Speaker 30s - 22.24s

What are the other crew three podcast? Those are my co-hosts Chris and Ricky PERSON, gentlemen, say hello.

Speaker 222.9s - 24.44s

Hey, hey, what's up?

Speaker 325.26s - 32.02s

I tell you what, in a world of rapists swinging on each other, magic players are doing the same thing. We got a hell of a story to start off this week's podcast.

Speaker 232.26s - 33.24s

Yeah, me do that though.

Speaker 333.7s - 57.92s

We're going to go ahead and talk about what's going on this week. So this week, we're going to cover the challenge winners and then some fun deckless we've won in those top eights. Not really top eights. There's some other stuff outside of the top eights we're going to talk about. We are going to talk about bail lists are coming out on Monday the 13th.This Monday. So perhaps we wake up next weekend, you know, you got a whole new pioneer for your RCQs to worry about. Could be.

Speaker 158.08s - 60.12s

Could be a brand new forest out there, of course.

Speaker 360.52s - 61.08s

You know what?

Speaker 161.58s - 65.04s

OTJs remind us that, hey, thoughts are down like $7 now.

Speaker 365.42s - 96.66s

So it's been a lot to talk with some value picks. We've got a quick little list of each which got a few cards. We think worth picking up, take a look at, especially when the TTCHA ORG playerMayhem starts on next Friday the 17th. And, of course, you can even help us out by, if you go take part of the mayhem using the link, proofreadage.com to redirect you over teacher you player using our affiliate code. As you get a lot of money back during that tissue player mayhem, we get a help.We get a kick back from tissue player ORG as well. We're sending you there and tell you all the mayhem. And you get all the cards you want anyway. Beautiful.

Speaker 197.18s - 97.58s

Heck yeah.

Speaker 397.8s - 102.72s

I was just going to ask you how I could buy cards with a sweet, sweet deal and help my

Speaker 1102.72s - 103.56s

favorite podcast.

Speaker 3103.98s - 114.92s

Well, there you go. So, I mean, Ricky, unfortunately, I couldn't make it last week. I had some fan of the commitments. But you were front row seat to the fight of the century.

Speaker 1115.1s - 118.48s

A fight of the century. Mike Tyson versus Tyson Fury PERSON.

Speaker 3118.94s - 121.08s

The fight of the century being...

Speaker 1121.08s - 125.44s

Turns out swinging for the fences isn't how you win an RCQ.

Speaker 3125.9s - 126.24s

No.

Speaker 1127.28s - 128.9s

I mean, what would you call it the fences?

Speaker 0130.88s - 136.06s

It's a, you know, I'm just saying like if we're going to, don't hit anybody.

Speaker 3136.62s - 138.82s

Don't commit acts of violence, right?

Speaker 1139.24s - 139.56s

Okay.

Speaker 0139.76s - 140.42s

Good statement.

Speaker 1140.82s - 141.66s

But what happened?

Speaker 0141.78s - 142.24s

What happened?

Speaker 1142.24s - 145.48s

If we're going to go for it, right?

Speaker 0145.8s - 146.12s

Yeah.

Speaker 1146.2s - 150.68s

Yeah. Make it worth your consequences, right?

Speaker 0150.84s - 156.9s

That statement is not approved by Crew 3 ORG podcast. I would like that. I would like that on

Speaker 1156.9s - 163.72s

the book strike now. The statement brought to you by Ricky only, not approved by Crew 3 ORG.

Speaker 0163.72s - 165.66s

This is not. I'm just like, yeah.

Speaker 1166.32s - 167.14s

You do not.

Speaker 0167.6s - 170.64s

You go from misdemeanor to felony really quickly.

Speaker 1170.76s - 173.66s

If you're going to pull over for going 10 over, you might as well go 30.

Speaker 0175.32s - 176.94s

You might as well do 100 over.

Speaker 2177.18s - 177.26s

Right.

Speaker 3177.74s - 180.28s

Do them all, says Ricky PERSON.

Speaker 2180.38s - 182.18s

Ricky PERSON says just do all the crimes, you know.

Speaker 0182.18s - 184.08s

I'm not saying to any crimes.

Speaker 3184.54s - 185.58s

I prefaced, right?

Speaker 1185.78s - 186.18s

Yeah.

Speaker 3186.26s - 190.4s

But, you know, essentially, tight store.

Speaker 1190.82s - 191.72s

Every seat sold.

Speaker 0192.44s - 197.28s

They started 10 minutes early because, hey, we can't take any more signups because

Speaker 1197.28s - 200.36s

we sold them all and they didn't pre-sale.

Speaker 0200.84s - 204.78s

So everybody is here. Yeah. Start them early.

Speaker 2205.78s - 207.94s

I'm in. Right?

Speaker 0209.86s - 212.12s

Two players had a disagreement about the

Speaker 2212.12s - 214.5s

seats in where they should be sitting.

Speaker 0215.2s - 217.98s

And whether or not it is legal to start the tournament

Speaker 2217.98s - 221.82s

early. They can do whatever they want for their tournament, right?

Speaker 0222.22s - 222.5s

Yep.

Speaker 1223.38s - 227.58s

You know, bumps and bruises are not normal,

Speaker 2227.9s - 234.06s

but they are an occupational hazard of the tight Yu-Gi-O-slash-magic store tournament scene.

Speaker 0234.66s - 243.16s

And tempers at a high, somebody decided to, like, start with like a slap

Speaker 1243.16s - 249.14s

and then kind of convert it to a push and kind of just sort of like shove someone.

Speaker 0250.82s - 254.44s

And, uh, you know, then they got disqualified.

Speaker 2255.16s - 255.64s

Yeah.

Speaker 0255.88s - 257.12s

And the police were called.

Speaker 2257.6s - 258.44s

That's, well, no.

Speaker 0259.2s - 259.84s

You know.

Speaker 1259.84s - 263.42s

Now let's let's just clarify too, because we say there's two people here.

Speaker 0264s - 269.4s

However, one of these players is generally somebody that I have spoken about very recently

Speaker 1269.4s - 279.12s

in very high regard as how cool that they are. And the other person is like the Mussolini of Magic the Gathering PRODUCT players. Is that a fair statement?

Speaker 0279.12s - 286.38s

We're not going to approve my swing for the fences comment, but we're going to approve your Mussolini PERSON comment.

Speaker 1286.38s - 290.28s

One player is generally the most hated magic player statewide.

Speaker 0290.94s - 294.7s

And that's the person who started swinging on their fellow person.

Speaker 3294.98s - 295.34s

Yeah.

Speaker 1296.52s - 302.86s

Let's just say that the person who was disqualified has kind of, as a singular person,

Speaker 3303.02s - 305.38s

ruined the entirety of the recognition of the use of the magic scene

Speaker 1305.38s - 311.42s

by any time we go to an event and you'd say, oh, I'm from Houston GPE, they say, oh, is such and such in your crew?

Speaker 3311.92s - 314.42s

And you're like, no, we don't like that guy.

Speaker 1314.58s - 317.46s

And they're like, he's a scumbag.

Speaker 3317.78s - 318.56s

Right, right.

Speaker 1318.68s - 324.24s

Nobody likes said person. Yeah, even Justin Bieber's mom does not like, does not like Sidper ORG's.

Speaker 3324.24s - 333.56s

So not only were the police contact, but apparently we've also set information to Wizards the Coast ORG that, because this player at least, uh, holding their band in Houston GPE, and then we'll see what

Speaker 1333.56s - 360s

happens with the rest of the game. Uh, I know that maybe, maybe this is a, a Karen PERSON-esque statement every time, if I ever were to, and I don't think I've played with them before, honestly, I'd mostly hear it from y'all, but if I hear anything about it I will talk to the the T.O. If I see that player in the room and be like, hey, just you know, this guy was swinging on other people. You know what I'm saying? In events, that's just not somebody who I think should be around. I think I think that's the line. You know what I'm saying? I think you want to say something,

Speaker 2360.38s - 376.98s

you want to use words. You want to like, I've seen people like shove a card at somebody because they were mean and they threw a card at somebody to give it back. I think punching somebody or smacking them if we want to use that term is the limit. I think physical violence is where I say, no, no, no, you don't get to redeem for that and play children's card games anymore. Right.

Speaker 0377.12s - 381.64s

You are unfortunately, you can go try some Lorcanna PRODUCT. You know, I don't know. Right, right.

Speaker 3381.64s - 382.96s

I don't know if they're welcome you there either.

Speaker 0383.12s - 386.64s

But you can't play magic cards, not in this town anymore, you know?

Speaker 3386.64s - 386.78s

Right.

Speaker 0387.78s - 388.34s

We'll see.

Speaker 1388.74s - 389.72s

You don't have to go home.

Speaker 0390.76s - 391.4s

But you can't stay.

Speaker 1391.64s - 393.24s

You're not playing the magic cards.

Speaker 0393.5s - 394.8s

That's exactly right.

Speaker 3395.04s - 395.9s

That's exactly right.

Speaker 0395.9s - 404.02s

Before we move on from this, though, I do want opinions on the pro scene now asking for,

Speaker 3404.82s - 407.24s

Blue Light Control ORG takes so long to play. Can we get 10 months in the clock?

Speaker 1408.36s - 409.82s

We need 10 more minutes.

Speaker 3409.94s - 412.96s

There was like a whole debacle at the RC.

Speaker 1413.28s - 415.32s

Because a player wouldn't concede and then...

Speaker 0415.32s - 423.96s

About predetermined concessions and then not honoring those predetermined concessions

Speaker 3423.96s - 426.92s

when the time came to call.

Speaker 1427.12s - 428.48s

What is this CDH?

Speaker 0428.84s - 429.08s

Huh?

Speaker 1429.58s - 430.24s

So what is this?

Speaker 0430.24s - 432.36s

The CDH came right now? Yeah.

Speaker 1433.08s - 439.3s

I believe that it's, you know, you're allowed to lie in a game of Match of the Gathering WORK_OF_ART, right?

Speaker 0439.92s - 441.58s

But they weren't in the game.

Speaker 1441.58s - 443.18s

And I think that's what people are commenting, right?

Speaker 0443.22s - 445.8s

It's like outside of the game, if you say you're going to do like in the game,

Speaker 1445.86s - 446.96s

you can say, hey, I've got this card.

Speaker 0447s - 447.64s

I don't have this card.

Speaker 1448.04s - 450.36s

Their point was the problem being.

Speaker 0450.36s - 458.54s

The exact sentiment seems to be, hey, when time is called, can we just have the player who is behind?

Speaker 1459.38s - 459.66s

Concede.

Speaker 0459.84s - 460.34s

Concede.

Speaker 1461.32s - 466.3s

And the thing is, I'm a genetic freak and I'm never behind, right? Right, right. You don't

Speaker 0466.3s - 472.32s

understand my grandpa's deck has no pathetic cards, right? Yeah. And I'm just one drawstep away from

Speaker 2472.32s - 478.92s

Exodia FAC, you know? So it doesn't matter how behind I might look. I don't care what the

Speaker 0478.92s - 484.46s

advantage bar of the official pro tour coverage says, I'm still in this game, so I'm not conceding,

Speaker 1484.52s - 485.22s

right? Yeah. What does many of the machine say? I've game, so I'm not conceding, right?

Speaker 2485.36s - 485.38s

Yeah.

Speaker 1486.74s - 489.4s

What does many of the machines say?

Speaker 0494.44s - 495.38s

We've watched it ProTor PRODUCT's like they've put on coverage people arguing about who should concede to the other one.

Speaker 2495.82s - 498.92s

And I'll be honest, it never feels good because like there's been some people who are like,

Speaker 1499.32s - 501.62s

dude, I'm behind, but you're out of win conditions.

Speaker 2501.92s - 504.42s

And like my deck is all gas from here on out.

Speaker 0504.76s - 507.58s

So like I have to make the argument of like, you're ahead right now, but I'm

Speaker 2507.58s - 509.04s

winning this game, you know?

Speaker 0509.24s - 512.02s

So, like, I think that's just where it gets tricky is just like, unless you're dead

Speaker 1512.02s - 514s

next turn, what is you are losing?

Speaker 0514.16s - 516.78s

Now, again, if somebody agrees, like, oh, yeah, I am losing that.

Speaker 1516.78s - 529.02s

That's fine. I just think it's difficult to make that assessment a good chunk of the time, especially if the game went that long and it's gone to time, then, you know, can you really determine a winner?

Speaker 3529.2s - 544.52s

I just hate that this argument has turned into, from this whole, like, they were going to see, they were supposed to concede, whatever, too. Look, I play fast, but I was trying to play blue-eyed control with the pro tour, and even I was having trouble with my clock.

Speaker 1549.46s - 553.92s

Play a deck that wins. Right, right. I actually want to shrink the clock. I want to go to 45 minutes. You know what I'm saying? I want to go the other way. I'm not giving people 60 minutes because

Speaker 3553.92s - 558.34s

like, you know, then on top of that, 60 minutes, like, then people are still going to like,

Speaker 0558.4s - 562.14s

oh, no, we got 20 minutes left, you know, and they're still going to play slow. Right.

