're a couple more games into the season. We want to go over some of the statistics from the players early on. We always say we're not stats, guys, but it's always an interesting thing to look at, right? Through this many games, especially when your team's not playing up to par, how are they doing statistically? Compared to maybe our eye test, maybe some stuff will surprise us, maybe some stuff will surprise you guys. So when we get into that all tomorrow, it's going to be an interesting look because I think, there's some players that we think are playing really well.Maybe the stats don't back that up. Maybe the opposite. Some players are playing really well or not playing very well and the stats say that they're playing better than they should. It's going to be very interesting, Carter. I know you've got some topics to get into tomorrow as well. You've been sort of muddling this one around in your brain for a while. Yeah, seeing all of that,

Speaker 41881.22s - 1971.66s

there is a lot of players on this team. You got five starting pitchers, eight bullpen pieces, and then 13 offensive players. So unfortunately, we're not going to be able to break down every single player or else we're going to be talking for four and a half hours. So leave comments on who specifically you want to talk about. Obviously, we're going to talk about the big players like George Springer, Vladi, Bo Boshet PERSON, will probably be in there, some other players. But if there's anyone in specific, you want us to cover, leave it in the comment section. And like I always say on this podcast, my favorite part about this podcast is the debates we have with the people. So I think that with us being in Toronto GPE, this man on the street thing is the perfect opportunity to have these debates, get some fan opinions. Whether we're asking questions about the future, whether it's about John Schneider, which is a hot topic, always on this podcast. Whether it's Boba Shed PERSON, if he's going to figure it out, or if it's something silly, like who you just rather go to the bar with on a night out. Anything like that, the world is our oyster with these kind of questions. We can pretty much ask you guys whatever you want.So if you guys have any recommendations for that, you can leave that also in the comment section. I'm excited for it with the stats. I have so much you get into, man. There's so many. There's a lot of bad things going on.There's a few good things. I think we got to allude to the good things more. I'm going to try to focus on the good things a little bit more. You may have to take a really deep dive to derive some of these good things, but I feel like I've been pretty negative on this podcast. Again, warranted. But we'll try to do a little bit of a positive spin zone for next episode. But you better believe that I am going to be hammering George Springer PERSON on the next episode.

Speaker 31972.08s - 2006.92s

We love it because we knew it was coming. We knew Carter needed a full almost episode just on George Springer PERSON. But we have the third period to watch of the Vancouver Canucks ORG game. We got to get out there. We have recorded this actually in the first interm- before the game, the first intermission, the second intermission, and now we're going to watch the third. Hope you guys enjoyed. If we're super depressed tomorrow, it's because the Canucks ORG have lost. We will see what happens. We want to thank you guys, as always, for watching.