Speaker 3562.28s - 565.2s

So like, when we make it 70 minutes. When we make it 80 minutes. Right.

Speaker 0565.36s - 565.46s

You're,

Speaker 3565.46s - 570.62s

there's a guy who wrote a whole article on how he's like not had a draw in 200 matches, you know?

Speaker 2570.7s - 577.36s

I remember I played a great archive event where the T.O. game was 40 minutes for the round.

Speaker 3577.58s - 578.92s

And we're like, yo, it's 50.

Speaker 1578.98s - 579.76s

He's like, yeah, I don't care.

Speaker 3579.8s - 581.14s

I'm giving you 40. Right.

Speaker 1582.22s - 585.12s

And that game was impossible to play in time.

Speaker 3585.66s - 585.98s

Right.

Speaker 1586.14s - 587.66s

I got to pick up my kids from my ex-wives.

Speaker 3587.8s - 596.52s

You don't know what I get? I'm not. I get it. We're all up in there. You don't know what I'm saying? Like you got a 40-minute round and get out of here. You know, I don't have time for you neckbeards to be playing with cards all day.

Speaker 0596.84s - 601.94s

If I'm like ahead and it's like you're dead next turn, but time is up, right?

Speaker 1602.32s - 606.7s

I'll go, well, you concede? And they go, no. I go, all right. That's great. But the only time I get upset when'll go, well, you concede? And they go, no. I go, all right, that's right.

Speaker 2607.24s - 612.42s

But the only time I get upset when I go, well, you concede is not because I go, I'm ahead.

Speaker 0612.94s - 621.82s

I go, hey, man, I've called the judge on slow play on you twice. You've already got a draw for slow play. And you would not pick up pace of the game.

Speaker 1622.04s - 622.62s

Well, you concede.

Speaker 0623.12s - 623.4s

Right.

Speaker 1623.48s - 625.9s

And then they go, no, and then I'm a little saltier, right?

Speaker 0626.22s - 626.5s

Right.

Speaker 1626.86s - 627.06s

Right.

Speaker 3627.16s - 628.08s

Little bit's understandable.

Speaker 1628.84s - 629.18s

You know.

Speaker 3629.56s - 630.14s

But not fishing.

Speaker 0630.26s - 632.38s

Wizards ORG, to give you a pro tour entry.

Speaker 3632.88s - 640.34s

I'm more upset when the, the non-concession happens because they took forever tanking their

Speaker 0640.34s - 641.74s

turns, right? Sure.

Speaker 2642.94s - 651.08s

And mostly I'm upset at myself, because I'm going to tell you right now, if your opponent is taking too long thinking, it is your job to call the judge.

Speaker 0651.62s - 651.96s

Right.

Speaker 2652.28s - 655.58s

You should call the judge a lot more often than you probably do at tournaments, right?

Speaker 0656.04s - 663.84s

Yeah. I call the judge all the time. I call the judge because I want to know what my own cards do, because I bought them in Japanese NORP because they were cheaper or something.

Speaker 2664.24s - 664.36s

Right.

Speaker 0665.52s - 671.76s

Sure. I'm old, and I'm pretty sure that if my phone ever leaves my pocket, I'm going to get disqualified.

Speaker 3672.28s - 674.12s

So I ask for judge oracle rulings.

Speaker 2674.24s - 676.26s

I ask for all sorts of stuff.

Speaker 3676.26s - 680.08s

Just be prepared that when you call the judge for slow play and your opponent, they will then

Speaker 0680.08s - 682.76s

nitpick you for every little time you take more than a second.

Speaker 3683.5s - 683.52s

Absolutely.

Speaker 2683.52s - 683.68s

Yep.

Speaker 0684s - 684.24s

Yeah.

Speaker 2684.24s - 685.14s

That makes me laugh more. No that's exactly. Absolutely. Yep. Absolutely fine. Yep.

Speaker 0685.22s - 686.56s

That makes me laugh more.

Speaker 3687.06s - 687.58s

No, I know.

Speaker 0687.94s - 688.56s

I will aware.

Speaker 3689.52s - 692.08s

I don't get shaken by that kind of thing.

Speaker 2692.24s - 693.68s

It's like absolutely, bud.

Speaker 3694.06s - 698s

I don't really like the whole, if they agreed and then they decided they were behind

Speaker 0698s - 699.38s

to kind of the whole take backsies thing.

Speaker 3699.46s - 700.54s

I don't think that's very classy.

Speaker 2700.86s - 703.6s

But I think again, I agree.

Speaker 3703.68s - 705.26s

I think it's one of those things where the situation's

Speaker 0705.26s - 709.5s

kind of unfortunate. Again, I do like, hey, listen, let's, let's, I think it can be looked at as a friendly

Speaker 1709.5s - 713.48s

thing. Hey, listen, it's me and you, right? We're both adults. Maybe they've played before. Maybe they

Speaker 2713.48s - 718.32s

haven't. I don't. But hey, if you're two reasonable adults who can decide that one of us should

Speaker 1718.32s - 722.28s

make the top eight, right? Yeah. I think that's, I think that's the spirit of it. It's like,

Speaker 0722.28s - 726.46s

listen, if we're too friendly people, if we're honest people, then we could, you know,

Speaker 3726.5s - 737.24s

kind of decide who the winner is going to be based on playing out some turns, right? I'm all for stuff like that. I'm all for like, hey, man, we're both on the bubble. Winner gets it to a regardless. Like, I'm all for stuff like that.

Speaker 1737.32s - 758.84s

Like, if I know you, I'm not going to have Randos PERSON. I agree. I agree. That's the thing, too. It's like, if I haven't played you before to know your word, I just couldn't make that agreement. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, maybe I do. Maybe at the end of the game. I see, dude, I'm dead next turn. I will go ahead and concede. But that's an agreement that's just like, again, you never know if your opponents will want to hold up that end of the bargain, you know? So that's, that's what makes it. And of course, in this case,

Speaker 3758.9s - 765.18s

they weren't. So. But is it be able to have your opponent confirm the MTG? Oh,, God.

Speaker 2765.18s - 766.18s

Oh, God.

Speaker 3767.24s - 771.26s

Anyway, moving on. Let's talk about your challenges. All right.

Speaker 2771.7s - 773.14s

Real quick, that's winners for you.

Speaker 3773.2s - 783.3s

Our first winner on the second is we McWinn's sauce with NivTalight PRODUCT. If we move on to the third, our winner is going to be Rie-R-R-R-E-R-E-Light first.

Speaker 2784.26s - 824s

Going to our second challenge to the third. We have Boytriton winning with Is It Phoenix PRODUCT. Going to our next, which is a super qualifier. We have on the fourth. We have Felder, winning with Ractos ORG vampires. Our next event, we have Al Milan winning with, I think, Ricky PERSON call.I like Ricky's call of it, calling it Vault Creativity PRODUCT. That's, of course, is it creativity with Vault Born Tyrant PRODUCT as our big payoff card. I'm moving on the next one. We have fake Kentano on Ab's Anamalia PRODUCT.And our last challenge is going to be Remp on Azorius Spirits PRODUCT. And fun enough, I was looking for sideboard guys at the new

Speaker 3824s - 837s

spirits, because I'm thinking about dusting and off or RSC coming up, maybe. And I wanted to see some sideboard guys of the new spirits because I'm thinking about dusting and off for RSCQ come up maybe and I wanted to see some sideboard guysof the new mid-range build. I was talking to rep as their top aides. It's like,oh man, I love what you doing this like, oh, I'm top-ading right now.I'm like, hell yeah, man, keep getting it.

Speaker 2838.5s - 839.22s

So that's kind of

Speaker 3839.22s - 839.5s

fun.

Speaker 2839.88s - 840.08s

All right,

Speaker 3840.12s - 840.4s

so those are

Speaker 2840.4s - 848.54s

other winners. Real quick, I know we each pick out a couple deck lists to talk aboutwhen no one picked out quintorius a couple deck lists to talk about. No one picked out Quintorius PERSON. So I want to talk about Quintorius PERSON real quick.

Speaker 0851.2s - 901.86s

We'll go over the few deck lists we talked about we picked out to talk about. So Quatorius, like I said, is a deck that wanted to get third place. Yeah, third place here over in the Super Qualifier on the fourth. I think it's kind of bringing more talking about people haven't seen in a while, so it's a big deck that pops up at your RCQ's near you. So, of course, is playing companion, Krug PRODUCT of the Macrosage. We've got two clever and per seater, four Spark Double, three, Graniton, Chinuze, four Spinewoods, armadillo, four tripping carnosaur, for Beastogiant, for Beechadazzle, for Lelabinding PRODUCT, a bunch of lands here. So, of course, our big thing here is we're going to try to play contorius camp as fast as possible, and then we're going to start hitting our clone effects to make more Quintoriuses or hit some Trump and Carnosaurs PRODUCT to do more of the same thing and kind of pop off from there. So, Ricky PERSON, I think you've played against a deck a few times. I mean, you've played against a stack in College Station GPE, right? Because I know you've also talked

Speaker 3901.86s - 908.24s

about Ed PERSON of, we've talked about our friend Ed, who makes the joke of, what are you going to do when I plus Quintorious PRODUCT?

Speaker 0910.3s - 911.66s

When, always the answer is win.

Speaker 2915s - 916.42s

This deck is all about, it's a like, it's a knowledge tax.

Speaker 0921.72s - 921.82s

If you don't understand the weird draft commons that are about to come down to like completely ruin your day,

Speaker 2926.74s - 926.94s

because you're thinking, I need to do something because I know that the elephant comes out on turn five,

Speaker 3928.86s - 929.36s

and it probably makes me lose the game.

Speaker 2931.42s - 932.12s

So you're like, it's turn three.

Speaker 3933.38s - 933.5s

I can tap out for something.

Speaker 2933.86s - 934.62s

Wrong.

Speaker 3934.98s - 935.82s

No.

Speaker 2938.68s - 939.62s

There's the enchantment that you can discard to make a Lanowar elf,

Speaker 3939.72s - 941.34s

and then there's the stupid Tanuky

Speaker 2941.34s - 943.72s

that you can discard to rampant growth.

Speaker 0945.04s - 947.1s

Both are kind of uninteractable,

Speaker 2947.3s - 949.12s

whereas in like a counter spell isn't going to help you.

Speaker 0949.56s - 950.2s

One of them,

Speaker 1950.9s - 954.52s

the removal spell will stop them from casting the elephant on their next turn.

Speaker 0955.14s - 966.38s

So it's just about, it's just a knowledge check and you'll get cheesed. In my opinion, I'm just going to say it out there. I don't think the deck is good. I think it wins by cheezing opponents with cards they've never seen before.

Speaker 2966.72s - 966.86s

Yeah.

Speaker 0967.92s - 969.24s

To be completely honest.

Speaker 3970.06s - 972.72s

You mentioned the enchantment now.

Speaker 0972.8s - 974.8s

I think they're playing like Spine Windsorberdil PRODUCT is the same thing, right?

Speaker 3974.88s - 977.88s

One in a green to go ramp and growth. You also gain life.

Speaker 0978.4s - 980.14s

It adds it to your hand, though, right? Sure.

Speaker 3980.36s - 981.78s

Yeah, it does add to your hand. You're correct, yeah.

Speaker 0981.78s - 982.28s

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3982.58s - 1007.5s

So the importance of like the Tanuki just puts it into play. Yeah. So they go from three to a fourth land and then play their fifth land and then try to Montori. You want to turn four? Sure. So, like, I think that's the whole point of the matchup is just like you need to apply early pressure and then hold up some form of interaction. It's also kind of, in my opinion, if you are in my school of thought with Phoenix ORG and playing more towards the tower,

Speaker 01008.16s - 1011.52s

Torch the tower randomly stops their combo. Oh, yeah.

Speaker 31011.62s - 1018.76s

Because you can kill Quintorious in response to the ability, which means they will not be able to copy Quintorius PERSON to keep the combo going.

Speaker 01019.26s - 1022.34s

Or gain any life from casting their clone effects that they're going to hit.

Speaker 21023.84s - 1025.14s

Anyways,

Speaker 01025.88s - 1026.4s

deck is interesting,

Speaker 11027.58s - 1028.08s

and it can do well,

Speaker 01028.84s - 1029.54s

and it's weird.

Speaker 11030.84s - 1031.74s

What do you think about the... Surprise factor.

Speaker 01032.54s - 1034.96s

Geological appraiser ban versus this.

Speaker 11034.96s - 1037.36s

The deck was insane when it was geological appraiser.

Speaker 01037.64s - 1037.94s

Yeah.

Speaker 11038.26s - 1039.9s

Yeah, it was too fast, you think?

Speaker 01040.82s - 1044.24s

Well, because of the two-man-up pitches for Treasure PRODUCT. Yeah.

Speaker 11044.62s - 1047.04s

He was pretty consistent at just like turn

Speaker 01047.04s - 1054.66s

three uh i tested against it a lot when it was legal but it was not legal long enough for me to

Speaker 11054.66s - 1060.48s

become relevant yeah yeah yeah i like the i like the quintorious combo deck because i think it's

Speaker 01060.48s - 1065.04s

like it's interactable right like it is the combo deck. Sometimes it's going to get you.

Speaker 11068.06s - 1117.24s

If you don't draw the right cards and don't mulligan the right way, because here's the thing is the Quintorius PERSON combo to me is pretty interesting because it doesn't have a great way to interact with your hand, right? Like interact things you play, it'll put in those rubble spells. It can discard some things for two mana and channel those things or discard them per effects and kill some of your creatures. But they can't stop you if you have answers most of the time.I think they're not afforded to play thoughtsees or even dopey three-manna hand interaction spells. So it's one of the fairest combo decks that I think I've ever seen, which is why I like it and fine with having it around. Like you said, various burn effects kill it. Counter spells get it. Thoughtsies get it.You know what I'm saying? You kind of look dumb and they sometimes just ramp into their big dudes and play a kind of dopey backup plan. But I think this is the deck that, hey, if you're playing some big dopey midrange deck,I am going to kill you. You know, like...

Speaker 01117.24s - 1123.28s

The really weird Orzov PRODUCT card. It's not a new card.

Speaker 11123.4s - 1131.06s

It's a new card to me. No, no, no, no, not vanishing course. It's a split card. I think it's like perish, perishable or something. I have no idea what it's called.

Speaker 01131.56s - 1132.84s

But Niv Mizzit PRODUCT is playing it.

Speaker 11133.4s - 1134.4s

That's your Markup Manor PRODUCT, right?

Speaker 31135.28s - 1136.88s

No, it's not.

Speaker 01137.18s - 1138.58s

It's a card from...

Speaker 31138.58s - 1140.16s

Oh, it's Consecrate PRODUCT and Consume.

Speaker 01140.58s - 1145.58s

Yes, that card. That card is seeing play in like Quintorius PERSON decks and also in all the

Speaker 21145.58s - 1151.5s

nivisit PRODUCT decks that is just like adds to my never-ending hell that is every deck can interact

Speaker 01151.5s - 1158.04s

with your graveyard for some stupid way. The consecrate side is one in a black, or one in a hybrid

Speaker 21158.04s - 1165.04s

exaltarate card from a graveyard draw card. Yep. Why not? Why not? Exactly. Why not?

Speaker 31165.68s - 1167.3s

But that's what I think about that deck.

Speaker 01168.08s - 1168.6s

All right.

Speaker 31168.68s - 1171.72s

Who wants to go first? The deck list they picked out. I'll go first.

Speaker 01171.96s - 1172.88s

Ricky will go first.

Speaker 11172.88s - 1173.7s

What you got, buddy?

Speaker 31174.02s - 1174.38s

All right.

Speaker 01174.5s - 1179.92s

I got the winning first place vampires deck by Fielder PERSON. Okay.

Speaker 21180.3s - 1181.32s

On May 4th.

Speaker 01182.28s - 1183.22s

Made a little star worst day.

Speaker 21183.64s - 1183.92s

Yeah.

Speaker 01184.56s - 1186.5s

This person did not wake up at 6 a.m.

Speaker 21186.62s - 1188.12s

to go see the Phantom Menace WORK_OF_ART.

Speaker 01188.52s - 1190.22s

They got up to start a grind in, you know?

Speaker 21190.52s - 1190.82s

Yeah.

Speaker 01191.18s - 1199.06s

Four bloodtide harvester, two preacher. One Colitis trader of get in the main, one shieldred main, and then the four vein ripper.

Speaker 11199.54s - 1201.74s

Four Soren, of course, two to rest.

Speaker 21201.82s - 1202.7s

Four fatal push, four thoughts.

Speaker 11202.7s - 1212.56s

Two bitter triumph. Two smugglers copter. And four fable. I kind of like this plan as opposed to playing the dinky two drop that

Speaker 01212.56s - 1218.64s

draws as a card. I feel like this applies more pressure while searching for our combo, and cards

Speaker 11218.64s - 1226.3s

like Caledis PRODUCT kind of just hose a lot of random decks, and the lifelink is very relevant against, like, other vampires.

Speaker 01228.02s - 1232.38s

Then, you know, 26 lands, which is, I think, one more than normal, most lists run 25,

Speaker 11233.02s - 1238.8s

and then our sideboard, we're running two Reckoner Bankbuster, which is kind of a new tech that you bring in the mirror

Speaker 01238.8s - 1263.44s

just to grind out for Layline, Path Apparel, Liliana PRODUCT, still an ashyok in a Sheldred's Edict, no blot out, one extra duress. I kind of like this list a lot. It's doing a little bit different, and I think it feels more teched outfor a more diverse meta than the straight, kind of disrespectful vampires list that plays that. That two drop is just so medium. Yeah.

Speaker 11263.64s - 1263.88s

Yeah.

Speaker 01264.58s - 1265.14s

The zealot.

Speaker 11265.76s - 1265.96s

Yeah.

Speaker 01266.06s - 1273.14s

That was the weird thing that I found was like we added the copter but took away the thing that could crew him, you know? Everything cruz copter. True.

Speaker 11273.94s - 1275.94s

I like it. I mean. Blood tokens don't, but you know.

Speaker 01276.24s - 1277.24s

Fable tokens do.

Speaker 11277.68s - 1279.16s

Fable tokens do. That's right.

Speaker 01280.08s - 1296.44s

Anyways, that was my first deck. My second deck to stick with more regular innovations on the good decks in the format. I actually picked a ninth place Phoenix deck by Izili played on May 3rd. Okay.

Speaker 31297.06s - 1300.42s

It looks kind of stock with normal Phoenix ORG's stuff.

Speaker 01301.26s - 1318.92s

However, they are on Highway Robbery PRODUCT, which is a card that I have been playing. I've been playing it as a two of this card has been insane. I can't wait to see what other people are thinking. They've also cut the main deck ashioc. I think that that time has come and passed

Speaker 11318.92s - 1325.46s

us. Right. Just put them in your sideboard. Like, it's not 30% Phoenix Bears ORG anymore, you know?

Speaker 01325.56s - 1326.5s

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 11327.84s - 1331.76s

Other than that, we've got profs idatic memory in the main.

Speaker 01332.18s - 1332.46s

Oh.

Speaker 11333.06s - 1338.92s

It's exciting, but also I'm questioning because I tried this.

Speaker 01338.92s - 1344.22s

And I learned at the event that you can't put counters on Arklight Phoenix PRODUCT.

Speaker 21344.66s - 1346.32s

Now, this is at MTGO ORG. So you definitely can't put put counters on Arklight Phoenix. Now this is at MTGO.

Speaker 01347.02s - 1350.48s

So you definitely can't put the counters on Arclight Phoenix PRODUCT.

Speaker 21350.8s - 1354.1s

Well, you can put them on after if they've been on the board to turn.

Speaker 01354.7s - 1355.32s

You're correct.

Speaker 31355.44s - 1358.28s

But it does turn your Picklock Pranksters into a bit of a threat.

Speaker 01358.98s - 1361s

I like the idea of this card.

Speaker 31361.76s - 1365.88s

And so it's like, it's nice to see somebody doing well with it, where I could not also

Speaker 01365.88s - 1384.88s

in our sideboard, all of the sweepers. We're on two Brotherhood ORG's end and in anger of the gods and four mystical disputes, or sorry, three mystical disputes. I thought four for a second. And double brazen borrower, which is a card I like, it's always my 76th card is the second brazen borrower.Yeah.

Speaker 11385.3s - 1388.86s

And I just feel like, I feel like they're on to something here, you know?

Speaker 31389.5s - 1391.78s

I didn't remember he's a legendary permanent, right?

Speaker 01392.38s - 1393.8s

We can't, we can't double up on that.

Speaker 31394.16s - 1395.14s

You can't play two.

Speaker 01395.26s - 1395.96s

Yeah, it's legendary.

Speaker 31396.1s - 1397.16s

That's why they played one of.

Speaker 01397.66s - 1397.98s

Yeah.

Speaker 31398.68s - 1399.08s

Fair enough.

Speaker 01399.08s - 1400.56s

It would be insane if it was not legendary.

Speaker 31401.18s - 1401.32s

Yeah.

Speaker 01401.32s - 1401.6s

Yeah.

Speaker 31401.94s - 1402.44s

Yeah, golly.

Speaker 11403.32s - 1407.78s

Be all over my scales deck, you know? I think that playing the good

Speaker 01407.78s - 1413.18s

decks is still good to do and use your testing to kind of make decisions and change,

Speaker 11413.34s - 1418.56s

like tweak and turn the knobs, find the list that works for you and does what you want it to do

Speaker 01418.56s - 1439.64s

in the meta game. I think that's very important. And it's really easy to get wrapped up in very exciting new and brew decks. And those are exciting and they are cool. They're definitely not, not cool. But like if you're struggling, playing stock vampires, playing Stock Phoenix PRODUCT, don't jump ship.Keep with it. That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 31439.64s - 1440.78s

That's why I pick these decks.

Speaker 01441.02s - 1445.38s

If we don't want to play Stock Vamp vampires PRODUCT, I got a decklist for you.

Speaker 31446.04s - 1447.84s

Absolutely. Show them what they should jump shift.

Speaker 01448.38s - 1451.6s

I was going to say, hypothetically, right,

Speaker 11452.3s - 1453.9s

a fable ban happens on Monday.

Speaker 31454.5s - 1455.8s

Hypothetically. I'm not saying I will.

Speaker 11456.16s - 1457.74s

I'll ask my opinions out here in a few minutes.

Speaker 31458.26s - 1459.8s

But don't worry,

Speaker 11460.6s - 1461.98s

Gugari PRODUCT has your back.

Speaker 31463.08s - 1468.2s

This is 18th place for the challenge on the third as well as the other challenge on the third.

Speaker 21468.7s - 1472.2s

We have Gugari Vampires by Barnyard PRODUCT,

Speaker 31472.92s - 1488.8s

featuring four Elvish Mystic, four Landowner Elves, four Dust Legion and Zealot, four Preach for the Skids and One Chichrock, Rabbitus Ride, four Vain Ripper, four Sorn Imperious Blood Lord, four fatal push, one bitter triumph, three pillage the bog, a card that I have always been behind.

Speaker 21489.6s - 1492.84s

I think this deck is actual everything I hate.

Speaker 01493.3s - 1495.88s

Three cops of the Huntsons Redemption, 23 lands.

Speaker 21496.5s - 1497.44s

And you know what?

Speaker 01497.6s - 1503.44s

We're here just to, you know, people want to complain about the turn three vein ripper.

Speaker 31504.3s - 1509.24s

But their vain, they won't even have a chance to when it's the turn three vein ripper. But they're vain, they wouldn't even have a chance to when it's a turn two van ripper because we're

Speaker 01509.24s - 1516.08s

playing this letter of elf. We don't even need the thoughtsies. We're not even playing thoughtsies mainboard anymore. We don't have got time for the thotsies.

Speaker 31516.78s - 1519.08s

Because we're going to shove it in a vain riper in our opponent's face.

Speaker 11519.84s - 1524.7s

What are you going to do? The turn through ripper was hard enough to answer. The turn two ripper isn't possible.

Speaker 31524.96s - 1526s

You're basically, you're already

Speaker 21526s - 1527.74s

dead. You can't even cast your blot outs.

Speaker 31527.92s - 1529.98s

You're Shindarut. That's right. That's right.

Speaker 21530.18s - 1532.04s

I think this deck

Speaker 31532.04s - 1537.44s

is awful. And then we're going to use that Vainter PRODUCT for to saddle up this

Speaker 11537.44s - 1542.18s

Gitchhrog monster? Yeah, yeah, yeah, we are. Yeah, we are. We're going

Speaker 31542.18s - 1544.12s

saddle up. We're going to saddle

Speaker 01544.12s - 1564.86s

on vampires, rides giant toads. First, there was Naruto. Then there was the vein ripper, you know? Four dusk legion zeal it. Four, those three pillage the bog. The three, yeah. Yeah, I'm already out. And for that reason, I'm out. Yeah, sharks.

Speaker 21565.42s - 1567.88s

You're out of your scamming old ladies.

Speaker 01568s - 1577.44s

I'm the Mark Cuban of Shark Tank WORK_OF_ART and you're just like, you're just like Mr. Wonderful, shaking his hands, like scamming old ladies. Oh, tell me more.

Speaker 31578.34s - 1586.06s

As you know, it only costs $1,000 fine to desecrate the grave of Ronald Reagan PERSON. So, Shark, I'm asking you for $1,000 fine to desecrate the grave of Ronald Reagan. So, sure, I'm asking you for $1,000.

Speaker 21589.54s - 1590.58s

Oh, my God.

Speaker 31590.98s - 1591.54s

What else you got?

Speaker 21591.62s - 1594.28s

Yeah, the other one, we're also going to take another,

Speaker 31594.36s - 1595.7s

we have another fun take on the classic.

Speaker 01596.3s - 1604.66s

This is from the challenge, this is from the super qualifier. This is fourth place by Mario Gomez, 097.

Speaker 11605.24s - 1607.42s

Love him on C by the bell. What?

Speaker 31608.52s - 1610.22s

I said I love him on say by the bell.

Speaker 11610.96s - 1611.96s

Oh, Mario Lopez PERSON?

Speaker 31612.38s - 1613.06s

That's right.

Speaker 11613.1s - 1613.26s

Yeah.

Speaker 31614.3s - 1637.28s

With Orzov, he was going to play four Bloods Hooker Champion, four Donald's Bodyguard, two Keithy PERSON on hero of Akros, four recruitment officer, four Coppco at Vanguard ORG, two Gerina Donald's PERSON General, once again, because Ricky PERSON can't have nice things in the graveyard. A four Thaldaels lieutenant, four Thali Gardner, three, and four Adelaide for Spletica Thar PERSON. Two graveyard trespass wasn't because Ricky PERSON can't have anything nice in the graveyard. Three dire tactics. One, get lost.

Speaker 11638.24s - 1643s

The last time that I like slapped my desk was recently,

Speaker 31643.68s - 1645.96s

and it was against or as half humans

Speaker 01645.96s - 1647.7s

and I didn't see a single black card

Speaker 31647.7s - 1649.22s

until I saw back to back

Speaker 01649.22s - 1651.74s

dire tactics and I was playing

Speaker 31651.74s - 1658.64s

heroic and I gave up on life I was just like two of them you know what I'm saying of course I had the you know I could escape

Speaker 11658.64s - 1662.7s

right yeah I mean I had I had damage covered right

Speaker 01662.7s - 1673.26s

because I had the hop light and my other thing but nope dire tactics Dyer Tactics made me sad. So that is one, that is one heck of a card. Better than Vantage Evers PRODUCT. I believe in this deck. Yeah.

Speaker 11673.88s - 1675.02s

I believe in this deck.

Speaker 01675.12s - 1685.28s

I believe in Dyer Tactics PRODUCT. I think that this list is sweet. Papa Crawls would make a Monoite PRODUCT look easy. I think that Agro ORG isn't dead, you know? Yeah. I think that, you know't dead, you know? Yeah.

Speaker 31685.94s - 1691.08s

I think that, you know, in the colleges, the kids go to the colleges and the professor

Speaker 01691.08s - 1696.68s

puts the control deck on the table and says, if Agro ORG is real, he could knock over my

Speaker 11696.68s - 1698.32s

control deck. That's exactly right.

Speaker 01698.32s - 1706.02s

You know, and I think Agro ORG is real. And this is, this is the this is the, the form. This is the function.

Speaker 31706.8s - 1711.04s

I do think we need some containment priest in here, but otherwise, I know the chef's kiss.

Speaker 01711.16s - 1712.56s

Can we please stop?

Speaker 31714.06s - 1715.48s

Hold on. Hold on.

Speaker 21715.48s - 1715.56s

Hold on.

Speaker 31718.28s - 1720.8s

The journey is our entertainment priest right now.

Speaker 21720.96s - 1721.58s

Maggie PERSON's in the back.

Speaker 11721.58s - 1724.68s

The dress, trespass. Graveyard trespassage.

Speaker 31725.86s - 1726.58s

The toast. You got some toast cooking over there. Yeah. You know. Maggie PERSON's in the back. The graveyard trespassage. The toast.

Speaker 21726.58s - 1727.8s

You got some toast cooking over there.

Speaker 11727.86s - 1728.74s

I'm not.

Speaker 31729s - 1731.58s

I'm not losing to Amalia

Speaker 21731.58s - 1733.78s

four night of dust shadow inside.

Speaker 31734.62s - 1735.68s

That's exactly right.

Speaker 01736.24s - 1737.34s

That's exactly right.

Speaker 11737.44s - 1738.16s

It won't be murdered.

Speaker 01738.6s - 1740.32s

I like how we've really done a good job

Speaker 31740.32s - 1741.88s

structuring the episode because we started

Speaker 01741.88s - 1742.58s

off with Ricky PERSON.

Speaker 31743.16s - 1743.78s

You know, he's up here.

Speaker 11743.82s - 1745.1s

He's telling you what you should play. And then we've got Ruckman. Ruckman's bringing you the Ricky PERSON. You know, he's up here. He's telling you what you should play.

Speaker 21745.56s - 1754.22s

And then we've got Ruckman PERSON. Ruckman PERSON's bringing you the spice, you know, something so you can feel something again. And then here I am. You know what I'm saying? Drunk on the sidewalk.

Speaker 11756.26s - 1812.52s

Drunk on the sidewalk telling you about the chem trails and how they're coming to save your measures and gathering career. I've got two decks for you. Starting off with thank you to Ricky PERSON for giving this one up. I told him he could take it, but he gave it up. So, I mean, I'm going to cover it. This is Insidious Roots by Diablo XSC PRODUCT.And this is a pretty sweet build. We've given up a couple interaction spells in the favor of some crime committing. Because we've picked up, if you're not paying attention, we've picked up the forsaken miner, which for one black comes back every time we commit a crime. Now, the only downside is our plants can't,if they've just come in to play this turn, they can't pay for the guy first. The crime happens immediately. It goes kind of in the middle of anything else you're doing. So your plant may not be on the battlefield by the time your, your crime's committed. And so your plant may not be able to help you pay for that. But if you've got an extra black open, which is not impossible, we can bring back.

Speaker 31812.52s - 1850.82s

If we have a tie bar in play. If we got a tie bar and play, yeah. But if it's not our first one, then it can. But let's talk about the list real quick. So we've got some sweet, sweet addition. So we've got four death rate shaman, four forsaken miner, four snarling gorehound, four sitry supplier, two fiend artisan, three moss-bate skeleton, four priests and forgotten gods, three scrap creeps gougar, two fatal push, three Agatha PERSON's soul cauldron. This is a really key addition to the deck. And then of course, four of our namesake, assidious roups. Only 19 lands. Obviously, our list tops out at three. So the worst thing is seeing too many lands here. The one thing I think this deck is missing is I really like Kerfek PRODUCT,

Speaker 11851.42s - 1873.98s

because Kervac PRODUCT can recast our insidious routes that we've milled over. And that happens a lot. A lot of people have ways to kill insidious roots. When I was playing through the night, I was getting portable hold, not vanish inverse, whatever, abrupt decayed, other two mana and one mana ways, layline binding, other ways to destroy his city's roots. And that made me sad.I lived through Ricky PERSON a little bit when he's like,

Speaker 31874.04s - 1878.56s

why does everything touch my great way. Carverick PERSON is going to help us out with hole in layline binding. What's that?

Speaker 11879.12s - 1881.78s

No, it's going to help us. Yeah, it's not going to help us

Speaker 31881.78s - 1882.7s

a bunch there. However,

Speaker 11883.3s - 1888.94s

insidious roots also gets Bessageud, which is another, you know, so there's a lot of ways, unfortunately, it's that or just gets milled over.

Speaker 21889.1s - 1896.62s

The thing is, we're in this, in this list, we're playing in Citrus ORG supplier. I did not like Citrus ORG supplier when I was playing this list, but if we've got effective ways to mill it over,

Speaker 11897.12s - 1913.3s

then we can get that back if we've got our Carvex PRODUCT. So really love Priest of Forgotten Gods PRODUCT, would never cut that from this deck, would be willing to cut some amount of Feand Artisans for Carevex PRODUCT. I think that's the truth there. Moss bit skeletons, I was loving. Moss bit skeleton is a plant.

Speaker 01913.8s - 1915.02s

Can you tell me what that card does?

Speaker 11915.54s - 1917.3s

Which one? Moss pit skeleton.

Speaker 01917.54s - 1921.04s

So Moss Pit skeleton is the way to go infinite with this deck

Speaker 11921.04s - 1936.76s

because it says whenever a plus one plus one counter is put on a creature you control, you can put it on the top of your deck if it's in your graveyard so all it takes is two of them and one snarling gore hound in play or multiple snarling gore hounds uh and i think one in

Speaker 01936.76s - 1941.2s

your yard because you can kind of duel them and you just go infinite yeah because the only girl

Speaker 11941.2s - 1945.18s

is the surveilling so the easiest way i've seen is with the two mosfitt skeletons because i know for sure that with two mosbet skeletons you're good if you've got a snarling go is the surveil one. So the easiest way I've seen is with the two Mospit PERSON skeletons,

Speaker 21945.28s - 1955.58s

because I know for sure that with two Mospit PERSON skeletons, you're good if you've got a snarling gore hound because each time a plant comes to play, you can scry one back and the other trigger will go on the stack. So with just one, it doesn't work.

Speaker 11956.06s - 1964s

Yes, surveil. When your plants come into play, because your plants are coming into play and triggering your, triggering your, triggering your stirling.

Speaker 31964.34s - 1967.88s

What a night it's been for us over here, crew three.

Speaker 11968.36s - 2004.9s

But Scrapheem Scroonger is a sweet way to get two triggers because it exiles another creature from your yard and then brings itself back. So that's two root triggers if you're playing fair. But the most fun thing you can do is get people when they don't realize that two Moss Pit ORG skeletons in the yard equals a win. I'm not sure why we're playing three. But this is a very, very sweet deck. And then my other one is, a very, very sweet deck. And then my other one is, of course, the winning deck, the vault-born tyrant creativity deck, because this one is cute. Although it's pretty standard creativity with four-vaught-born tyrant, I think it's worth taking a look at. Of course, we've got our four vault LOC-born tyrants, four Phantom Interference, two, three steps ahead. That card, by the way, is up to like eight bucks a pop.

Speaker 02005.46s - 2006.6s

The weight control on standard. Yeah, four by the way, is up to like eight bucks a pop. Blue light control on standard.

Speaker 12007.1s - 2072.24s

Yeah, four to deuce. One fires a victory to negate main deck. Three go of volcanic spite. Four indominal creativity, four big score. Four fable of the mirror breaker. And 25 lands.Sideboard here, I think, is worth talking about more than the other deck. We've got two alpine moons, one, two redding volleys, two aether gusts, one tiers of valucut, two anger of the gods, two mystical dispute, two Narset, parter of veils, and two shark typhoon. So, vault-born tyrant, in case you guys haven't seen, it's from the big score. It's a 7-man of 6-6 with Turpull PRODUCT, and when it or another creature with power for a grader enters the battlefield that are your control, you gain three life and draw a card. When it dies, if it's not a token, create a token that's a copy of it, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types. So I think this card is interesting primarily because if you have the mana to X equals two on creativity, which sometimes if your first one gets interacted with, the feels bad on Atraxa, that a tractsa gets pick your poisonedout of the sideboard and this one doesn't. So this one's...

Speaker 02072.24s - 2077.66s

X equals two, right? Yeah. Do you draw six cards and gain

Speaker 12077.66s - 2081.64s

four times six life? No. On this one? I don't think so.

Speaker 02081.64s - 2085.12s

You draw six life, draw two cards.

Speaker 12087.14s - 2087.74s

No, because they both entered together.

Speaker 02087.9s - 2088.1s

Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 12088.66s - 2089.04s

So they'll turn.

Speaker 02089.04s - 2090.52s

So they would see each other.

Speaker 32090.7s - 2095.4s

So you would draw cards and gain 16 life.

Speaker 02095.6s - 2096.08s

Okay.

Speaker 32096.78s - 2097.62s

There you go, 12 life.

Speaker 02098.54s - 2098.78s

Huh?

Speaker 32099.72s - 2100.04s

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 02100.04s - 2100.78s

Yeah, four times two left.

Speaker 32101.18s - 2101.34s

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 02101.66s - 2102.3s

Makes sense to me.

Speaker 32102.96s - 2103.16s

Yeah.

Speaker 02103.32s - 2104.6s

So this feels better, right?

Speaker 32104.68s - 2108.98s

You can't equals two on a Traxa and you can get both enters the battlefield triggers to draw a million cards.

Speaker 12108.98s - 2113.04s

But those don't enter the battlefield interact like immediately, right?

Speaker 32113.3s - 2116.1s

And again, I think the pick your poison is pretty much a feels bad.

Speaker 12116.16s - 2117.74s

So all this is a little bit lower value.

Speaker 22117.94s - 2121.32s

Like you said, if you do X equals two, you don't mind if these die.

Speaker 12121.68s - 2123.02s

Yeah, they do get vanishing first.

Speaker 02123.62s - 2126s

But at the same time, it's 16 life.

Speaker 12126.12s - 2127.5s

This is hell of value.

Speaker 02127.72s - 2128.82s

Four cards and 16 life.

Speaker 12128.82s - 2129.82s

How is it 16 life?

Speaker 22129.9s - 2130.52s

It's three life.

Speaker 12131.08s - 2131.9s

It's not four.

Speaker 22131.96s - 2132.5s

I thought it's four.

Speaker 12132.86s - 2133.64s

Three life for trigger.

Speaker 02134.16s - 2135s

It's four power.

Speaker 12135.62s - 2136.88s

I'm not looking at the card.

Speaker 02137.38s - 2137.54s

Yeah.

Speaker 12137.68s - 2149.86s

No worries. No worries. I am. Just let me read it. And then again, if you want a creativity, this one off for more or something like that, you can and just get more value, right? Then, now you're driving the value of us.

Speaker 32149.96s - 2155.18s

I think the thing you're kind of missing when you're talking about like, oh, if you X equals two,

Speaker 12155.26s - 2162.68s

right, and then you can only get, they destroy one of your targets, right? You're not stuck with half a comma either. You're not stuck with like half of Zenoose and Waltzbine worm, right?

Speaker 32162.68s - 2166.22s

True. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah a braider or something like that. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 12166.76s - 2173.72s

I will say, though, this card's really funny because it is accidentally fableproof.

Speaker 32174.3s - 2184.72s

Because if the token clause wasn't there and we fabled a copy of this, when we would go to sack the fable copy it and step, we'd get another one permanently.

Speaker 22185.54s - 2185.94s

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 32186.32s - 2186.88s

Yeah, true.

Speaker 12187.5s - 2187.72s

True.

Speaker 32187.78s - 2190.7s

This card is actually secretly fable proof, which is funny.

Speaker 12191.2s - 2191.78s

I love that.

Speaker 32192.58s - 2195.02s

Yeah, the cool thing here, too, like you said, though,

Speaker 12195.06s - 2196.64s

is you can't actually copy this.

Speaker 32196.7s - 2199.62s

That was kind of always a feels bad as like sometimes people will get,

Speaker 12199.82s - 2203.56s

you know, antsy killing the treasure making token and then not kill the backside of

Speaker 32203.56s - 2204.16s

your flip fable.

Speaker 12204.22s - 2207.02s

And it's like, well, listen, I've got deduces and phantom interferences for day.

Speaker 32207.08s - 2208.12s

So I was going to make one anyway.

Speaker 12208.48s - 2210.88s

And then that guy sit around and that guy can't copy in a Traxa PRODUCT.

Speaker 22211.34s - 2213.12s

So I think that's kind of one of the extra.

Speaker 02213.26s - 2216.36s

These are a little bit feels better other than the insane value.

Speaker 22216.44s - 2221.22s

You get off of Traxa PRODUCT. This one's a little bit harder to kill us with the agrodex.

Speaker 12221.64s - 2225.04s

I just don't like how big the Vault Boren Tire PRODUCT opens its mouth.

Speaker 32225.94s - 2231.82s

Yeah, it's a little unsettling, right? It really is. It's too big. I mean,

Speaker 02231.88s - 2233.38s

I don't think this card's kind of just insane.

Speaker 32233.56s - 2236.18s

Like, if you create a movie two, like,

Speaker 02236.22s - 2238.24s

and then they kill one of them. Yeah.

Speaker 32238.72s - 2240.06s

It's a good one used to have on it.

Speaker 02240.18s - 2242.46s

Then we draw two more cards and gain another six life.

Speaker 32242.96s - 2243.22s

Yeah.

Speaker 02244.28s - 2244.84s

That's good.

Speaker 32245.48s - 2246.56s

Card is very good. Yeah, it's self when it gets a better drive, which is nice six life? Yeah. That's good. Card is very good.

Speaker 12246.56s - 2248.54s

Yeah, it's self when it gets a better drive, which is nice, right?

Speaker 32249.02s - 2250.78s

There's some cool stuff going on with that.

Speaker 12250.94s - 2252.5s

So really like this version of the deck.

Speaker 32252.58s - 2256.5s

I think you'll see this a little bit more just because I think this is a decent replacement.

Speaker 12257.02s - 2259.58s

And got more to say on creativity coming up.

Speaker 02259.62s - 2264.02s

I think this version of the deck is kind of around to stay as they imprint more and more insane creatures.

Speaker 32265.08s - 2300.94s

All right. Well, let's get to it. Of course, like we said at the beginning of the show, kind of around to stay as they imprint more and more insane creatures. All right. Well, let's get to it. Of course, like we said at the beginning of the show, Monday is B&R ORG announcement day. And of course, you know, I think we've been over the, the unband discourse enough to know our thoughts on what can be unbanned. Probably nothing at this point, really. I don't care about unbans.I think right now we have a very good conversation, though, on should, uh, are we looking at bands, boys? I'm, um, I'm kind of split right now on what I, I'm going to be honest right now. I'm, I'm predicting no bands on Monday. No bands, huh?

Speaker 12301.24s - 2302.18s

No bands on Monday.

Speaker 32302.26s - 2307.22s

However, I think if there are bans, we have two options. Okay.

Speaker 22307.6s - 2313.1s

Either we just take something from Amalia PRODUCT and unlock some more agrodex.

Speaker 12313.68s - 2314s

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 32315.02s - 2320.1s

Or it's going to be combo ban list all over again, and we're going to see a card

Speaker 22320.1s - 2321.76s

picked from like three or four decks.

Speaker 32322.52s - 2323.8s

Sure, sure.

Speaker 22324.18s - 2327.9s

Because I think Amalia PRODUCT is one of the few decks out of the top decks that you could

Speaker 32327.9s - 2344.64s

safely ban one thing from and not like affect the hierarchy of the rest of the format in a negative way. Sure. Whereas I feel like if we ban something from the other decks, if we ban a fable, if we ban Treasure Cruise PRODUCT, right, then we're really upset in the balance. Yeah.

Speaker 12344.84s - 2347.6s

The force is unbalanced is what you're telling me. So, yeah.

Speaker 02347.66s - 2350.16s

I've seen the future. Yeah.

Speaker 12350.16s - 2350.4s

Okay.

Speaker 02350.94s - 2356.88s

You know, you'd think that life would be a breeze. See, in trouble from a distance. Mm-hmm.

Speaker 22357.26s - 2359.06s

But it's not that easy, you know?

Speaker 32359.18s - 2359.42s

Right.

Speaker 02359.54s - 2360.08s

Oh, right.

Speaker 22360.5s - 2364.32s

That being said, there are three futures ahead of us, in my opinion.

Speaker 02365.22s - 2366.54s

There is the good future.

Speaker 22367.22s - 2374.22s

The good future is ban list, unband layline of abundance, no other changes.

Speaker 02374.52s - 2374.9s

Wow.

Speaker 22375.52s - 2376.76s

That's the good future.

Speaker 12376.76s - 2379.78s

I'm telling you, this is the good future.

Speaker 22380.2s - 2380.44s

Yeah.

Speaker 12380.92s - 2383.76s

Make Lanowar LOC elf matter again.

Speaker 02384.18s - 2385.04s

Mm, mama. I like it. You know? Yeah. What's the land off matter again. Mm, mama.

Speaker 12385.6s - 2385.84s

I like you.

Speaker 02385.84s - 2386.1s

You know?

Speaker 12386.5s - 2386.68s

Yeah.

Speaker 32386.9s - 2390.78s

What's the Llanternutton's going for? Is not a Rookiee's $5 pickups list right now?

Speaker 02390.88s - 2391.5s

Is that what he was going to?

Speaker 22392.16s - 2392.98s

Oh, man.

Speaker 02393.3s - 2397.7s

So that's the good future. I think we're pretty far from the good future, but it could happen, right?

Speaker 32397.82s - 2398.42s

Okay. Yeah.

Speaker 02398.72s - 2400.78s

Then there is the apocalyptic future.

Speaker 32400.78s - 2402.9s

Oh, but it's worth 30 cents already.

Speaker 02403.76s - 2410.04s

Apocalyptic future is picklock, prankster, fable, and Amalia PRODUCT all banned.

Speaker 32410.46s - 2411.66s

Yeah, I think that's the apocalypse.

Speaker 02411.66s - 2415.96s

And probably peer through depths or peer through pages. Poor of the pages.

Speaker 32416.52s - 2417.04s

Four of the pages.

Speaker 02417.16s - 2419.56s

That's my worry is we're going to ban a lot of things.

Speaker 32419.66s - 2422.8s

That's the Apocalypse WORK_OF_ART future. And Lotus ORG doesn't, and Lotus doesn't catch a stray.

Speaker 02423.52s - 2440.34s

It's, if the apocalypse is coming, we knock the second best card out of every deck and we kill Amalia PRODUCT. There's no card you can push out of Amalia PRODUCT thathinders it, except for just tapping it. Like you just have to...

Speaker 32440.34s - 2449.8s

Sometimes you just got to take it out behind the shed. Yeah. If they like they ban what, quarter turn or company, like they still have the other two?Like,

Speaker 02450.14s - 2453.16s

and those are just catching strays for nothing, right?

Speaker 32453.24s - 2453.4s

Yeah.

Speaker 22453.4s - 2455s

Those are cards we would like in our format.

Speaker 02455.5s - 2458.96s

So I think that that's the apocalypse future.

Speaker 12459.4s - 2460.86s

And that's the good future.

Speaker 02461.58s - 2464.34s

And I'm going to tell you about the realist future. Okay.

Speaker 22464.92s - 2472.5s

The realist future is an ad for Modern Horizons 3 PRODUCT and the new secret layer.

Speaker 02473.42s - 2474.96s

That is the real future.

Speaker 32475.68s - 2477.18s

Oh, the new secretly is out on Monday.

Speaker 02477.18s - 2482.8s

That has the poker cards or the playing card arts and stuff. I like those a lot. They look cool.

Speaker 32483.4s - 2484.56s

But they pick bad cards.

Speaker 02484.88s - 2488.46s

Well, it's because it's a jack, a queen, a ace.

Speaker 32488.8s - 2489.02s

Yeah.

Speaker 02490.9s - 2491.98s

Frankles PERSON is the Joker.

Speaker 32492.52s - 2495.72s

Yeah, but they also unfortunately picked three red cards and a black card.

Speaker 22496.22s - 2497.02s

That's also cool.

Speaker 02497.92s - 2501.04s

No, people wanted them to do other ones so they could have different suits, right?

Speaker 22501.6s - 2505.06s

Yeah, I turn on high visibility mode on Blotro.

Speaker 32505.26s - 2506.6s

I like the blue gloves.

Speaker 22507.04s - 2509.5s

And I like the yellow diamonds, you know?

Speaker 32509.54s - 2509.78s

Sure.

Speaker 22511.58s - 2518.28s

But, you know, I think that I was, like, pretty bummed because I really wanted a wanted poster one.

Speaker 02518.76s - 2519.06s

Uh-huh.

Speaker 22519.5s - 2521.86s

And I was like, I have super hype.

Speaker 02521.98s - 2523.08s

They're going to do wanted posters.

Speaker 22523.08s - 2525.04s

I love the wanted posters from Thunder Junction FAC.

Speaker 02525.3s - 2529.26s

And I saw them and I'm like, they're cool, but I don't play any of these cards.

Speaker 22529.38s - 2530.16s

It's kind of lame.

Speaker 02530.72s - 2534.02s

And then today they spoiled the bonus card from the wanted poster.

Speaker 22534.5s - 2535.2s

Oh, what is it?

Speaker 02535.7s - 2537.9s

It's a double-sided Noren the Wary PRODUCT.

Speaker 22538.52s - 2545.42s

And he's missing from the wanted poster in the back art. Oh, that's good. And I'm like, I'm sold. I'll buy one. Yeah, that's good. And I'm like, I'm sold. I'll buy one.

Speaker 12545.86s - 2546.74s

Yeah, that's pretty sweet.

Speaker 02547.1s - 2547.8s

That's pretty sweet.

Speaker 12548.46s - 2568.3s

I think that's the greatest call where we are 100% getting an advertisement on Monday. They would not miss this opportunity to get millions of clicks and not sell us on probably a lie, just to be honest with you. But maybe whatever else, right, maybe telling us about how much closer we are to Pioneer and Arena FAC. Well, being only six years away from that, we promise it's coming soon, TM.

Speaker 02569.1s - 2579.46s

Those are my three futures. That's what I see. I really think that we're like 66% going to hit the advertisement, no changes.

Speaker 22580.42s - 2591.88s

I think we're like 20% to hit the apocalypse. and we're like 13% to hit the good future where they unvan layline of abundance.

Speaker 02592.34s - 2595.58s

What if they unbanned a different format and she have an unbanned wilderness reclamation?

Speaker 32596.74s - 2598.4s

Oh, that we eaten.

Speaker 02600.26s - 2605.54s

I don't think they can, but I think Layline of Abundance ORG is safe.

Speaker 32605.8s - 2607.12s

I think that we're at the point.

Speaker 22607.64s - 2610.3s

Remind me, because I feel like we've talked about this before, I've been like,

Speaker 32610.36s - 2612.22s

oh, and you guys were like, no, we can't have this.

Speaker 22612.86s - 2619.62s

Why is Wilderness Reclamation not allowed, but Niv to Light LAW shenanigans are?

Speaker 32620.6s - 2624.48s

Because not only does it double your mana, it doubles your mana and allows you to interact

Speaker 22624.48s - 2630.06s

on your opponent's turn, whereas fires of invention doubles your mana but does not allow you to play on your opponent's turn.

Speaker 32630.56s - 2635.22s

I can't wait to like, if they ever unbainant, I'm going to be like, sweet, my wilderness reclamation, play it.

Speaker 12635.26s - 2639.42s

My opponent's going to go layline binding and I'm going to go, oh, yeah, we're not allowed to have fun.

Speaker 02640.26s - 2642s

Yeah, that's the future.

Speaker 12642.12s - 2670.74s

I think we're moving towards here. Own ironically, though, I think Pioneer ORG is super sweet. And I think that the people who are in charge, I think we know some of them kind of based on some of the Twitter interactions of who's kind of behind the scenes there. And I think that Pioneer ORG is undeniably looking pretty sweet. So I do think we're going to see no changes given that we see cool stuff kind of happen every single week. But what I think we could see, like you've said, is Fable, Treasure Cruise PRODUCT.

Speaker 32670.94s - 2676.18s

I think these are kind of the top of my list. No, Picklock Prankster PRODUCT is my band. I always say by Picklock Brinkster is the band from Phoenix ORG.

Speaker 12676.34s - 2676.84s

Here's my thought.

Speaker 32677.38s - 2678.26s

I'm looking at powerful.

Speaker 12678.4s - 2680.42s

I'm looking at power level cards, right?

Speaker 32680.42s - 2685.76s

But the thing is, though, they've always pointed out, though, since they've proven it that

Speaker 12685.76s - 2689.1s

Picklock Prankster PRODUCT is the reason to the recent success.

Speaker 02689.46s - 2690.36s

Don't put those hands down.

Speaker 22690.72s - 2693.86s

They've said, they mentioned Piclock and Pranks PRODUCT such many times, and they're going to zero

Speaker 02693.86s - 2694.84s

in on Picklock Prankster PRODUCT.

Speaker 22695.38s - 2695.78s

Yeah.

Speaker 02695.84s - 2699.38s

I think that Treasure Cruise PRODUCT, and I'm not getting to you.

Speaker 12699.38s - 2700.06s

It's a format identifying card.

Speaker 32700.24s - 2702s

It's a format identifying card.

Speaker 02702.5s - 2718.3s

And that it is so baked into what Pioneer ORG is that it's going to stay. And that's why I think the unbanned of Layline of Abundance ORG is going to happen. Because what have we always said about Pioneer ORG? Can you beat a two man a five five, right?

Speaker 12719.26s - 2720.68s

Yeah, turn two five, yes.

Speaker 02721.12s - 2729.28s

The, uh, the retraction of elves in this format right now is kind of like weird. Right.

Speaker 12729.52s - 2731.56s

Like, have you ever...

Speaker 02731.56s - 2732.16s

Seen the rain?

Speaker 12732.32s - 2733.38s

Have you ever seen the rain?

Speaker 02733.48s - 2744.94s

Have you ever played RSEQ's and kept openers with no, like, turn one fatal push on the draw? And you're like, I'm okay with this. Because there's no Land and War I feel like,

Speaker 12744.94s - 2747.36s

I think we need to bring back the Lano War Elf PRODUCT.

Speaker 02747.36s - 2753.22s

I don't think the answer is we have five really powerful decks. Let's knock them all

Speaker 32753.22s - 2756.52s

back down. The answer is we use those elves to cast vampires.

Speaker 02756.88s - 2762.38s

The answer is we drag a sixth deck back up.

Speaker 32762.68s - 2765.18s

From the grave. Yeah.

Speaker 02765.5s - 2765.68s

Yeah.

Speaker 32766.6s - 2766.94s

Karn PRODUCT was too good.

Speaker 02767.86s - 2767.94s

Karn PRODUCT was too good.

Speaker 32768.7s - 2768.82s

It was unfun.

Speaker 02770.22s - 2770.62s

We complained for years.

Speaker 32771.36s - 2771.74s

Keep it banned.

Speaker 02778.24s - 2783.3s

But let's let Mono Green do dumb things with Uvenwald Oddity PERSON and Vaultborn tyrant and old growth troll and layline of abundance. Yeah.

Speaker 12783.5s - 2791.98s

Do you think that that deck is really being held down that harder? Do you think people just kind of like, I feel like Agro ORG was before? Do you feel like people are just unwilling to play it?

Speaker 32792.24s - 2794.92s

Because we've seen a couple people play it and do well time to time.

Speaker 02794.96s - 2799.02s

People are playing the new layline and finding like decent success with it. Yeah.

Speaker 12799.48s - 2804.34s

The problem is really what it's always been is that Mono Green PRODUCT can't interact with you.

Speaker 02804.78s - 2805.16s

Right. Right.

Speaker 12805.94s - 2807.86s

Yeah. They play this

Speaker 02807.86s - 2813.88s

solo game to go bigger, but right now, not interacting with Asaurin ORG is death

Speaker 32813.88s - 2817.7s

and not interacting with Amalia is death. But they can cast

Speaker 02817.7s - 2823.16s

pick your poison. True. We have interaction now. We have the technology.

Speaker 12823.52s - 2827.68s

Isn't the armadillo a 7-7? That armadillo that pitches to find a land?

Speaker 02827.68s - 2828.36s

Why would you want to play that card?

Speaker 12828.68s - 2834.08s

Because it's a 7-7 that blocks Vainripper PRODUCT. And for two-mata, you go get to land. Yeah, but...

Speaker 02834.08s - 2835.8s

Silence. Checkmate, Ricky PERSON.

Speaker 12836.28s - 2837.42s

Vain Ruper plus one.

Speaker 02838.72s - 2841.84s

That Saurin plus one makes Vain Ripper seven power.

Speaker 12842.32s - 2845.44s

But then they traded their $100 card for my 20 cent card.

Speaker 02845.44s - 2846s

You're correct.

Speaker 12846.32s - 2846.54s

You know?

Speaker 02846.62s - 2847.42s

You're heading money.

Speaker 12847.86s - 2849.04s

The world victory.

Speaker 32849.46s - 2850.98s

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 02853.4s - 2856.14s

Listen, if I can, you let me know, Kanye

Speaker 32856.14s - 2857.22s

when I'm allowed to finish.

Speaker 12857.36s - 2858.1s

All right, you let me know.

Speaker 32858.16s - 2858.56s

Keep going.

Speaker 12859.38s - 2859.82s

Go ahead.

Speaker 02860.02s - 2863.94s

The floor is yours. I was just saying,

Speaker 12863.94s - 2865.58s

you call me Kanye this day.

Speaker 02866.26s - 2867.52s

Ricky PERSON, he wants you to edge him.

Speaker 32867.58s - 2868.48s

He wants you to keep going.

Speaker 02869.14s - 2869.28s

Yeah.

Speaker 12869.44s - 2870.64s

I do want you to keep going.

Speaker 32870.74s - 2871.86s

This is good content.

Speaker 12872s - 2874.42s

I want you to keep going. I do. Don't do it.

Speaker 02874.42s - 2875.24s

He wants this.

Speaker 12875.58s - 2876.22s

No, I do want it.

Speaker 02876.48s - 2880.1s

I just said, I just don't think that you can call people Kanye this day and age.

Speaker 12880.64s - 2912.34s

You can. We can do it on this here thing. So I think Treasure Cruise PRODUCT, okay? I think that's up there. I think Fable PRODUCT is up there. And I think Amalia PRODUCT's up there because of the weird interactions that it brings up. I think that the whole decking yourself thing is not super unkind with the heroic deck. But I don't know. I think kind of Amalia is a cool deck, but it does seem to be kind of the target for a lot of like, hey, here's this weird thing that Amalia does that Pioneer ORG players seem to not enjoy, you know?

Speaker 32912.34s - 2934.44s

I think the real problem, right? I'm of the of the no-bans camp here. I think we're definitely on no-bands most likely. I also like don't feel like we need bands. But the thing is here's the thing rightI feel like this is equally one of the best Pioneer ORG formats and also one of the worst if you're playing it

Speaker 22934.44s - 2937.1s

yeah because like sitting here

Speaker 32937.1s - 2969.82s

having not played magic in like a week I'm like I like this Pioneer this Pioneer ORG for it's great there's a lot of fun decks to plays a lot interesting stuff to be doing then when you go play an event right you're just like I couldn't cast my treasure cruiser. I just got Vain Ripper PERSON it all the time.Like, I didn't have the out or just like, I was going, I was doing a Vain Ripper PERSON thing. And my opponent played Amalia for the eighth time. I just lost. Like, this is such like, equally parts, the one of the best Pyner Forrests PERSON, and just the most feels bad format right now. Because everyone's doing big, dumb things. And when their big, dumb thing thing works and your big dumb thing doesn't, you're just mad salty.

Speaker 12970.54s - 2989.2s

Yeah. There's a lot of like, manna doesn't seem to matter. Right. Like one thing I really want them to print to, I think, make this format perfect is like, give me a way to stop triumphs. Like triumphs, I think were a massive mistake. And I just think that the man is weird. And I don't like it. And I want a way to punish non-basics.

Speaker 32989.52s - 2990.16s

Layline binding.

Speaker 12990.82s - 2995.76s

If I could ban any card in the format, it would be Layline binding. That's not a secret. You know it. I know.

Speaker 32995.76s - 2998.82s

When is the last time you've actually lost the layline binding?

Speaker 12999.5s - 3001.08s

Last week. I lost the game.

Speaker 03001.98s - 3004.98s

2023, 349 p.m.

Speaker 33005.24s - 3007.52s

January 6th, 22nd.

Speaker 13007.52s - 3008.18s

It was a Tuesday. Oh, Jesus.

Speaker 03010.64s - 3014.02s

We need to look and see how close to that card was printed to that date because something's fishy here.

Speaker 13015.5s - 3016s

No worry me.

Speaker 03016.68s - 3022.8s

I'd rather way we add ways to interact with super greedy manabases is what I would like to see in the format.

Speaker 13023.14s - 3044.82s

But otherwise, I do think that, again, one of my things is people complain about how uninteractive the format is, but it's fun when you get to do your thing. It just is. It's fun when you get to kind of do your thing and potentially maneuver around your opponent. When like we're getting thoughts he's back and forth every time, like then it just comes down to top decks. And so I do think we're a little bit of a modern white kind of format where it's like, hey, here's all these discard effects and free interaction spells.

Speaker 33045.84s - 3049.38s

And I think- There has the problem this format, right? Because modern players like it. Right.

Speaker 13049.62s - 3081.66s

It's exactly right. Yeah, I have been having a lot of fun. I think Slickshot PRODUCT show off is a fun addition to the deck. I think out while the Thunder Dunction PRODUCT has been a sick addition. So I have been having fun, but definitely there's a lot of interactions to keep track of. But it just depends on, again, like, how reliable can, are you, you get to draw cards.Because if you're drawing cards, you can see your sideboard cards more often. So I'm a big fan. I do think that the format looks pretty diverse. So I don't think they're going to make any changes. But obviously, I won't lay land binding gone. But what I think might happen is Treasure Cruise PRODUCT.Yeah. And our boy fable there.

Speaker 03082.34s - 3085.66s

So you think, you're seeing Willy Wonka WORK_OF_ART. No.

Speaker 13085.66s - 3085.82s

Yeah.

Speaker 03085.94s - 3086.56s

I don't know which one.

Speaker 33087.24s - 3088.34s

Yeah, the original one.

Speaker 13088.94s - 3090.62s

The one with Johnny Depp PERSON?

Speaker 33090.66s - 3091.24s

Gene Wilder.

Speaker 03091.9s - 3092.44s

Christopher Lee PERSON?

Speaker 33093.12s - 3093.58s

No, no, no.

Speaker 03093.74s - 3096.44s

The Gene Wilder one. Yeah, the one where he,

Speaker 33096.56s - 3098.94s

the Impalupas PRODUCT do pop numbers?

Speaker 03099.54s - 3101.86s

You know where Charlie PERSON opens up the candy bar

Speaker 33101.86s - 3103.2s

in the middle of the street

Speaker 03103.2s - 3105.54s

in like the most dreary town in England GPE, right?

Speaker 33105.94s - 3107.64s

Yeah. And like he opens it

Speaker 03107.64s - 3110.04s

and like there's a glow as he opens

Speaker 23110.04s - 3113.2s

it and he sees the treasure cruise that he just top decked.

Speaker 03113.56s - 3118.06s

Yeah. He smiles bigger than anyone has ever smiled before into the most wholesome thing ever.

Speaker 23118.48s - 3119.64s

Do you want to get rid of that?

Speaker 13119.94s - 3121.82s

Do you want to be the person who goes,

Speaker 23121.9s - 3125.06s

hey guys, I know y'all are having tons of fun.

Speaker 03128.04s - 3131.7s

And, like, this gives you joy and a reason to get up in the morning. But we're taking that away now. Goodbye, Treasure Cruise PRODUCT.

Speaker 33132.94s - 3137.9s

Now that you put it that way. If they ban Treasure Cruise, we're pushing the Brainstorm band Legacy PRODUCT.

Speaker 13139.76s - 3142.86s

Now that you put it that way, Ricky, I no longer want the Treasure Cuis PRODUCT band.

Speaker 03142.94s - 3144.2s

I apologize for my mistake.

Speaker 13144.32s - 3144.44s

Yeah.

Speaker 33145.22s - 3145.66s

Thank you. I know that Chris has opened many Aw, Ricky, I no longer want the Treasure Cuis PRODUCT, man. I apologize for my mistake, yeah. Thank you.

Speaker 03146.18s - 3150.4s

I know that Chris has opened many a Wonka Bar, seen the Treasure Cruise PRODUCT.

Speaker 33150.6s - 3150.84s

True.

Speaker 13150.96s - 3152.86s

And then immediately had a Thoughtseized from their hands.

Speaker 03152.86s - 3155.2s

Chris has definitely had a Scrumdily Uptuous Bar PRODUCT, too, in his life.

Speaker 33155.2s - 3160.9s

This has never cast and resolved a Treasure Cruz PRODUCT in their life.

Speaker 03161.34s - 3163.84s

So I understand the hate, but it's okay.

Speaker 13164.36s - 3166.76s

I'm clean from scrumdly umptious bars, okay? The residuals on that it's okay. I'm clean from scrum to the eumptious bars, okay?

Speaker 03166.88s - 3171.12s

The residuals on that, the flashbacks you get from scrum to be obtrus bars, man,

Speaker 33171.42s - 3172.38s

they're a trip, okay?

Speaker 03172.8s - 3179.5s

And, yeah, yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm Halo and scrumdly umptious bar free five years ago.

Speaker 13179.5s - 3179.62s

All right.

Speaker 03180.06s - 3183.84s

Well, you know, if you're looking, like we were talking earlier,

Speaker 13183.96s - 3187.22s

if you're looking to pick some fun stuff up during teaching you playing Madness next Friday, as well as, uh, you know, if you're looking, like we were talking about earlier, if you're looking to pick some fun stuff up during T's You Play Madness next Friday,

Speaker 33187.56s - 3189.98s

as well as, you know, helping your boys out.

Speaker 13190.5s - 3192.86s

There's some fun cards to be picking up for a good value now,

Speaker 33193.18s - 3199.06s

which like we said, you know, not quite $5 tier, but Thotsey's is able for about $7 now.

Speaker 13199.54s - 3203.08s

So I think each picked up a list of like three or five cards each,

Speaker 03203.46s - 3207.02s

or kind of go over him here. So who wants to go first, your $5 pickups right now? I think that there's one that of like three to five cards each, or I kind of go over him here. So who wants to go first? Your $5 pickups right now.

Speaker 13207.6s - 3213.26s

I think that there's one that we all put on this list. And if we didn't, then shame on us. Interesting.

Speaker 33213.56s - 3213.82s

Okay.

Speaker 13213.82s - 3225.38s

There's one cycle of cards printed in Outlaws of Thunder Junction PRODUCT that plummeted the value of these particular cards. And these cards, they come out of play untapped,

Speaker 03226s - 3229.98s

a good portion of the time. You are a little mistaken.

Speaker 13230.44s - 3232.46s

You're like halfway there. I'm halfway there.

Speaker 03232.5s - 3237.82s

Am I living on a prayer? Because I put all 10 fast lands on my list.

Speaker 13237.98s - 3240.84s

All of them. All of them are under $5.

Speaker 33241.34s - 3243.42s

And I think that now is the time.

Speaker 03243.98s - 3249.18s

It's funny you picked those because I picked the pathways.

Speaker 33250.36s - 3252.06s

Oh, the pathways.

Speaker 23252.56s - 3256.62s

The pathways, like their market values up a little bit, but if you go look for

Speaker 03256.62s - 3262.12s

teacher's player low, you can find most of the pathways for about $4 now. Okay.

Speaker 33262.12s - 3263.88s

Now, that doesn't stretch.

Speaker 03264.46s - 3270.82s

I think Hengegates about like $7-ish to $8, but a lot of them are about $4 now. Okay. Now, that doesn't, this is a stretch. I think Hengegates about like seven-ish to $8, but a lot of them are about $5 in that $5

Speaker 33270.82s - 3273.66s

range. Dog, River Clydes are like $10.

Speaker 13274.66s - 3276.18s

Most of, I said most of them.

Speaker 33276.36s - 3277.38s

You said most of them, dog.

Speaker 13277.44s - 3280.48s

He said most of them. Give them some breathing room. Give them some space, all right? Hands up.

Speaker 03280.56s - 3282.36s

My hands up, you know.

Speaker 13282.46s - 3284.62s

I think the easiest slam.

Speaker 33284.62s - 3290.14s

My car's only printed once, okay? And I'm trying to tell you, you need to get them now because I don't know, like, who knows when they're going to reprint them, right?

Speaker 13290.22s - 3299.64s

Because they're limited by being double-faced cards. I just want to put out there that the slam dunk win here is the fast lands, particularly the ones from Thunder Junction, Spire Bluff Canal LOC.

Speaker 03300.28s - 3302.34s

I think it's Byronage FAC. Got printed. $2.

Speaker 13303.12s - 3320.26s

Those are the big ones that I would immediately get. If you don't have Spire Bluff canals and the fun that is it gives you and the fun that Boros ORG gives you and the power, the agency of blue and the sideboard cards and sick stuff you can do in white, those are the primary picks, but all of them are good. They're great start to manabases and you want to get them while they're hot.

Speaker 33320.72s - 3325.6s

And look, they might not be $5, but you can get ones with trains on them.

Speaker 13325.9s - 3328.1s

Oh. We know what you are.

Speaker 03328.2s - 3329.46s

Actually, they're less than $5, too.

Speaker 33329.94s - 3330.4s

Oh, good.

Speaker 03330.46s - 3331.7s

Look,

Speaker 33332.04s - 3333.38s

we know you're a little neurodivergent.

Speaker 03333.5s - 3334.24s

You want the trains.

Speaker 33334.44s - 3335.4s

You want the trains.

Speaker 03337.54s - 3338.42s

That's exactly.

Speaker 33338.86s - 3339.86s

I was there, too.

Speaker 13340.16s - 3341.88s

Look, I told my wife, I'm like, look,

Speaker 33341.94s - 3348.32s

brothers of my marrying you, we all pick a, there's a point in life of choose between trains and fire trucks. I pick fire trucks.

Speaker 13349.96s - 3356.4s

There you go. We all, we all reach that moment in life. All right. Who wants to go besides the good man there?

Speaker 03356.84s - 3358.8s

I'll open the floor. All right. All right.

Speaker 13358.8s - 3361.88s

Keep the daring first. For the market, for the market, Inti.

Speaker 03362.8s - 3363.34s

Inti.

Speaker 13363.84s - 3366.96s

Inti is $0.19.19.

Speaker 03366.96s - 3369.36s

Loads for $483.

Speaker 13369.36s - 3374.58s

Yeah. I think this card is one of the strongest two drops we've ever seen still. Yep.

Speaker 03374.58s - 3377.22s

It is good in multiple decks.

Speaker 13377.22s - 3378.84s

It sees play in Insul PRODUCT.

Speaker 33378.84s - 3397.78s

It sees some play in some weird humans decks. And I think this one only goes up. I think this card's insane. Yeah. All right. Well, I'm going to follow that up, Ricky PERSON. And look, you know, the troughs aren't getting cheaper. And, you know, that's okay because one of their best support cards is on the downturn right now.

Speaker 13398.08s - 3406.82s

Because you can get layline bindings for $2.00. Darnet. Don't you dare. And then have Chris PERSON sign them the next time you see him.

Speaker 03407.36s - 3408.78s

Don't you dare.

Speaker 13409.58s - 3416.26s

I'm pretty sure that I have like a personal barrier that if a layline binding gets within two fate of me, it like dissolves instantly.

Speaker 33416.26s - 3419.52s

I can't wait to have Chris PERSON sign a stack of layline binding to the swag bag.

Speaker 13419.52s - 3432.64s

Oh my gosh. I hate that card so much. It makes me so angry. I hate it. Every time I see up my, I'm sitting there counting my lands, counting opponents' lands, and it's always there. They're never like, oh, no, I don't have five men.

Speaker 33433.68s - 3436.9s

Chris is about the people underwood his opponent's lay line bindings next time he sees them.

Speaker 13437.12s - 3444.84s

Throwing him off. I'm throwing him off grandpa's ship. Your sister's not getting that surgery. Grandpa's not coming back from the shadow realm. It ain't happening, okay? Yeah.

Speaker 33445.7s - 3446.36s

What do you got?

Speaker 13446.82s - 3447.88s

What do you got, Chris PERSON?

Speaker 23448.98s - 3452.58s

I wish I had a card that killed layline binding on this list.

Speaker 33453.62s - 3455.3s

Pick your poison is like a dollar, right?

Speaker 13455.42s - 3456.12s

Exactly right.

Speaker 03456.2s - 3457.14s

Go pick your poisons.

Speaker 13457.24s - 3458.78s

That's my, that's my option there.

Speaker 03458.78s - 3459.5s

Those are not a dollar.

Speaker 33459.58s - 3460.72s

Those are like two bucks, three bucks.

Speaker 03460.72s - 3461.38s

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 13462.3s - 3514.48s

My option was another removal spell, however, that is, I think, very important in the format. Kind of a chicky pick here. This is a fatal push. Fatal push is a couple bucks. And here's the thing about fatal push and why we pick these up. You're going to look for them every time you play black. This is the best removal spell in the format besides light lighting. And it's always going to be there for it. And you're always going to want to have these in an inner sleeve because you're going to play the crap out of them. Anytime you play a black deck. And obviously we know black's really, really strong. So right there to go with your thoughts is. Fatal push was my pick. It's a couple bucks. It's been more than that in previous times, but it's gotten a lot of reprints for modern. They really want this card to be good and modern. And it isn't because it's not free. One is infinity more than zero. So unfortunately, it's not very, very good there. But you can play it in Pioneer, and it is very good there. It's gotten a lot of reprints, and it's like two bucks now. I'm back on the circle.

Speaker 03514.94s - 3520.46s

You're back on the circle. You're back on the circle. Gentlemen, we're balling on a budget,

Speaker 23521.22s - 3526.08s

but we're still balling. Yep. And I think good pickups right now are

Speaker 03526.08s - 3527.92s

borderless pain

Speaker 13527.92s - 3528.54s

lands.

Speaker 03529.3s - 3529.58s

Oh.

Speaker 23529.58s - 3531.96s

All the number four dollars

Speaker 03531.96s - 3537.1s

are under. Add a car waste kind of tips into five to five 25.

Speaker 23537.64s - 3539.78s

And I think that right now, before

Speaker 03539.78s - 3560.74s

the standard rotation with Bloomberg ORG, before people realize that we're losing all the triumphs, we're losing all of the slow lands, and we're going to have to live off of fast lands and pain lands, these are going to go up. And if we're picking them up, the borderless ones are all in the price range. So I think that the borderless ones look better. If you want

Speaker 23560.74s - 3565.86s

cheaper, pick up the pain lands for cheaper, just regular art. But I do think these are sick pickup.

Speaker 13565.86s - 3567.48s

You can buy seventh edition of Ulfer Springs PRODUCT.

Speaker 03567.56s - 3568.32s

You're allowed to do that.

Speaker 13568.4s - 3572.9s

You're allowed to go back and buy a white-bordered imp bathing in a volcanic crater.

Speaker 03573.26s - 3573.62s

You want to.

Speaker 13574.42s - 3575.46s

Yeah, exactly right.

Speaker 03575.9s - 3580.5s

So that's my big ones were the fast lands and the paint lands and then in tea,

Speaker 13580.96s - 3582.46s

but I think I've got more.

Speaker 03582.96s - 3583.14s

Yeah.

Speaker 23583.14s - 3584.32s

You guys got more.

Speaker 03584.44s - 3585.18s

Yeah, I got two more. Look, we guys got more. Yeah, I got more.

Speaker 33585.78s - 3587.78s

Look, we might be a ball on a budget, right?

Speaker 03587.9s - 3589.7s

And we can't buy the bus.

Speaker 33590.26s - 3592.26s

But we can sure buy the Smuggler's Copter PRODUCT.

Speaker 13592.44s - 3593.34s

Yeah, we can.

Speaker 33593.84s - 3625.34s

Yeah, we can. $4 if you want the original cataloging or the Commander Duck PERSON printing of it. So we do some good options there. So those copter, you know, not making the biggest splash of the format. It was unbanned, right, but it still sees plenty of play. In a lot of decks, we just talked earlierof this podcast, any version of vampires, right? It sees play in things like spirits. So, it is still a played card, and I think it's always been a card that's played in the format as long as it's unbanned, right? And who knows, I think to shift differently. It could be everywhere once again. So Sproletopter, I think right now, four bucks. Get them.

Speaker 13626.32s - 3644.7s

Yeah, I love it. My next one is one that saw a significant also price decreased with Outlaws of Thunder Junction PRODUCT. This is indomitable creativity. It's like $2 right now in the crime, whatever that is, for what's the poster version, whatever that is? The prosperity printing.

Speaker 33645.2s - 3679.68s

Prosperity printing, thank you. This card is modern playable. If you want to play this across multiple formats, you can. It is an incredibly strong card. It's doing really, I think this is a very fun card, one of my favorites. There's a lot of different ways to play it.There's a lot of different colors in which you can play it. So with whatever lands you are playing, you can make yourself a creativity deck and have fun with it, right? You can play transmogrify also, but creativity's there in case you want to get multiples of that thing you're going to go after. So whether it be the new vault born tyrant, whether or not it be, what was that 7-man of 7-7 that came into play and made shield tokens? It's from Nucapenna ORG.

Speaker 13680.62s - 3685.12s

I played that for a while. Titan of Industry. right. Titan of industry is a fine card also.

Speaker 33685.42s - 3688.46s

Titan of industry, I believe, comes into play and kills artifacts or enchantments.

Speaker 13689.14s - 3693.18s

So if you hate Leyline binding like me, get your Titan of the PRODUCT, they binding your

Speaker 33693.18s - 3697.16s

Titan of Industry PRODUCT, you get another one, get your other one back, do more stuff, do more shenanigans,

Speaker 23697.56s - 3699.14s

Titan of Industry PRODUCT could be the card for you.

Speaker 13699.26s - 3701.42s

When you started saying, it's got that thing that comes in with the thing,

Speaker 33701.42s - 3704.9s

because I was expecting you to just drop a, that makes you lizard, eats all the goats.

Speaker 13705.58s - 3717s

Cheap a thingy. Yeah. Hey, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.Yeah. I've got a good little hay griff there. Anyway, indominal creativity plummeted. I mean, absolutely sky, whatever, skyfall, free fell.

Speaker 03717.16s - 3718.44s

Free fell in price.

Speaker 13719.54s - 3723.32s

And so that's a card that I'd be looking to pick up and have some fun with if I was y'all.

Speaker 03725.28s - 3728.04s

Two for one special here. Two, what?

Speaker 13728.32s - 3730.84s

We're going to start off with the less exciting one.

Speaker 03731.3s - 3731.48s

All right.

Speaker 13731.6s - 3733.76s

So, Kensin ORG, the Crucible of Defiance.

Speaker 03733.94s - 3735s

I thought about this also.

Speaker 13735.26s - 3738.24s

Currently only $2 to $3, but more impressively,

Speaker 03738.88s - 3741.1s

Ijongos are $5 right now.

Speaker 13741.84s - 3745.46s

$4.50 to $5.25, depending where you buy them.

Speaker 03745.52s - 3746.8s

Sometimes called by gonjo.

Speaker 13747.3s - 3749.98s

Sometimes. However you want, I actually don't know how to tell it.

Speaker 03750.36s - 3752.9s

I literally always have to search by typing seat.

Speaker 13753.48s - 3753.84s

Right.

Speaker 33754.16s - 3754.24s

Right.

Speaker 13754.24s - 3755.7s

Because it's the seat of the empire.

Speaker 33756.26s - 3756.36s

Yeah.

Speaker 13757.16s - 3759.3s

So that part is very good.

Speaker 33759.84s - 3763.1s

You're going to play in every white deck, every red deck you're going to play these

Speaker 13763.1s - 3763.48s

cards.

Speaker 03763.78s - 3764.92s

They're only going to get more expensive.

Speaker 13765.42s - 3766.5s

Bessageu's already $50.

Speaker 03767.32s - 3768.68s

Takanuma PRODUCT's creeping up there.

Speaker 13768.78s - 3769.72s

Odawara is 40.

Speaker 23770.32s - 3772.6s

Like, I think you should hoard these.

Speaker 03773.4s - 3774.66s

Get them while you can, you know?

Speaker 23775.04s - 3775.32s

Yep.

Speaker 03776.1s - 3776.26s

Yep.

Speaker 23776.38s - 3777.14s

There's like one of us.

Speaker 03777.26s - 3778.42s

You know.

Speaker 33778.42s - 3778.72s

All right.

Speaker 03779.14s - 3780.88s

I got two picks left.

Speaker 33781.44s - 3781.8s

I got one.

Speaker 03782s - 3783s

I kind of go over real quick.

Speaker 33784s - 3788.54s

My last two picks are, I think court of calling is an interesting pickup.

Speaker 03788.7s - 3789.5s

Yeah, sure.

Speaker 23789.5s - 3791.2s

A court of calling, depending on what art you want.

Speaker 33791.32s - 3793.46s

You're averaging out 450, 475.

Speaker 23793.64s - 3797.34s

No, I pay $10 when Amalia PRODUCT was popping off.

Speaker 03797.46s - 3801.88s

No, you can get retro frame with the OG art for $4.12 market right now.

Speaker 23802.12s - 3805.44s

If you're looking through a good foil, the launch promos 472.

Speaker 03806.24s - 3808.94s

Court of Calling is, I think, a card that's like,

Speaker 33809.72s - 3834.52s

people just forget about being in the portfolio. I think Omali's kind of the first thing really broadest, the main is really think about court of calling. I think it's a very interesting, good utility card on the format. It's always going to have some amount of space, about of play. And I think you have plenty of options at, like, that $4 mark. I think it's a very fun card to look at. This last card I kind of run through real quick because it's a bit cheating because it's decidedly not in our $5 case. What?

Speaker 23834.88s - 3841.48s

But I think this card is crumably underpriced right now for how impactful it has been in the past.

Speaker 33841.6s - 3846s

This is a good amount of play. Lillianna is available is about $10 right now.

Speaker 23846.94s - 3848.68s

And again, not $5.

Speaker 33849.02s - 3859.06s

I think it's just worth pointing out that you can get the borderless art for like $11. You can get the Dom U art for about $12. There are some sellers selling them again for like less than like $10 or so.

Speaker 03860.12s - 3861.26s

The OG arts down to $15.

Speaker 23861.86s - 3867.02s

So like we don't have available. If you think that that card was like a $30-plus dollar card,

Speaker 33867.44s - 3871.22s

not even a year ago, it's down to $10 now.

Speaker 13871.36s - 3877s

It is a strong card. I'm with you that I really, really like that card. Repeated removal is insane. Like you down-tick.

Speaker 33877.24s - 3892.48s

If you get rid of your opponent's only creature, you uptick, and then you're ready to down-tick again, and that's going to make a opponent real sad. So the card is definitely very, very strong. So it was modern playable for a long time. Cheating on the $5,but I think it is a good card to point out being very down in what it has been in the past.

Speaker 13892.48s - 3893.88s

What do you think, do we allow that one?

Speaker 03894.12s - 3900.12s

I think we can allow it. I don't allow it, but I'll humor it. Okay.

Speaker 13900.78s - 3901.16s

All right.

Speaker 03901.22s - 3901.72s

Sounds good.

Speaker 13902.38s - 3913.9s

What was that old, the dumbest tagline that Randy Orton PERSON never had was like, I don't demand respect. I command it. He tried that for like three weeks, realized it didn't mean anything because he was too dumb and then was like, wait, that doesn't, he stopped it.

Speaker 03913.94s - 3914.22s

He dropped.

Speaker 33914.38s - 3918.32s

Back to the religion killer. Yeah, back before then. Yeah, exactly right. What do you got,

Speaker 03918.38s - 3924.36s

Chris PERSON? What do you got left? Last one I have, again, Oh, the mighty have fallen.Shark Typhoon PRODUCT.

Speaker 13926.38s - 3927.68s

Shark Typhoon is like $2.

Speaker 03928.6s - 3929.78s

If you can believe it.

Speaker 33930.14s - 3932.48s

I know. Is the token worth

Speaker 03932.48s - 3933.82s

more than Shark Typhoon PRODUCT right now?

Speaker 33933.82s - 3935.06s

It's like it's like the

Speaker 13935.06s - 3936.6s

it's like the Tarmogoyfe PRODUCT thing

Speaker 33936.6s - 3938.42s

situation like Goblin Shaman PRODUCT's worth

Speaker 13938.42s - 3972.9s

more than Tarmeaghoef PRODUCT. Shark Typhoon and I don't know what kind of versions you got because it was also in the This is a commander duck, right?, because it was also in the... This is a commander deck, right?Yeah, it was also the commander deck. So $4.4 and 56 cents. Decidedly under $5, you can get the regular version. Now, you can pay more for other versions, but... How much does it cost the ball with the Secret Layer PRODUCT? The Secret Layer PRODUCT ones more. This card's gone down from $10 to like four to three in the last like month. The cool, the Secret Layer version, I think for 30th anniversary, it looks like it's about $13. Okay.

Speaker 23973.82s - 3975.56s

I think that's the coolest version.

Speaker 13976.16s - 3990.8s

Yeah, the VHS art, yeah. Yeah, I'm with you. I think Shark Day EVENT, that's the coolest version. That's about 13. But the point is, if you want a ball with a shark typhoon, under five bucks, you can play that card. That card's played in a lot, not only because it makes tokens, which is relevant for certain things,

Speaker 23990.9s - 4029.3s

aka a creative of the deck. It's also relevant for control decks as wind conditions. Again, you're mostly not going to cast the card, but it's more fun if you do, right? So I was playing it when I was like Bruin back in the day, I was playing like a teamer, not teamer, a soltie control deck. I played in there. So a shark typhoon, super cheap pickup. And I'm not sure that it's going to be reprinted other than in, you know, other nonsense. It's not like a super modern staple. They're going to throw in a thing like that. So I'd say pick these up while they're hot because this is a strong card. If you want to play some blue black control, which is on the horizons, you're going to want this. Most of the rise, you know, the control decks are going to want to play this.

Speaker 14029.3s - 4034.9s

So a strong card for, in my opinion, and one that's just under five bucks. All right.

Speaker 04035.08s - 4046.92s

I have to close it up. Okay. Anime borderless arclight phoenixes are $2 non-foil. And a couple of listings you can find for about $5.

Speaker 14048.04s - 4054.1s

However, old border with the little tombstone in the top corner.

Speaker 04054.1s - 4054.7s

You want the tombstone.

Speaker 14054.9s - 4056.02s

You want the tombstone.

Speaker 04056.62s - 4083.02s

Foils are 315 direct from TCG ORG player. If you want to play Phoenix ORG, you got to be good to your Phoenixes PRODUCT. And you owe yourself foil old border Phoenixes PRODUCT. You know, the anime foils, they can get a little pricier. Some of them are listing for $4, but some are like $13 or something. And then, of course, the secret layer ones, well, not everybody can have foil secret layer ones like me.

Speaker 14083.78s - 4087.72s

But actually, how much are they? I didn't even look them up. I figured there were more

Speaker 04087.72s - 4095.64s

like $9. That's out. Nine dollars for the non-foil, I think. Yeah. Yeah. Um, but I had to bring up

Speaker 14095.64s - 4103.3s

the Arklight PRODUCT Phoenixes. Yeah. Got to got to do that. And then my last thing is I'm going to share with

Speaker 04103.3s - 4105.16s

you. The word of the treasure cruise. I'm going to share, no, I'm going to share with you. Treasure Cruise.

Speaker 14110.12s - 4111.22s

I'm going to share, no, I'm going to share with you a real spec that I have picked up.

Speaker 04113.44s - 4114.74s

And again, all these are hashtag not financial advice. Yeah, not financial advice.

Speaker 34115s - 4116.54s

I have picked up this week.

Speaker 04117.6s - 4118.6s

Layline of abundance.

You can find me on the tweeters at It's underscore Christmas, and Christmas has no tea.

Speaker 04282.8s - 4289.7s

You can find me on Twitter. And also, Steve PERSON. And you can also find me on Twitch ORG. I've done it twice in a row now.

Speaker 24290.22s - 4290.88s

So it's a habit.

Speaker 04296.2s - 4303.72s

Yeah, we're streaming Wednesday afternoons, around 630, around regular people times. And we stop when we have to record the podcast. So come enjoy. I'm playing standard, getting ready for the RC.

Speaker 34306.3s - 4347.64s

So I haven't used it yet. So I have used it. So you can, of course, find me a creepy podcast on Twitter, post to others to do things, post stuff up by shelves. I'm supposed to pick up my Lego hall from May of the 4th that I just got in the mail, finally. UPS ORG finally found out how to get into my apartment complex and drop that off. Two days in a row now, they'd be like, we can't get in the gate.I'm sorry, we got to leave. So finally got that, we'll make a picture of that. But, you know, besides the YouTube channel, Qtenthly, the Twitch ORG channel, Twitch.comd-Tch, channel, Twitch.combe, Twitch.md-G. I'm searching as well, hopefully here in the next few weeks. I did go ahead and to get with the times, you can now find us at Crew 3 Pod on TikTok ORG. That's dangerous.

Speaker 04348.24s - 4348.68s

Okay.

Speaker 24349.2s - 4351.28s

And I figured that would be a fun way.

Speaker 04351.46s - 4355.22s

I think what I'm going to start doing is it's an easy way for days that I'm at work.

Speaker 24355.32s - 4360.24s

You know, like on Monday, I can do a quick, hey, here's some video reaction for the band.

Speaker 04360.24s - 4385.72s

That's probably the first thing we post. It's going to be some B&R reaction type content. I'm going to start trying to do stuff with RCQs where I'm going to post like my decklist over on the RCQs PRODUCT and I'll try and do some like after round, like round by round kind of tournament kind of tournament story stuff over on there. I think it would be kind of a fun thing to do.It's kind of a fun way to kind of mix more content, you know, at an easy way. So be sure to look out for that. If you're on the TikToks PRODUCT before it could shut down by the government and we have to go to Instagram ORG stories, I guess.

Speaker 24386.18s - 4387.24s

There we'll figure it out.

Speaker 04387.78s - 4390.34s

That'll be for this week's episode. We'll talk to on next week. Bye.

Speaker 24390.76s - 4391.88s

Bye.
